"Beppu is an excellent choice. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a shop. The space is very, very large. The indoor equipment and materials are all high-end goods, and all the necessary facilities for life are available. The industrial style interior decoration does not give you the feeling of staying in a hotel, but rather a home feeling. If you can only check in after 6 o'clock, remember to ask the boss for the password required for the check-in procedure. This is only the password for entering the store for the first time. There is an iPad on the counter inside. Follow the procedure displayed on the iPad to check in. Then a password to enter your room will be displayed. This password is also the password to enter the store later. Parking can be done in parking lot 1 or 2 according to the map provided by the store, and there are ample parking spaces."

"The lock on the first-floor main door was broken, posing a significant security concern. There are only four rooms in total, and no elevator; luggage had to be carried up the stairs to the second floor. Our room on the second floor had a window without curtains, so we immediately took photos and emailed customer service for assistance. Customer service replied that there was an iron gate on the outside that we could open, so the response was quite fast. One of the sinks was clogged and leaking slowly. The bathroom heater and humidifier were very dusty, but we were able to clean the dust off the heater ourselves. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with two IH stoves, making cooking very fast. Parking was free, but a 3-5 minute walk away."

"There's a supermarket within walking distance nearby, making it convenient and affordable to buy anything. There's also a small hot spring shop across the street. The room lighting is a bit dim. There's a kitchenette, but the provided utensils need replacing. Cleanliness needs improvement. The bathroom is nice and has a clothes dryer, but the washing machine is very dirty and needs cleaning."

"The place I located 10 minute walk from Beppu station. The checkin is done through a tablet on the reception. Unmanned. Make sure you have the entrance pin code. Not the easiest of checkins. The walls in the bathroom are dusty, the AC too. The bathroom is not heated, so very cold. We had the AC on max, still very cold, there was a cold draft from one of the light switches. The beds are comfy and clean."

"I stayed in Beppu for three nights. This residential hotel was in a super convenient location, just 2 minutes from Donki. The kitchen was nice, and the washing machine had a bit of a smell, but it's essential for families with kids. The bathroom was also a drying room, so after showering at night, I did the laundry and hung it up to dry, experiencing a taste of Japanese family life. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which was inconvenient for those with heavy luggage staying on the second floor. Beppu has Kyushu Natural Zoo, Oita Aquarium, Takasakiyama Monkey Park, and Beppu Hell. It's not boring even if you don't go shopping."

"The room is very big. We booked three double beds. The dining room and kitchenware are all complete. The location is very convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to Beppu Train Station. Self-service check-in and check-out procedures need to be operated through the tablet downstairs, referring to the email content."

"If you make a reservation on Trip.com, you don't seem to receive a guide. I visited without knowing the password for check-in. I made a call while writing a phone bill, but someone who can only speak Japanese received a call. It was too uncomfortable to know the password. I didn't know how to connect to Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rest was satisfied. Location facilities are satisfactory"

"Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids."
