I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

A modern, stylish hotel with a convenient location near the metro. We absolutely loved our two-bedroom room on the 31st floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The breakfasts in the small, cozy restaurant were quite varied and tasty. The pool with a street view was very pleasant. It's a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, about 27 km, but there can be traffic jams and rain, which can make the journey up to 1.5 hours. So, it's best to leave with plenty of time when heading to the airport.

This time, I stayed at the Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok. What first attracted me was its location. It's only a 5-minute walk from Sam Yan MRT station and a 7-minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS station, making it easy to reach other attractions in Bangkok. There are also many nightclubs and massage parlors nearby, so I didn't have to worry about getting back to the hotel late. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink in the lobby, and there were even welcome fruits in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. We stayed in a quad room with two beds, and I slept very well without hearing any outside traffic noise. The separate bathroom and toilet (with a bidet) allowed all four of us to get ready within half an hour without fighting over the toilet. The only downsides to the room were that the air conditioning was too cold, and the hot water wasn't hot enough, possibly due to low water pressure. There's also a gym and a swimming pool; they're not huge, but the facilities are adequate. Finally, breakfast is available from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is a long serving time. While the variety isn't massive, there are Chinese, Western, and Thai options to satisfy all tastes. You can also order freshly made scrambled eggs, rice noodle soup, and latte art coffee. All in all, this is a hotel with great value for money, and I would recommend it to my friends.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel's accessibility and view were fantastic. The hotel breakfast was amazing! Honestly, everything was perfect during my 3-day stay. If I ever go to Bangkok again, I'd probably stay here. It was truly the best. Thank you so much! Especially the bottled noodles – they were seriously the absolute best. I still think about them even after coming home.

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

It is more than 3 times I return to here 1. Staffs are welcome & support 2. Shuttle service available (That could just make life more easier) 3. Lobby is big & plenty of place to sit & discuss with your co-workers or others appointment 4. First floor fill with different restaurants (different cuisine) and Lawson store 5. Laundry and Cafe are just in the 1st floor 6. Coffee in first floor is good

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

An amazing serviced apartment! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic. It's worth mentioning that the room had a fantastic sense of space, allowing our family of four to stay very comfortably. The cleanliness was also impeccable. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time. The rooftop pool, though small, was very stylish. Most of the guests were Europeans and Americans; we rarely saw Asian faces. Highly recommended!

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

This is a very relaxing place with a swimming pool and Chinese-speaking staff. It has two beds, and the staff were very patient; someone stayed up until 3:30 AM to help us check in. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and the convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. I even got chased by stray dogs when I went to buy some essentials late at night – quite an experience! Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!
