I stayed here for 5 nights and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful – you can feel the hospitality in every interaction. The room design is simply awesome: modern yet cozy, with a private balcony, a walking closet, and even a pantry that makes it feel more like a stylish apartment than just a hotel room. The bathroom was spotless and gleaming, with a bathtub that was the perfect addition after long days exploring Bangkok. The facilities are top-notch – the gym had everything I needed, and the onsen was a truly relaxing highlight that elevated the entire experience. SilQ Hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, design, and service. I will definitely stay here again – highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

I stayed at Chatrium Grand Bangkok once again, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are absolutely wonderful — incredibly quiet, spacious, and perfectly designed for real comfort and relaxation. Even in the heart of Bangkok, you can truly rest and enjoy peace and silence. The breakfast is on a world-class level — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. The variety, quality, freshness, and presentation of the food are outstanding, and everything is prepared to the highest international standards. The swimming pool is fantastic — beautifully designed, very relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. It truly adds to the luxury experience of the hotel. Most importantly, the staff deserve special recognition. Every single person was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and always smiling. You really feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. This was not my first stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok, and it certainly will not be my last. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service in Bangkok.

Great service and flexible arragement for the check in staff! We are a family of 9 with 4 group coming in at seperate day and timing and although they mention subj to avaliablity the counter staff was so nice to make an effort to help us arrange all the 5 room on the same floor. It was a great experience for our group.Thank you team!

Hotel location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from BTS Thong Lo (and hotel also has TukTuk service to station running on a set schedule). Booked a room with King bed and 2 Twin beds, which turned out to be a connecting room and it was such a nice touch for group of friends staying together. The area is surrounded by numerous massage places and good coffee places, which is a perfect location for those who are looking to leisurely enjoy the time in Bangkok.

Very good location surrounded with food, 5 mins walk from Terminal 21 and train station. Staff are friendly, lobby door bell service staff are helpful too. Proper tooth brush and tooth paste are provided. Electronic Bidet. Clean and large hotel room and bath tub. Highly recommended.
