I stayed here again after a year and it's still a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and polite. I booked a suite but found that some floors' suites didn't have a washing machine. I asked if I could switch to a room with one, and the front desk immediately agreed! The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors; it was spotless. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday until 11 AM is a huge plus... They have hot waffles, which my kids loved! There's also a food court under the MRT station right by the entrance... very convenient for getting around!

My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was quick and efficient, handled by friendly front desk staff who provided great service.
The room was clean and comfortable with a well-designed layout. The bed was soft and provided a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless and bright with a full set of amenities. The overall environment was very relaxing. All in-room facilities, including the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, worked perfectly, and I encountered no issues during my stay.
The hotel's public facilities were also very well-maintained. Whether it was the restaurant, gym, or lounge areas, you could tell they put a lot of effort into their operations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food, catering to different guests' needs.
Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, close to transport links and commercial areas, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, or business trips.
All in all, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the staff were also professional and enthusiastic, making for a very pleasant experience. If I have the chance to visit this area again in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Guest UserExcellent service! I gave them a mango and they helped me cut the fruit. They were also able to answer all our questions. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. The pool is good, and the bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are just average.

JlilleyThe Quarter Ladprao by UHG – King Room Review
If you want to step away from the usual tourist traps in Sukhumvit and experience a more local, modern side of Bangkok without sacrificing transit access, The Quarter Ladprao by UHG is an excellent 4-star option. It caters to smart urban travelers, blending sleek corporate efficiency with boutique comfort.
Here is a breakdown of what to expect when booking a King Room at this property.
The Room & Bed Comfort
When booking a King bed, you generally have two main choices here: the Superior King (24 m² / 258 sq ft) or the slightly larger Deluxe King (29 m² / 312 sq ft). Both share the same modern, sleek aesthetic with dark wood accents and smart lighting.
The King Bed: The beds at UHG properties are frequently praised by guests for being incredibly comfortable—thick, supportive mattresses with high-quality linens. If you prefer a thinner pillow, you may want to request one from reception, as the standard pillows are quite plush and thick.
Amenities: You get all the modern essentials: strong air conditioning, a 49-inch Smart TV, a working desk, a mini-fridge, and reliable free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms feature a smart design with excellent water pressure in the shower and bright mirror lighting.
The ”UHG Touch”: Guests consistently note the pleasant, signature scent used in the hotel's toiletries and common areas, adding a subtle touch of luxury to the stay.
Atmosphere & Views
Because the building is relatively tall (16 floors) and sits on a major intersection, many of the King rooms offer expansive, uninterrupted views of the Bangkok skyline and the nearby elevated train lines.
A Quick Tip on Noise: While the high-floor views are fantastic, Ladprao is a major, bustling intersection. If you are a particularly light sleeper, you may want to request a room facing away from the main Ladprao Road to minimize ambient traffic noise.
Location Perks
The location is arguably the biggest selling point of this hotel. It places you in a vibrant, highly walkable neighborhood popular with Bangkok locals.
Unbeatable Transit: The hotel is practically connected to MRT Phahon Yothin (Exit 1) and is a very short walk to the BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao skytrain station. This makes getting anywhere in the city effortless.
Ultimate Convenience: There is a 7-Eleven physically attached to the ground floor of the hotel, making late-night snack or water runs incredibly easy.
Shopping Galore: You are directly across the street from Union Mall (famous for affordable local fashion) and a short walk via a skywalk to Central Ladprao, one of Bangkok's best upscale shopping centers.
On-Site Facilities: Make sure to visit the 6th floor. It houses a beautiful outdoor saltwater swimming pool and a surprisingly well-equipped fitness center that is vastly superior to a standard hotel gym.
“The Quarter Ladprao by UHG offers exceptional value. You get the polish and amenities of a much more expensive hotel, matched with a location that makes exploring Bangkok incredibly efficient. It is highly recommended for anyone who wants a modern, comfortable stay with immediate access to public transit and major shopping hubs.”

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and polite, providing excellent service. The hotel environment was also great, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location is fantastic and convenient, with a large shopping mall right next door, offering all sorts of food and drinks. The only downside is that the hotel's price is a bit high.

SmallduckThe hotel is located in the city center, but quite deep within an alley, though they do offer a shuttle service. The staff provided excellent service; everyone was friendly, smiling, and attentive. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The room layout was good, and it was fully equipped. Personally, I really liked it. There's also a cafe downstairs with good coffee. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. We checked in late, and the hotel upgraded our room. The room had a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the dishes and utensils you could need. One night wasn't enough; next time I'll stay for two nights. If you're hesitant, I highly recommend it; I personally think it's great.

Gary EslerNicely located 7 ks from the airport and with free pickup and drop off the Grand BS should be at the top of your list. Nice big rooms with everything you need and two good swimming pools for the hot days. Reception were friendly and helpful.. It also comes with an average breakfast but then the price is very cheap. We were happy . There are also food stalls and markets a few minutes walk away plus a 7 11 to meet all your needs. I would be happy to stay again 👍

Kaung - the travellerTGreat Location, Good Value, and a Nice Pool
I recently stayed at Furama Silom Bangkok and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, reasonable pricing, and rooftop pool with fantastic city views.
The property is conveniently located in the Silom area, making it easy to access restaurants, street food, shopping, public transportation, and nightlife. For travelers looking for a central base in Bangkok without spending too much, it offers very good value for money.
The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of my stay. It provides a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views of the Bangkok skyline, especially during sunset. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering good value for the price paid.
The staff were generally polite and helpful when needed, although the service was fairly standard rather than exceptional. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service experience.
That said, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance updates. Certain areas of the property appear dated, and some room facilities could be improved to meet modern expectations. While everything was functional, refreshing the interiors would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, Furama Silom remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with good facilities at a fair price. With some improvements and modernization, it could be an even better place to stay in Bangkok.

RendishieryueThanks for arranging the room according to my request! I stayed in a more expensive room that had just been renovated. The hotel is close to A5 Lat Phrao station, which is straight ahead from the airport exit. There's a skybridge connecting directly to the hotel's main entrance. I found a local transport option, Boat 21, which takes you near the Four-Faced Buddha. From the hotel, head towards the BTS station and at the intersection, you can take a red Songthaew (pickup truck taxi) to B or C for souvenirs – it's not crowded!
