GGuest UserThis was the best hostel experience I’ve ever had! The beds were incredibly spacious and came with new, warm blankets. The laundry facilities were great, and the premises are huge since the hostel is connected to a student residence. Keep in mind that payment at reception is by card only, including for the city tax. The staff were very kind and helped me resolve a few issues I had with my booking. The only minor drawback is the location — it’s a bit far from the train station and major attractions. However, there’s a bus stop right by the hostel, and the buses are frequent and punctual.

GGuest UserI prefer the 4 female bed dom located just next door. It a lot better, cozy, and bigger. Good that the bed bed is not a bulk bed and is comfortable. Location very good 5 mins to train station, market and 10-15mins walk to Dumo. Except 1 of the shower room drainage not functioning well. Wifi connection quite bad in room but was okay outside near the router. My room was facing outside street was very noisy at night ppl shouting and talking loud till 2am.

HHONGSHENGI rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!

GGabuPlace is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional. Loved it. PS I am not selfie, photo ******. Regretted not taking pictures as it is really beautiful.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo). I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well. Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise! Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

GGuest UserGreat room. Quiet, everything is there. Warm. Good water pressure. The downsides are the lack of a lift and I saw too late that if you check in after 9 you have to pay 20€. If I had known, for the total amount of the fee (the amount for the night + these 20€) I would have taken another hotel with a lift and breakfast

SSAANOサンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から近くロケーションはいいです。外観はラクガキなどがある通りにあるのでちょっと怖いですが部屋はとても清潔です。固定のフロントがなく、「時間外のチェックインなのでこの暗証番号でセーフティボックスを開けて部屋の鍵をとって自分でチェックインしてね」と事前にメッセージがきたのですが、到着後、セーフティボックスが見つからず、かなり戸惑いました。結局、スタッフさんが来て対応してもらい助かりました。セーフティボックスは外扉にくくりつけてあるボックスのことでしたので、もし同じことで困ったら参考にして下さい！ちなみにチェックアウトは部屋に鍵を置いておけばよかったので簡単でした。

GGuest UserThe room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station. However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy. It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
