New Hotels in Florence

"Amazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry. The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water. Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long. All the best to this place and the team!"

"Excellent Value and a Great Location I would highly recommend Annette's House to anyone visiting Florence. Don't let the unassuming front door fool you, the room was a fantastic and pleasant surprise. The owner, who is Chinese, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He doesn't speak English, but we were lucky to be able to communicate a little with him in Mandarin. I'm sure a translation app would work just as well for other guests. The location is unbeatable, less than a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The room itself was spotless, with a great amount of space for two people. We were especially happy with the good-sized fridge and bathroom. For the price, you simply can't beat the value. We would definitely stay here again :)"

"Clean, new, great location, we only got around on foot. The room has almost everything you need. On the ground floor there's a kitchen, luggage storage, and an ironing board. We had trouble checking into the hotel for a long time until we could connect to Wi-Fi. I recommend downloading the app and registering in advance. We liked everything except the darkness in the room. The window overlooks a skylight, so there's very little light in the morning, making it hard to wake up."

"Great location! I walked to the Duomo every day, and along the way there were plenty of famous spots to snap photos and lots of food options. The staff was incredibly welcoming ❤️ and even offered to help with my luggage. It's a guesthouse. I didn't take any photos, but the ones provided by the host are accurate. The ceilings are exceptionally high, probably around four meters."
