I stayed here again after a year and it's still a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and polite. I booked a suite but found that some floors' suites didn't have a washing machine. I asked if I could switch to a room with one, and the front desk immediately agreed! The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors; it was spotless. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday until 11 AM is a huge plus... They have hot waffles, which my kids loved! There's also a food court under the MRT station right by the entrance... very convenient for getting around!

Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, close to transport links and commercial areas, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, or business trips. All in all, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the staff were also professional and enthusiastic, making for a very pleasant experience. If I have the chance to visit this area again in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Excellent service! I gave them a mango and they helped me cut the fruit. They were also able to answer all our questions. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. The pool is good, and the bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are just average.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and polite, providing excellent service. The hotel environment was also great, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location is fantastic and convenient, with a large shopping mall right next door, offering all sorts of food and drinks. The only downside is that the hotel's price is a bit high.

The hotel is located in the city center, but quite deep within an alley, though they do offer a shuttle service. The staff provided excellent service; everyone was friendly, smiling, and attentive. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The room layout was good, and it was fully equipped. Personally, I really liked it. There's also a cafe downstairs with good coffee. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. We checked in late, and the hotel upgraded our room. The room had a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the dishes and utensils you could need. One night wasn't enough; next time I'll stay for two nights. If you're hesitant, I highly recommend it; I personally think it's great.

Nicely located 7 ks from the airport and with free pickup and drop off the Grand BS should be at the top of your list. Nice big rooms with everything you need and two good swimming pools for the hot days. Reception were friendly and helpful.. It also comes with an average breakfast but then the price is very cheap. We were happy . There are also food stalls and markets a few minutes walk away plus a 7 11 to meet all your needs. I would be happy to stay again 👍

It provides a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views of the Bangkok skyline, especially during sunset. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering good value for the price paid. The staff were generally polite and helpful when needed, although the service was fairly standard rather than exceptional. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service experience. That said, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance updates. Certain areas of the property appear dated, and some room facilities could be improved to meet modern expectations. While everything was functional, refreshing the interiors would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Furama Silom remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with good facilities at a fair price. Thanks for arranging the room according to my request! I stayed in a more expensive room that had just been renovated. The hotel is close to A5 Lat Phrao station, which is straight ahead from the airport exit. There's a skybridge connecting directly to the hotel's main entrance. I found a local transport option, Boat 21, which takes you near the Four-Faced Buddha. From the hotel, head towards the BTS station and at the intersection, you can take a red Songthaew (pickup truck taxi) to B or C for souvenirs – it's not crowded!

Very nice hotel. Big rooms and good location close to shooping and BTS Phrom Phong, The staff is very helpful and nice. Good value for the money..
