"Great hotel situated not far from the airport. Very clean and modern with soundproof rooms allowing a good night's sleep. Very comfortable beds. A huge Robinsons store outside with everything you need close by. I really like the small food market and bar outside the hotel serving cold beers and live music. Also provide a free transfer service to the airport twice a day which is another nice feature. Will definitely stay here again for its convenience."

"It's good, not too far to walk. The bed and blanket felt a bit unclean. I was sleeping alone, but when I woke up in the morning and pulled back the blanket, I found a woman's hair, which means the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. But overall, it's okay."

"The location is fantastic, right next to the airport shuttle stop, which connects to both airports. The price is very affordable, making it perfect for solo travelers and backpackers, and they offer all-day luggage storage. However, the sheets had stains, which is a definite drawback."

"My first trip to Bangkok was fantastic! The locals were friendly, warm, kind, and polite. The hotel experience was great too. The front desk staff could all speak Chinese, and there was free milk and coffee available in the lobby for guests to help themselves to. There's also a delivery rack, which was really convenient for picking up late-night food orders placed via Grab. In Thailand, hotels typically have a 3 PM check-in time. We arrived at 7 AM after an all-night flight, feeling exhausted. We knew early check-in usually costs extra, so we planned to just drop off our luggage at the front desk, go out, and come back for check-in at 3 PM. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had an available room and let us check in immediately without any early check-in fees! This was a huge help and gave us plenty of time to rest and catch up on sleep. A big thank you to the hotel! If there aren't any rooms available for early check-in, there are plenty of seats and tables in the lobby where you can enjoy the free coffee and milk while you wait. Right opposite the hotel is a large 7-Eleven with a wide selection of goods – you'll likely find all the must-buy items you see online. In a small alley opposite the hotel, there's a laundromat, as the hotel doesn't have one. I recommend buying local laundry detergent samples from 7-Eleven; they make your clothes smell amazing. The washers and dryers are coin-operated, and there's a coin changer machine inside the laundromat. Next to that laundromat is another, even bigger 7-Eleven. The 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel can sometimes run out of items because so many hotel guests shop there, so the one by the laundromat is a good alternative – it's less crowded, bigger, and has a more comprehensive selection. The subway station is very close, about a five-minute walk. There are two bus stops nearby: a smaller one about 200 meters to the left downstairs from the hotel, and a larger one next to the subway station."

"Since my flight home was in the early morning, I chose to stay at this hotel near Don Mueang Airport for my last night in Bangkok. The surrounding area is residential and quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. There were convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. Amenities weren't in the room, but I wonder if they would have provided them if I had asked at the front desk."

"We decided to give this hotel a try for a short getaway in Bangkok, and overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few things worth noting before booking. The hotel is located near the Pratunam shopping district, making it convenient for those planning to spend time shopping. However, do expect a bit of walking to reach the main shopping area. It's also within walking distance of the Airport Rail Link, which is a convenient option if you're travelling to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport without taking a taxi. One of the hotel's biggest strengths is that it is relatively new, so the facilities are modern and well maintained. Everything still feels fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. Housekeeping was also consistent throughout our stay, and the room was kept clean and tidy every day. There are a few convenience stores nearby. While there's a Tops Daily close to the hotel, I'd recommend walking a little further to the nearest 7-Eleven, which offers a much wider selection of food, drinks, and daily essentials. One thing to be aware of is the nightlife directly opposite the hotel. There's a bar that can get quite lively, with live music often continuing until around 2–3 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, this may affect your stay. To the hotel's credit, the staff were very helpful and immediately offered to move us to another room. We were fortunate to be relocated to a corner room facing away from the bar, which significantly reduced the noise and allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. However, during peak occupancy, room availability may be limited, so it's not always possible to completely avoid the noise. Another point to note is that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service to nearby BTS stations or the Airport Rail Link. If you plan to travel to the airport by train or require transportation, you'll need to arrange and pay for it separately. Overall, this is a good value hotel with modern facilities, clean rooms, and friendly, responsive staff. If you don't mind a short walk to nearby attractions and transportation, it's a solid choice. However, if you're particularly sensitive to noise, I'd recommend requesting a room facing away from the bar when making your reservation for a more comfortable stay. I would rate this as a medium tier experience and would only recommend only if you do not mind the noise."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. We arrived to this hotel around 4am (Due to long queue at customs). We got sorted fast and in a nice manner (24/7 Service). The room and bathroom are beautiful too (Room is cleaned up nicely, bathroom flooring does get wet all over, still very nice) A few minutes walk to the malls around Siam as there are bridges connecting to most of them (if not all) Cute eating/chilling area downstairs. ordering food off grab was also easy as there is a drop-off area for the food downstairs. If you’re looking for a good, quiet and close to amenities area, this would be it. :-) Thank you for your services and lovely pool and neighbourhood kitties."

"Had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay here with my family! The hotel is newly opened, very clean with a nice vibe, and we really liked that it’s quite low density, so it never felt too crowded. The location is also convenient, and we especially loved the complimentary snacks at the reception area — such a nice little touch! All the staff were super friendly, helpful and well-trained throughout our stay. We also mentioned that we were celebrating our family birthdays, and the hotel team was so kind and thoughtful to prepare a beautiful room surprise for us. The decorations were really nicely done and you could tell they put a lot of effort into it. It genuinely surprised us and made the stay even more special. 🥹🤍 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Bangkok! ❤️"

"Exceptional Stay - 10/10 Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel for an 11-day vacation from July 18 to 29, traveling all the way from the UAE, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable. It is within walking distance to almost all of Bangkok’s major landmarks, making it super convenient to explore the city. It’s also a fantastic spot for clothes shopping, and the food options nearby are endless—ranging from incredible street food to great local eateries. The hotel itself feels brand new, clean, and modern. The staff members are genuinely warm and offer top-notch service. I’d especially like to give a special shoutout to the tall, slim Myanmar receptionist. He was always ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.
