"I stayed three nights in a partial ocean view room and four nights in an ocean view room. If the price difference isn't significant, definitely opt for the ocean view room – the experience is so much better (the partial ocean view room barely has any ocean view to speak of). The room itself was decent, and the cleanliness was okay, but the towels had a strange smell. The hotel's location is super convenient. The second floor connects directly to the Ala Moana shopping center, and there's a Don Quijote next door, making it very easy to shop and eat. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Waikiki, or a 30-minute walk. Personally, I prefer the nearby Ala Moana Beach, it's very chill. Car rental parking is also convenient. "The location was fantastic, only about a 7-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The hotel staff were also very kind. Housekeeping comes every three days. I really appreciated that they lend out towels for the beach; it was great! After using them, you return the towels in the lobby, which kept our room from getting messy. Once we returned a towel, we got our lending card back, so we could borrow another one the next day when visiting different beaches. We rented a car and paid for parking. We were told we could park anywhere, but when we found it full and mentioned it, they moved one of the hotel's cars for us. For this price and location, I'm absolutely delighted! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to save money but doesn't want to stay in a hostel, and prefers a clean place at the very least. Also, there's a poke place nearby called ''Maguro Spot'' that always had a long line. I was curious, tried it, and it was absolutely delicious – highly recommend!"

"View from the balcony in the room, sunset, night view was awesome! I stayed in the room for 3 people, but the size was sufficient! I was able to cook in the kitchen! １ I could see Hilton fireworks from the entrance on the floor up close!"

"The location is very good. It takes only one minute to get to Wakiki Beach. It is just across the road. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including cafes, food trucks, supermarkets, and Japanese food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all easy to solve. The front desk service is good, parking is also very fast, and they actively and enthusiastically provide luggage pick-up and drop-off services. The room decoration is not very new, which is a common problem in Hawaii, but the room is well maintained. The balcony has a beautiful view. The kitchen facilities are very complete, with rice cookers, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. You only need to buy ingredients and seasonings to cook. I like the whole house very much. The only problem I can't accept is sound insulation. There is no sound insulation. The two bedrooms are next to each other, and part of the wall is the wooden board of the wardrobe. The sound of hanging clothes in the next room is ding ding bang bang. The doors of the bedroom and the bathroom are shuttered, which are not soundproof at all. The sound of water flowing when washing your face and taking a bath, the sound of going to the toilet, talking, and snoring are completely in your ears. It is only suitable for a small number of people to live in."

"Because we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!"

"During check-in, the staff mocked my lack of English, laughing and making gestures at other staff members, which I found unpleasant. While all explanations were in English, the departure was in Japanese, so I assumed they understood everything. Upon check-out, I was surprised to see a payment of $1,347.40. After returning home, I called Trip.com and they handled the matter, refunding me $1,030.61. However, they had deducted a $316.79 service charge and other charges that were not included in my travel application. The hotel only sent me a receipt by email, with no apology. The staff member who checked me in and checked me out was the same, so I assumed they knew I didn't speak English before making the payment. It was a shame that my trip was so frustratingly disrupted by the hotel's front desk service."

"It was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water."

"I couldn't stay with double booking, but I had a larger room on the beach next door. Therefore, the cleanliness and equipment evaluation are in the middle. Double booking is not a compliment, but the response was very good and I was able to enjoy my family vacation."
