"We love the style, convenience, and value for money of this hotel. The location is right next to the mall, within walking distance (they share the same area). Everything is clean and simple. It’s like a combination of a hotel and a hostel since they have a common area where we can get complimentary ice, water, and coffee, and use the microwave and plates. The common area is very peaceful, and there are also board games. Late check-out is available until 5 pm. The parking spots are quite limited, although we can park at the outside parking area of the mall, which kind of felt a bit sketchy at night. Overall, this hotel is very worth the money, and we would definitely visit again."

"The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-6 minute walk from Nana Station. The street where the hotel is situated is lively with many restaurants and bars, so it feels safe to walk around at night. However, there's a club directly opposite the hotel that blasts loud music from around 10 PM until 4 AM. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider staying elsewhere."

"The Hotel is quite new so it is clean and well maintained. We stayed at a triple room and it is very spacious. Toiletries are complete, their body shower actually smells good. There are glass water, cup for coffee or tea. There is also a refrigerator and a dining table. Bottled water, coffee, tea, and sugar are also provided There is also a cabinet and a vanity. We didn't connect to their wifi but it can only connect a number of devices at the same time equal to the number of people staying at the room. The bathroom is also very spacious, and warm water is available. They have a restaurant at the lobby that offers breakfast buffet. The location is not very near to a BTS or MRT station but they have complementary shuttle that will drop you off to specific list they have, including the Victory Monument BTS station. You can book for free and in advance. At the time when we visited, the location of the hotel is not yet updated in Grab maps, so make sure to check the current location if using Grab. Their lobby has free drinks, Restroom, and they have a room for luggage storage"

"This hotel is located deep inside an alley behind Asia Hotel, so it may be a bit inconvenient for travelers without a car. However, the stay itself was quite comfortable. The room was clean and included basic amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout the stay, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, it was a decent and comfortable hotel with good service and clean rooms."

"I recently had a wonderful stay at The Bently Hotel and wanted to share my positive experience, especially for other solo travelers. // Safety & Peace of Mind As a female solo traveler, safety is my top priority, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The elevators require key card access to reach the guest floors, which made me feel very secure knowing that only guests could go upstairs. Additionally, the room door is equipped with a door hold/security latch, giving me extra peace of mind at night. // Perfect Location The location is incredibly convenient. It is within easy walking distance to Big C and Centralworld, making shopping and exploring so easy. There are also plenty of great local breakfast options right around the corner, so you never have to go far for a good meal. // Room & Facilities The room was spacious, fresh, and very comfortable. I particularly loved the bathroom; it was spotless and had a very intuitive layout. The water pressure in both the shower and the bidet was excellent - perfect for a refreshing soak after a long day of walking. For entertainment, the room is equipped with a Smart TV, which made it easy to watch YouTube. It also allows you to log into your own Netflix account, which is a great touch for those who want to catch up on their favorite shows. // Outstanding Service The staffs are friendly and greet you every time you come and go. I had a small incident where I thought housekeeping forgot to put bottled water. At 1am, I went down to the lobby and was met by a night shift staff who spoke fluent English. He politely explained that the water had been placed inside the fridge (instead of on the table like the previous day). He was very professional and kindly reminded me that I could simply call from the room phone next time instead of walking down. Overall, The Bently Hotel offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and security. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!"

"The male staff member at check-in was incredibly helpful (10/10 for him!). The housekeeping staff were also very helpful and provided excellent service. The property is brand new and I highly recommend it. Just a heads-up, there's some construction happening near the hotel (not sure if it's another hotel or something else), so you might hear some noise (the rooms aren't soundproof). But overall, I was very impressed."

"The room was very clean, and I was extremely satisfied with the front desk service. I happened to be on my period and accidentally stained the comforter. After speaking with the front desk lady, they immediately replaced it with a new one. They told me if the stain came out, I wouldn't have to pay, but if it didn't, I would. In the end, it must have come out because I wasn't charged. When we first arrived, a staff member helped us with our luggage, and the front desk also spoke Chinese, which was fantastic 👍. The room amenities were comprehensive, and it was cleaned daily. The rooms have sealed floor-to-ceiling windows with great views. The hotel is conveniently located very close to a 7-Eleven, making it super easy to grab breakfast every day. Across the road, there's Central Rama shopping mall where you can browse. The basement floor has lots of food options, and the fruit in the supermarket is incredibly fresh. I highly recommend it to everyone 👍!!!"

"The hotel is in a bit of a busy area, but it’s really close to Pratunam and Siam Paragon—only a 10-15 minute walk. Plus, Ratchathewi BTS station is just 5 minutes away. The room is a bit small but comfortable enough. They have all the standard amenities like slippers, shampoo, and a hair dryer, though you have to request them from the staff. To be honest, the staff weren't very friendly and gave me conflicting information. Also, they take a 500-baht cash deposit for the keycard, which they really should mention in advance so guests can prepare the cash. Overall, I’d give it a 6/10. If you’re easy-going, it’s not a bad choice considering the great location near the malls and BTS."

"Everything about this hotel is a 10/10 The room is so classy and spacious even for a studio room as I was traveling alone,tho I booked for 2 and the food was super good,I wish I booked for More days cos I stayed for 4 days initially in another hotel and I regret it,the hotel is too beautiful for words and the price is super affordable,it’s shocking… I wish I could even say more than this,the pool is just too beautiful and very cozy,gosh this is truly a 5 star hotel and when I was leaving,I asked for an extra 2 hours cos I was truly tired and they didn’t hesitate to grant my request and when I checked out,I was given a gift,I was astonished,it’s the thought of that that really mattered,I felt like royalty and that’s how the hotel staff treat you… I just hope they keep up this great job …. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in Bangkok…."

"We spent 3 nights in this hotel but we did not get to check on the amenities because we were out during the day. The location was fantastic— at the very heart of Pratunam night market, walking distance to Platinum mall and Big C. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Though it is located on a busy area, the rooms are very quiet… Its worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel."
