They send cleaning staff according to the travel arrangements every day. They are cleaned twice a day, morning and evening, and the services are very targeted. 阿阿都沁8877Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

CCY-ADuring this trip to Italy, this hotel in Florence is the most satisfactory. It has high cost performance, good service and environment, and beautiful and large rooms. The location is invincible. It is opposite LV and Cadier. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called ”Master Ba”. The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day. The bed is made every night. If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop. The pictures are all photos of the hotel I took. I have to mention that the flowers in the room are all fresh flowers...

It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. LLaoxieThe hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, with all major attractions easily reachable on foot. However, the hotel is showing its age, and unfortunately, one of our rooms had a strong unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom. On a positive note, the decor had a lovely Florentine style. While the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, other services, such as room cleaning, were not always prompt. A particular point of disappointment was that for such a high-end hotel, only two complimentary bottles of water were provided, with additional bottles costing 4 Euros each. This felt quite ungenerous. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement.
