"The location was fantastic, only about a 7-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The hotel staff were also very kind. Housekeeping comes every three days. I really appreciated that they lend out towels for the beach; it was great! After using them, you return the towels in the lobby, which kept our room from getting messy. Once we returned a towel, we got our lending card back, so we could borrow another one the next day when visiting different beaches. We rented a car and paid for parking. We were told we could park anywhere, but when we found it full and mentioned it, they moved one of the hotel's cars for us. For this price and location, I'm absolutely delighted! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to save money but doesn't want to stay in a hostel, and prefers a clean place at the very least. Also, there's a poke place nearby called ''Maguro Spot'' that always had a long line. I was curious, tried it, and it was absolutely delicious – highly recommend!"

"I stayed three nights in a partial ocean view room and four nights in an ocean view room. If the price difference isn't significant, definitely opt for the ocean view room – the experience is so much better (the partial ocean view room barely has any ocean view to speak of). The room itself was decent, and the cleanliness was okay, but the towels had a strange smell. The hotel's location is super convenient. The second floor connects directly to the Ala Moana shopping center, and there's a Don Quijote next door, making it very easy to shop and eat. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Waikiki, or a 30-minute walk. Personally, I prefer the nearby Ala Moana Beach, it's very chill. Car rental parking is also convenient. "With the weak yen, high prices, and tipping, eating out can be extremely expensive, but you can buy prepared foods and alcohol at the supermarket just a short walk away and relax in this location. I brought pasta and bread from home, so I only ate out once in five days. I wish check-in was a little smoother."

"I booked a Sunset Ocean View room specifically to watch the sunset from my room. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I only got to see it once, but it was the most amazing sunset. It was great to have a kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals and reheat takeout during my stay. I was a bit disappointed that there was no bathtub, only a shower, which was an oversight on my part. Some days were cool, and with only a weak-pressured shower, it felt a little cold. They didn't replace towels unless they were left on the floor, and despite leaving a note asking for more coffee and tea, they weren't restocked. I was told the sofa bed linens were in the closet, but they weren't there. I had to ask a staff member in the hallway to bring them. On the plus side, we received two complimentary bottles of water and one ice cream daily, which was a nice touch. The poke bowl shop on the first floor was also delicious. While there are shops selling groceries, they are overpriced, so the nearby ABC Store is a better option for cheaper items. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center and even Waikiki, which was very convenient. However, the front desk usually only had one or two staff members, and none spoke Japanese. This caused some confusion, as I didn't understand that the security fee was a deposit. Thankfully, I was able to confirm this with their customer service later. The lack of staff meant long waits whenever I had a question, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location was fantastic, and I would love to stay here again if I have the chance."

"Very convenient and safe location right next to IHOP, a block from ABC store, and literally a minute walk from a bus stop for the major buses that go to Ala Moana shopping center and the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. The 24/7 front desk was courteous and helpful. They held the luggage for me before check-in time and after check-out so that I could explore the neighborhood without carrying my luggage around with me. Price was reasonable and actually slightly cheaper than other hotels nearby. They would give a big discount for Hawaiian residents if you directly reserve a room from their official website. This was my second stay and I will definitely choose here next time I come back in this area."

"The location is very good. It takes only one minute to get to Wakiki Beach. It is just across the road. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including cafes, food trucks, supermarkets, and Japanese food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all easy to solve. The front desk service is good, parking is also very fast, and they actively and enthusiastically provide luggage pick-up and drop-off services. The room decoration is not very new, which is a common problem in Hawaii, but the room is well maintained. The balcony has a beautiful view. The kitchen facilities are very complete, with rice cookers, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. You only need to buy ingredients and seasonings to cook. I like the whole house very much. The only problem I can't accept is sound insulation. There is no sound insulation. The two bedrooms are next to each other, and part of the wall is the wooden board of the wardrobe. The sound of hanging clothes in the next room is ding ding bang bang. The doors of the bedroom and the bathroom are shuttered, which are not soundproof at all. The sound of water flowing when washing your face and taking a bath, the sound of going to the toilet, talking, and snoring are completely in your ears. It is only suitable for a small number of people to live in."

"This property was right in the heart of everything easy to get to easy to walk to other shops, restaurants, the beach, anywhere you want to go. It’s right in the heart of things, but the best thing of all was my room. I had a one bedroom suite on the 37th floor, which is only one away from the penthouse top level it was absolutely excellent. The bed was good. The kitchen was a bonus. I was able to cook my own bacon which was wonderful. The convenience store was also great and the prices were not inflated or unexpectedly high. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall this was a great place but my favorite thing was being able to sit out on my balcony and look at the beach and watch the sunset and watch a sailboat regatta in the evening while the cool breezes blew my way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone else"

"The original facilities such as the building and elevators are old. It seems to have been partially renovated, so it's not that inconvenient. The front desk only speaks English, but they were polite and helpful when we communicated our needs. The cleaning staff are also very kind."

"The front desk staff was very kind and I was grateful. It was about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. It was around 11pm, so it was about $66 including the late-night fare. During the day, it was about $50."

"During check-in, the staff mocked my lack of English, laughing and making gestures at other staff members, which I found unpleasant. While all explanations were in English, the departure was in Japanese, so I assumed they understood everything. Upon check-out, I was surprised to see a payment of $1,347.40. After returning home, I called Trip.com and they handled the matter, refunding me $1,030.61. However, they had deducted a $316.79 service charge and other charges that were not included in my travel application. The hotel only sent me a receipt by email, with no apology. The staff member who checked me in and checked me out was the same, so I assumed they knew I didn't speak English before making the payment. It was a shame that my trip was so frustratingly disrupted by the hotel's front desk service."
