"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It consists of two buildings, A and B. We requested a room in building A because we planned on frequenting the pool and gym. The staff at check-in accommodated all our requests, giving us a room with twin beds (instead of the double bed we mistakenly booked) in building A on the 20th floor. The room was incredibly spacious (and this was the hotel's smallest room type!), with a fantastic view of Bangkok from the 20th floor window. The room had everything we needed: quality toiletries and even a scale in the bathroom; comfortable beds, plenty of hangers in the closet, and, most importantly for me, a washing machine! In Thailand's hot climate, this is an absolute necessity (and a real pleasure to wear clean clothes every day). Laundry detergent was among the daily replenished consumables. We also received two bottles of drinking water daily. Another undeniable advantage of the hotel (and a constant source of my delight) is the pool and gym. The pool is large, 25 meters long, perfect for proper swimming, not just splashing around. It's open from 6:00 AM to midnight, which is very convenient for early morning swimmers before breakfast, like myself. The gym is well-equipped and open 24/7. Towels for the pool and gym, and drinking water, were available in unlimited quantities. Breakfast vouchers are issued for the number of days you're staying. You can use these vouchers for a buffet breakfast at the restaurant in building B or for an à la carte breakfast at the cafe in building A. The buffet is adequate but, objectively speaking, not very varied. There was frankly very little fruit for Thailand. The à la carte breakfast doesn't include fruit at all, but the dishes served are delicious – with one voucher, you choose one main dish, one dessert, and two drinks from the menu. I found the hotel's location to be excellent. We liked this area last year as well, and the distance to the metro (by our standards) is very short – a 10-minute brisk walk. It takes the same amount of time to reach the park near the Royal National Centre, where you can spot monitor lizards and, after sunset, join the mass run of health enthusiasts (the path around the lake is 1800 meters long). We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and professional. For us, the hotel was practically perfect. As a suggestion for service improvement – rooms really should be equipped with clothes drying racks (there's enough space for them in the bathrooms) – many reviews mention this. I definitely recommend this hotel; if I ever visit Bangkok again, I won't even consider other options and will stay here again."

"We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for us as a family of four. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and tidy and you can tell that the owner paid attention to the small details. The bed was so comfortable, like home away from home. Towels, hangers, hairdryer, toiletries like soap and shower gel were provided. Also earplugs too incase you found the noise from the outside seeping in. Theres also a loft which was very convenient for us. There was a shower and a bathtub (which the kids loved!) it was very convenient to have a fridge, microwave, cutlery, bowls and cups, and full sink to wash the dishes in. They even provided dishwashing soap and a sponge! It is self-check in and check out so pretty straight towards and there is staff on site should you need help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay here again! 🙏🏼"

"Air conditioning worked badly, it didnt cool down enough and the bedroom one had a timer and every hour turned off, we asked house keeping to fix it and they tried but the timer got activated again. The room space is good, the water was always warm even tho they mentioned it doesnt work 24/7. They have kitchenette but it was pointless as there wasnt cutterly, plates or even microwave, microwave was available downstairs. The gym was pretty bad and hot. The swimming pool was nice. BTS was close, 5 min walking but accessing there was dangerous because of the cars."

About cleanliness the wood have a lot of dust need to better clean, all other no questions."

"On the night we checked in, yellow sewage seeped out from the kitchen floor. Luckily, staff came to deal with it immediately, but it took a long time for the smell to dissipate from the room. The next day, the front desk offered us complimentary airport transfers for two, which was a great gesture and showed excellent problem-solving skills – thumbs up! The hotel's location is also fantastic. Just a short walk down a small path takes you directly to the side entrance of EmQuartier. Imagine how wonderful it is to step out of your hotel in hot Bangkok and immediately enter an air-conditioned mall! From the mall, you can directly access the BTS station or walk through a skybridge to other malls. Highly recommended!"
