"This hotel is lovely, with great amenities like a well-equipped gym (it’s quite spacious!), a lovely swimming pool, and a sauna that’s open 24/7. The rooms are also quite large, and the beds are super comfy. The only downside is that it’s not right on the main road. The staff at the front desk are generally very friendly, though some aren’t. I even had a pleasant encounter with a staff member in the elevator who didn’t greet me when I was trying to smile—it’s just a small thing, but it’s a basic courtesy. Now, onto breakfast! They have two options: a buffet and an à la carte. The buffet is a bit of a letdown, with limited food and sweets, and the food isn’t very exciting. The à la carte option is actually Coffee Club, if I remember correctly. The staff didn’t speak English very well, which is understandable since it’s not part of the hotel staff. The biggest issue, though, is that while using a coupon, you can get two foods and two drinks, but they didn’t mention that until we saw it on the menu. I’d love to stay there again, but the breakfast could be better."

"This is a really nice condotel with complete amenities. I liked that they had a big fridge and a microwave. So many drawers and cabinets. A bathtub. The TV in our room wasn’t a smart TV tho. Great location to go about the city. There’s a 7-11 a few blocks away."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Residence in Ekkamai, Bangkok. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it perfect for my stay. What made the experience even better was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. "Coming back from Pattaya by bus, it took about 10 minutes to walk from Ekkamai station to the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient with a big suitcase. However, as I got closer to the hotel, the staff at the entrance were incredibly welcoming and immediately offered to help with my luggage. When I booked this hotel, I didn't have many expectations, just went for a recognized international chain. But during check-in, I noticed they also have a pool, and while taking the elevator, I saw there's a free shuttle service. Overall, it's quite a well-thought-out hotel."

"Staying one more night in Bangkok after coming back from Phuket, mainly because the hotel's location is truly convenient for getting around. It's about a 10-minute walk to Airport Rail Link A6 station, which makes getting to Suvarnabhumi Airport very easy, taking around 40 minutes in total. My flight was in the afternoon, so in the morning I still had time to shop at Terminal 21 and then have lunch at Pier 21 on the fifth floor. After lunch, I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage and then headed straight to the Airport Rail Link – it was really smooth and quick."

"Helpful staff but issues with the AC. I’d like to thank the hostel for being flexible with my late check-in; the service was great in that regard. On the downside, it was a bit hard to contact them beforehand. Also, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. Despite setting it to 16°C, it didn't cool down at all, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night."

"During our recent trip to Bangkok, we had the pleasure of attending chess matches at Paradise Park. To make the most of our visit, we stayed at Lumen Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Lumen’s prime location is undoubtedly its biggest asset. Nestled right next to Suan Luang Rama IX MRT Station, it offers unbeatable convenience for travelers. As soon as you step off the escalator, Lumen's entrance is just to your left, perfect for those arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport or exploring the city. For those driving in, the spacious parking area is a welcome bonus. We were greeted by Pete at the front desk; his friendliness and efficiency set the tone for our stay. I was genuinely surprised to be upgraded to a double room on the 21st floor, offering sweeping views of the city skyline. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful, professional, and eager to assist. Lumen is surrounded by shopping and dining options. Seacon Square, Lotus, and Paradise Park are all within a mile radius, making it easy to shop, dine, or catch a movie. On either side of the hotel, you’ll find 7-Elevens, Café Amazon, and local morning markets are perfect for grabbing a quick bite or experiencing local flavours. Just a short stroll away, on the opposite side where Lotus is, you will find the famous 'Train Night Market', a bustling hub of food, fashion, and fun that stays lively well into the night. The room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, a powerful rain shower, a dining counter, and a cosy living area, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Rooms are with televisions. The breakfast buffet was just right: a satisfying spread of freshly cooked dishes, crispy waffles, buttery croissants, noodles, and a made-to-order egg station that left us full all day. Lumen’s leisure facilities are well-maintained and inviting. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are open until 8pm. The fitness center with a view is okay for a workout. From the unbeatable location and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality and amenities, Lumen Bangkok Hotel truly made us feel at home. It’s a modern, stylish retreat in the heart of Srinakarin, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In fact, it hardly felt like we were away, just wrapped in the comfort of genuine Thai hospitality. Highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and a touch of local charm."

"The room was clean and very spacious, great value for money. The staff provided good service. It's a shame there aren't many food options nearby, as it's located at the end of a street. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again."

About cleanliness the wood have a lot of dust need to better clean, all other no questions."
