I stayed here again after a year and it's still a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and polite. I booked a suite but found that some floors' suites didn't have a washing machine. I asked if I could switch to a room with one, and the front desk immediately agreed! The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors; it was spotless. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday until 11 AM is a huge plus... They have hot waffles, which my kids loved! There's also a food court under the MRT station right by the entrance... very convenient for getting around!

My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was quick and efficient, handled by friendly front desk staff who provided great service. The room was clean and comfortable with a well-designed layout. The bed was soft and provided a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless and bright with a full set of amenities. The overall environment was very relaxing. All in-room facilities, including the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, worked perfectly, and I encountered no issues during my stay. The hotel's public facilities were also very well-maintained. Whether it was the restaurant, gym, or lounge areas, you could tell they put a lot of effort into their operations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food, catering to different guests' needs. Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, close to transport links and commercial areas, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, or business trips. All in all, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the staff were also professional and enthusiastic, making for a very pleasant experience. If I have the chance to visit this area again in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott in Thailand, and the room condition was absolutely fantastic! I booked a hotel with a pick-up service from the airport, and the staff was so friendly. We arrived at the hotel safely at night, and both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly kind!!! The only minor inconvenience was that the TV didn't have YouTube, but you can always just search on the internet if you want to watch something. The swimming pool was closed for renovation, but I heard that I could use the pool at a sister hotel. So, I called the front desk at extension 0 and told them I wanted to go. They immediately told me to come down to the lobby. The concierge then called a Grab taxi for me and took me to the Madipadi Hotel. I thought a 'sister hotel' meant it would be right next door or another Marriott, but they put me in an expensive Grab for a 15-minute ride to the Madipadi Hotel, haha. I got to enjoy a new hotel pool for free! Then, after just 10 minutes of splashing around, I came out, and a staff member at Madipadi Hotel asked why I wasn't swimming and if I wasn't getting wet. I told them my hotel had a 12 PM check-out and I needed to leave. They then offered a late check-out if we wanted it, asked my original hotel, and extended my check-out time to 2 PM so I could enjoy the pool longer ㅠㅠ I'm so, so grateful 🥹😭 Both the Marriott staff and the Madipadi staff were incredibly friendly! The best! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.. Oh, and the deposit was 1000 baht per night, which I paid by credit card. There's also a shuttle tuk-tuk, though I didn't use it! The luggage storage service after check-out was also excellent; they proactively offered it when I checked out 👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and more. From the outdoor infinity pool, to access to a fully stocked gym and the complimentary daily breakfast that had the biggest variety of Asian and American dishes on rotation everyday; this place has to be on my top international stays. You are also in walking distance to the Union Mall, which has a wide selection of food court delights. For the price, you really can’t ask for more. Will definitely stay in other The Quarter branches the next time I’m in Thailand.

As an NRI zipping between Hong Kong and Bangkok for work, I needed a hassle-free spot with easy access to shopping, dining, and BTS— this nailed it. Location (5/5): Smack in Sukhumvit's heart, it's a 1-min walk to Emsphere's trendy shops, cinemas, and food scene. BTS Phrom Phong is 5 mins away, making airport runs and city jaunts effortless. No taxi drama in Bangkok traffic! Room & Comfort (4.5/5): My superior room was spotless, modern, and spacious for solo use— king bed was plush, blackout curtains ensured deep sleep despite city buzz. Huge bathroom with rain shower and amenities felt luxurious. Minor nitpick: AC was a tad noisy at night, but earplugs fixed it. Free Wi-Fi was speedy for my work calls. Service & Facilities (4/5): Staff were warm and efficient—check-in was instant, and they upgraded my view gratis. Gym and pool on the 8th floor offered stunning skyline vistas; poolside was quiet for solo unwinding. Breakfast buffet was solid (fresh Thai/Western options), but could use more variety for repeat stays. Value (4.5/5): At ~THB 4,500/night (booked via app), it's a steal for the location and IHG perks. Quiet for a city hotel, ideal for solo travelers avoiding party vibes. Overall: 4.5/5. Highly recommend for short business-leisure trips. Will return!

The absolute highlight of this hotel is the room comfort! As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a subtle, pleasant scent, and it was clear the environment was meticulously clean and tidy, with not a speck of dust or any strange odors. I especially have to praise their bed and bedding; the firmness was absolutely perfect, offering both a comfortable embrace and ample support. It allowed me to sleep soundly until morning, making it hard to even want to get out of bed. If you're as picky as I am about whether 'the bed is comfortable and the room is clean,' you definitely won't be disappointed with this place.

Nicely located 7 ks from the airport and with free pickup and drop off the Grand BS should be at the top of your list. Nice big rooms with everything you need and two good swimming pools for the hot days. Reception were friendly and helpful.. It also comes with an average breakfast but then the price is very cheap. We were happy . There are also food stalls and markets a few minutes walk away plus a 7 11 to meet all your needs. I would be happy to stay again 👍

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely the location. It is very close to the Airport Rail Link, which makes traveling to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport extremely convenient. It was also easy for me to travel around Bangkok without having to spend too much money on taxis. The location is especially useful for travelers who want to explore different parts of Bangkok while staying somewhere affordable. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated having complimentary drinking water and the basic facilities provided in the room. For the price I paid, I think the room was definitely worth it. The hotel staff were another positive part of my experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the staff were willing to help. Good service can make a big difference when traveling, and I was happy with the service I received during my stay. I also really liked how convenient the area around the hotel was. For me, the best things about this hotel were the location, transportation convenience, friendly staff, comfortable room, and reasonable price. It is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers, solo travelers, couples, and anyone who wants to spend more time exploring Bangkok rather than spending a lot of money on accommodation. The personnel super friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious but basic. The bed we felt it was too hard, there was much noise early in the morning, trash trucks, machines etc. it is located right next to the mall and supermarket, lots of shops and stuff. Not the cleanest, the towels are old and not really white and we found bugs in the toilet. It is cost effective however, cleanliness should not be compromised by the price.
