"Our stay was simply the best. When I emailed them in advance about a birthday surprise, they responded immediately and arranged a cake with a special message for us! Thanks to them, the surprise was a great success. Thank you, Takako-san. The room was very spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. All the staff members were polite and warm, and we felt their hospitality at every turn. This is a highly recommended hotel that I would definitely want to stay at again when I come to Hawaii next time."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a suite because the price was good, and the room was excellent – spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the mountains, city, and ocean. Since it shares facilities with the apartments, the amenities are fantastic; the pool, gym, and terrace are all great. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Walmart, Target, and Ala Moana. The only minor point is that parking is valet-only, but the experience was decent. There are a few homeless people in the area at night, but given the bustling location and presence of police cars, it felt relatively safe. If you're driving, it's not an issue at all."

"We had a glitch with checking in on arrival but after they sorted this and compensated us for the mess up i couldn't fault this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The position is perfect as are the phenomenal views. We had an ocean view so sat on our balcony every night to watch beautiful Waikiki sunsets We were provided access to the longboard room which provided a great breakfast and in the evenings drinks cheese and dips snacks and pasta the service here was fantastic Amenities are fantastic. Great gym and included yoga and plates sessions. Activities also available but we ran out of time for this I highly recommend this amazing resort"

"A must-visit hotel for Disney fans! This hidden gem on Oahu gave me incredibly wonderful memories. Disney elements are everywhere, and there's even a Disney shop with some Hawaiian exclusives. The hotel's water park is amazing, especially Lazy River – lying on the raft was so relaxing! The beach is also beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel."
