"stayed just one night at this hotel during my trip to Florence. The room was quite small, which might be a downside for longer stays, but it was clean and well-kept. The real highlight, though, was the rooftop terrace — the panoramic view over Florence was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a good overall experience for a short stay. Perfect if you’re spending most of your time exploring the city and want a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day."

XXDLiuFacilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good. Hygiene: clean Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. I even went up to the rooftop in the morning to snap some photos; you get a nice view of the city's buildings, and it's definitely a photogenic spot. The room key had a distinctively large tag, which I found quite charming.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and most attractions are within easy walking distance. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm room, which was quite spacious and had two bathrooms.

YYunyoudebaobaoThe advantages and disadvantages of the living experience are discussed below: 1. The hotel is far from the hustle and bustle and is relatively quiet, which means that it is more troublesome to go to the city center. There will be 3 shuttle buses in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the city entrance. Of course, there will be 3 return trips in the afternoon (the hotel charges €2.50/trip). The sound insulation of the room is poor, and sometimes it is even a bit noisy. The location of this hotel is a bit remote. If you take a taxi to the city, it is basically €23-€35 [I have taken prices in this range. The train station (Santa Maria Novella Station) to the hotel is €32-€35, and the city to the hotel is in the €23-€32 range] 2. The hotel has a snack bar/bar (Snack Bar) with very high hamburger prices. I didn’t eat all day because I was in a hurry to catch the train on the day I arrived. I ordered a hamburger for €20/piece and tiramisu for €10/portion. The speed of serving the food was really super slow. The main restaurant and breakfast are at the same dining place-the dinner menu is relatively small and the price is relatively expensive. It is not recommended. I was traveling alone, so I had dinner at the hotel for several meals (I was afraid that it would be unsafe to stay out too late). 3. The front desk service was generally good. All questions were answered. 4. There is no swimming pool on the cover of the hotel (it has been demolished for a long time). I was attracted to the swimming pool and chose this hotel. However, there is now a waterfall in the open courtyard for viewing. 5. If you don’t drive yourself, I don’t recommend you to stay at this hotel because the transportation is inconvenient and you basically can’t avoid the need to take a taxi unless your daily itinerary is completely based on the shuttle bus pick-up time. Of course, if you don’t care about that little money, please feel free to do so~

GGuest UserPros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

GGuest UserIt's a duplex lofter, with a large space, good hygiene, and complete equipment. There are small bars at the front desk and in the room. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, which makes it difficult to move luggage, but the front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and will help move.

GGuest UserOk and not bad, reasonable price Here is a 1000 word hotel review: Title: Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of the City Located in the bustling downtown of a major metropolitan area, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is an urban oasis of sophisticated elegance and modern comforts. From the moment I stepped through the grand revolving doors, I was struck by the hotel's timeless grandeur and impeccable attention to detail. The lobby is a masterpiece of marble floors, sparkling chandeliers, and plush seating areas that exude an air of refined opulence. The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in, offering a refreshing glass of chilled lemonade as I completed the formalities. I was then escorted to my room, my anticipation building with each step. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by the sheer size and luxurious furnishings. The king-sized bed, adorned with crisp linens and plush pillows, beckoned me to sink into its comfort. The sitting area featured a cozy armchair and ottoman, perfect for curling up with a book or simply enjoying the city view through the large windows. The bathroom was nothing short of breathtaking, with gleaming marble surfaces, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with multiple showerheads. Thoughtful amenities, such as plush robes, slippers, and high-end toiletries, added to the overall sense of indulgence. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large flat-screen TV with a vast selection of channels. However, it was the attention to detail that truly set this room apart - the perfectly placed artwork, the elegant lamps, and the seamless integration of technology with the classic decor. As the sun began to set, I decided to explore the hotel's dining options. The Michelin-starred restaurant, helmed by a renowned chef, did not disappoint. The menu was a symphony of innovative flavors and exquisite presentation, each course a true delight for the senses. The sommelier's wine pairing recommendations elevated the dining experience, and the impeccable service from the attentive staff ensured that every moment was perfection. After dinner, I ventured to the hotel's luxurious spa, where I indulged in a deep tissue massage. The serene and tranquil atmosphere of the spa, combined with the skilled touch of the massage therapist, left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I then spent some time exploring the hotel's other amenities, including the state-of-the-art fitness center and the stunning indoor pool, complete with a retractable roof that allowed for year-round swimming. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to excellence. The staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was arranging a private car to take me to my meeting or providing a recommendation for a local must-see attraction, the service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's central location, which allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city. Within a short walk, I discovered charming cafes, high-end boutiques, and bustling cultural landmarks. The Ritz-Carlton's concierge team was an invaluable resource, providing insider tips and arranging reservations to ensure I made the most of my time. As my stay drew to a close, I found it difficult to leave the plush comfort and refined elegance of the Ritz-Carlton. This hotel truly is a world-class destination, offering an unparalleled blend of luxury, service, and attention to detail. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is an exceptional choice that will leave a lasting impression. I can't wait to return for my next visit.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo). I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well. Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise! Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

MM34975****Although it is a distance from the train station, the tram is super convenient. The environment is safe, quiet, and hygienic. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. There are many choices of drinks and desserts. The price-performance ratio is very high. The disadvantage is that for a single room, although the bathroom is of a suitable size, the shower room is very small. In fact, the bidet next to it is a bit redundant. The shower room in the expansion city is better.
