Amazing
GGuest UserThe house is exactly just like the photos. Very clean and new. All the amenities are provided as per listed. We came with a family of 4, with another two elderly. We had a pleasant stay here, feel like home. Quiet area, lots of food stall and convenience store in walkable distance. One car parking available. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Bangkok.

HHuhudaiwangSiniThe service attitude was excellent! During check-in, all I had to do was sit back and relax. The lobby design is absolutely beautiful, and the public areas are very well maintained. The spa was also incredibly comfortable. Even though it's located in the bustling city center, it doesn't feel noisy at all. It's a perfect spot for a staycation! I highly recommend everyone try this Kimpton hotel; the greenery is so refreshing and delightful.

LLifeibaiThis is a Chilean-run hotel. I stayed in a six-person room the first day and booked a four-person room for the second day. At 11:00 AM the next day, I returned the key card for the six-person room, but since it wasn't check-in time, I discussed changing rooms with the hotel owner for the afternoon. Afterwards, I went to Bangkok Central Railway Station to buy a train ticket. When I returned to the hotel, it was past 10:00 PM, but only 10:40 PM, and the hotel was completely empty. They neither left me any note nor arranged any other accommodation. I tried contacting the hotel following the signs at the entrance—by phone, online, and email—but received no response. They failed to fulfill their promise to have staff on duty. The online booking platform also tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but to no avail. I waited until 2:00 AM, but still no one helped me find accommodation, so I had to find another place to spend the night with my heavy luggage. Afterwards, I applied for a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel coldly refused. The booking platform refunded my accommodation fee based on my reasons. This hotel is heartless and only cares about money; they have no humanity whatsoever. They are a disgrace to the Bangkok hotel industry.

KKenquistI recently stayed three nights at the Ibis Bangkok Siam and had a pleasant, hassle-free experience in the heart of Bangkok. This mid-range hotel delivered exactly what I needed — cleanliness, convenience, and a prime location. Room The room was nice and clean with a modern, minimalist Ibis design. The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and the bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure. Compact but well laid out — perfect for a solo or couple stay. Location The location is excellent, just steps from Siam Square, MBK Center, Siam Paragon, and CentralWorld. Easy access to shopping, street food, and BTS stations (Siam & National Stadium). Everything you need is right outside the door. Food & Facilities The 8th-floor restaurant offers a solid breakfast buffet for about $15 USD with good Western and Thai options. A big bonus is the 24/7 7-Eleven right in the lobby — super convenient for snacks and drinks. Overall, the Ibis Bangkok Siam is a reliable, clean, and well-located hotel without luxury prices. Friendly staff and smooth stay. I’d return without hesitation.

SSophiaJangJune 10-13, 2026 Four days, three nights, NT$4988, which is NT$1663 per night, excluding breakfast, for a twin room with a city view. The location is quite good. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to ICONSIAM. From the outdoor bar area, you can see the cruise boats and scenery on the Chao Phraya River, especially the colorful night view, which really captures the essence of Bangkok, Thailand. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned our room thoroughly every day. The young ladies at the bar area also provided excellent service. However, the front desk staff seemed less welcoming, perhaps due to a language barrier with us. The Ibis Riverside Bangkok is cleaner than the Ibis Hua Hin. The waterproof sealant in the bathroom looked new, as if it had just been replaced! However, the rooms are small, and the soundproofing isn't great. For the price, it feels a bit high. Since we'd had too many hotel breakfasts on this trip, we decided not to have breakfast at the Ibis Riverside this time, otherwise the price would have been even higher. It doesn't offer the same value for money as the Ibis Hua Hin.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were friendly and well mannered. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is walking distance to Asok BTS and makes easy to get to everywhere. Buffet breakfast was good. We were there for 8 days and would be nice if there could change the menu more frequently.

AAnonymous UserLiving on the sixth floor, I heard Indians on the first floor not sleeping at two o'clock in the middle of the night, and the windows could not be locked! Friends with poor sleep quality should not choose here! Although super close to the Watergate market!

GGuest UserGreat location, right by Baiyoke Sky. It's an Indian-run hotel. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here – it's just toast, jam, bland instant coffee, milk tea, and eggs (fried or omelet). And that's all there was for all three days. We happened to be there on a festive night and, as expected, didn't get any sleep because of the celebrations. The noise coming in from the windows was incredible – it felt like we were right in the middle of the action! We liked the location (which was why we chose this particular hotel), the rooms were clean, and there was a fridge and kettle. We never managed to get hot water from the heater, though.
