"This is a very good hotel. The room is very spacious, and the price is relatively affordable. However, the showerhead is fixed, and shampoo isn't provided, so I had to buy some at the convenience store downstairs. It was also a bit inconvenient that there was no charger near the bed."

"We stayed as a family with two children and booked a family room in the main tower. The hotel is excellent, and check-in was quick. A staff member from reception, Pooh, escorted us to our room, explaining and showing us everything. He was a very polite young man. We didn't use the pool on the 11th floor since we only stayed for one night, but it looked decent. Our room was on the 34th floor with an excellent view, though there was no balcony. The room wasn't large, but it was newly renovated, and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped (bathtub, shower, etc.). There was a refrigerator, coffee machine, tea, coffee, cups, spoons, etc. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes: scrambled eggs with various toppings, soup, hot dishes, vegetables, fruits, and pastries. Notably, there was also yogurt, sushi, pita bread with different fillings. All amenities are nearby, including shopping malls, 7/11, and public transportation. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. The large CentralWorld shopping mall is a 5-minute walk across from Big C. It was convenient to move between the malls using the covered overhead pedestrian bridges, which was very useful during the rain."

"If you're in Bangkok for sightseeing, food, and nightlife, and just need a place to sleep, this hotel is perfectly adequate. There are hardly any amenities, and no complimentary water. The room is a minimum size, and the walls are thin, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're easily bothered by noise or other factors. The good points are the helpful front desk staff, the proximity to a 7-Eleven, and many restaurants within walking distance. It's a viable option for solo travelers."

"I initially booked my stay for a few days only, but decided to extend for another week. The staff were very nice and allowed me to stay in the same room throughout my time in Bangkok. Now this is really a plus point as some hotels will require you ”check out”, then check in later again which can be a major inconvience. The gym was surpringsly well equipped compared to some higher end hotels (another plus point). They also have self service laundry right beside the gym, or you can opt for the laundromat service right next door to the hotel's lobby (another plus point). Breakfast selection was decent, they do offer a variation throughout the week. Optionally there are also a few coffee joints and 7-11 within the premises. Transport wise, I found out that the back gate of the hotel leads to the pier which you can take the river/canal taxi! That is an absolute winner if the traffic gets really bad. Only 10-12minutes to Central Embassy and the usual downtown areas. Just use google maps to get you along."

"Can't find much wrong with this hotel . Very friendly helpful Eng speaking staff at reception, checked in quickly . . Room AC was great, quiet but older type controls on wall , so no remote ..Room was huge .. very comfy , clean bed . Shower was hot . Some rooms had balconies . They put me right beside the lift as requested . It's a busy hotel but only heard the kiosk across the street playing a bit of music at night . Not too loud and finished about 11. They sell drinks and snacks there . Basically a hangout for the Grab drivers . Small swimming pool and plenty loungers. With .small kiddie section. Shower and toilets, clean ..all good There's a good selection on the room. menu or there's a cafe downstairs . I didn't book breakfast so I can't review , but the meals, drinks menu looked reasonably priced . From the reception if you go straight ahead you are in the lane.. turn right for a short walk to the main street .. 7/11 and plenty of restaurants . Stalls selling food in the lane as well .. Further up the street from thec7/11 , there's a few indoor markets selling a range of stuff . The airport is only 15 mins away and they do a free transfer basically every half hour ..times at reception . A 1000 baht deposit is returned at checkout . I'd definitely return. Highly recommend ."
