AAnonymous UserNothing to complain about this hotel , from the bellboy to the reception and the room, everyone was professional and attentive. They even helped me arrange a birthday cake surprise for my family. The best part is its location, right beside National Stadium Station and MBK Mall, where you can find everything you need which is shopping, food, and even massage! I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

Ttan lip cheowThe checkin is fast and seamless and room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing deliciously with Christmas special, a wide spread to choose Thai, Japanese and Western. The Pastry is a must try for sweet tooth’s. Location is perfect, as we just to walk 10mins to both Siam Paragon or Central Embassy. BTS is right outside and if you need a prayer at Doorstep of Erawan shine. Suggest to choose a higher floor room, as it can be noisy road traffic.

GGuest UserRight in the heart of Silom, location wise it is fantastic. Rooms were generally clean and I believe they've recently been renovated. Housekeeping will only change the bath towels daily, general cleaning of the room and make the bed however I believe the sheets are not changed everyday. There is a tremendous layer of dust beneath the bed and the tables in general had stains from previous tenants. The hotel is at best 4 stars but closer to 3.5; all staff members were exceptionally helpful however there's just something missing that I can't seem to pinpoint that gives it the 5 star ambience. Lovely on site restaurants such as the Ruenton serving their iconic chicken rice however skip their highly expensive (AUD$80) breakfast buffet unless it is included in the price and instead go to the many amazing cafes located in Silom. The pool is covered in shade from late morning so don't expect to sun tan. Comfortable enough stay however expectations need to be managed.

CCurt 常鹰We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. It did not meet those standards, I'm afraid to say. First things first, it should be said that it is fairly easy to get to on the MTR system, just a very short walk from Hwai Khwang, though it should be pointed out that when using Trip to find the location of Google Maps, I was given the wrong spot (further down the road, so actually a nice surprise to see it was closer, and I wont hold this against the hotel as it is likely nothing to do with them.) Serve at check-in was good, bags carried up the stairs for us and taken to the room with the porter stood waiting as we arrived. Check-in staff were as friendly as one would expect at a Marriott-run hotel of this quality, & though I was slightly surprised by the price of the deposit it was ultimately fine. We had booked a deluxe room with a double bed, and were told that since there was none available (?), we'd be upgraded to a Premier. Looking at the app since, I'm struggling to see where they differ. The decor in the Premier is perhaps a bit more modern, but they are the same size with the same bathroom (more on that later), and the lower price-point is on a much higher floor (ergo better view, I'd assume). In truth, had I paid for a Premier & been greeted with our room, I'd have been even more disappointed. The room was fine, but I'm not sure much more than that. A decent size, though by no means surprisingly big. It was at least quite airy, and the bed pretty comfortable, though seriously lacking in plug sockets. I find it rare to see a hotel these days without plug sockets on both sides of the bed, especially a hotel at this price point. It meant that only one phone could be charged nearby, the other on the table on the other side of the room. The bathroom, though, was really, really disappointing (& that's putting it lightly). The bathtub might have been a nice touch, had it not quite clearly had dried on blood stains in it. I've never experienced this in any hotel I've ever stayed at, no matter how cheap. Let alone at one double the price of anywhere else we stayed in Bangkok and Thailand! The sink, too, was clearly scratched up dirty, with two clear globs of dried on mucus. No face washing in there for us. Fortunate perhaps, given the number of towels provided too was pretty light. The bin in the bathroom also came with no bin bag. I'd hope that the inside is therefore cleaned regularly, but given what we'd seen before, I wasn't filled with hope. Elswhere, breakfast was generally of expected quality. Nothing to write home about per se, but a very nice dining area and good service in fairness. The coffee was decent, though again by no means hugely memorable. The swimming pool is a highlight, offering great views across the city (indeed, the view from our room was quite nice too – though can't help thinking it would be better from a higher floor, like in the cheaper rooms!), with ample comfy beds and free towels. It might be a bit small in peak season, but there were only 3 other groups sharing with us, so plenty of space for a swim. We also enjoyed the massage (850bht). The price was not included in the room fee, but I thought 850 seemed a decent price for the quality and the convenience. Each of these things could be the most memorable part of the trip, were we not greeted by the dirtiest bathroom I've ever experienced in a hotel. & that's a real pity, because it was so avoidable too! Especially from a Marriott hotel, I'd really expect better.

GGarreth HuntBangkok was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we booked this hotel as a treat to end our trip given it's 5 star status. We were left very disappointed... The lobby is lovely and is indicative of a high end hotel but that's where it ended unfortunately. The rooms are 3 star at best. We had booked a room with a balcony specifically but the initial room we were given didn't have one. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a balcony, however the balcony was surrounded by fans so we had limited views. We were offered another room on our second day with a better balcony but the room itself was smaller so we opted to stay where we were. From what we could see, none of the balconies are great so I would avoid paying the extra for rooms with them. The pool is cold and in need of some work, the grout is coming away in many areas creating sharp edges in spots. Also not 5 star quality. Breakfast was the nicest setup and offering we had seen in Thailand.

GGuest UserOh... it's hard. The hotel is very aesthetic and the first impression is great. Very nice restaurant and bar. The room was equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes and an ironing board. Very comfortable bed. But unfortunately, I already know why there were no photos of the bathroom - it is very small, and the ceiling is probably at a height of 2.20m. And mold/dirty, dingy fugues... that shouldn't happen. Breakfasts are tasty, but not very rich - on the plus side, different dishes are served every day. Several imported products such as Parmesan or Pepperoni. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation at the bar, where we were ignored by the staff and the door was closed ahead of time. Honestly, I expected more. It's not a bad hotel, but I won't be going back in the future.

EE.KKThe room was very spacious and the location is excellent - close to the BTS station, with a 7-Eleven just outside. The staff provided good service, and I appreciated the free coffee and drinks available during certain hours. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The toilet area also had a slight smell, possibly due to the wooden flooring, but it was a minor issue.

AArzonSayohatWe stayed at Urbana Langsuan with friends, and it was an amazing experience! We booked a suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a group stay. The view from the windows was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool on the 33rd floor — absolutely stunning, especially in the evening when the city lights up. It’s a perfect spot to relax, swim, and take great photos. Excellent value for money and a great location close to restaurants and malls. We would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe advantage of this hotel is the location and all the nearby food, health massage centre, shopping mall. However, this hotel is very run down, compare to it's photo posted. The light in the lobby, lift, corridor and room is very dim. There is some smell in the corridor. In the middle of the night, you can easily hear the door banging or some water run through the pipe. Even in the room, some cabinet has broken and not been fixed. Worst still, the aircon temperature cannot be adjusted. If we feel cold, called the receptionist and they will send technical to adjust for you. Like wise, if feel hot, technician will appear again to adjust to the temperature you need. It is very hard to imagine. However, my room is on the 30th floor and offered a spectacular view.

I can say each and every staff member is exceptional , especially ” Dee ” at the front desk .. I thought Dee is the hotel senior manager I'm not sure but under Dee's management this hotel is number 1 on my list whenever I visit bangkok
