GGuest UserOur stay was incredibly comfortable and easily the best value for money on our trip. Everything about it was fantastic.
The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing genuinely thoughtful service. The check-in perks were a real treat: we received a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, with a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic options, and free pasta every evening, which was a delicious bonus.
The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with brand-new, complete facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. There's also a convenient water dispenser in the public area on the first floor.
Transportation was a breeze. The tram stop is just a minute or two's walk away, and it's only two stops to the train station, saving us a lot of time and hassle getting around.
The hostel's common areas are well-designed, with both indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation spaces, and you can order food on-site. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making it easy to meet fellow travelers from all over the world, which was a great social experience. Considering the accommodation quality, extra perks, and excellent location, I highly recommend this hostel.

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly helpful and patient, truly outstanding. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent, and the hairdryer was pretty powerful. This Ostello Bello's bar being connected to the accommodation can get a bit noisy, but they provide earplugs which helps. I stayed right above the bar, and while there was some noise, it wasn't too disruptive. And even though there weren't curtains on the beds, it was still fine.

QQing Qing1This place is a 12-minute walk from the train station. The room was pretty basic, like a guesthouse in China. The shower area was tiny, and the air conditioning kept dripping water. It was too late to contact anyone, so I just went to sleep. The video shows the dripping AC unit.

JJangusFirst of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me.
If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for.
One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors.

GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the address on the main street, I was a bit confused at first because there was no hotel name displayed. However, I gathered the courage to ring the doorbell, and a sister came out, which put my mind at ease. I would have appreciated it if there had been some hotel information provided beforehand. The kitchen had a fridge and a small amount of space. The city tax needs to be paid in cash. It was also close to Florence station, making it convenient for sightseeing.

GGuest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

AAngela ShepelevaЯ останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство.

GGuest UserA nice little hotel near the Uffizi. I'd like to point out that the breakfasts are excellent for Italy, as they even have boiled eggs. The donuts and coffee are delicious, and you can make your own cornetto in any flavor. There's also a small selection of fresh vegetables, cheese, and cold meats for a sandwich.
The bed is comfortable, there's a refrigerator, and the air conditioning works (both cooling and heating modes are definitely available.)
On the downside: the shower area's design is unclear. Everything flows out of the ”cabin,” mercilessly flooding the entire bathroom. The shower head flows in all directions, so it's unclear which way you should stand to be completely washed. And the damp smell is also not particularly appealing.

The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
