Great
AAnonymous UserHygiene: Excellent. The entire place was very clean and tidy, with no trash or dust, and no unpleasant smells – everywhere smelled fresh. The gym was also clean. The only minor issue was the pool, which could get a bit noisy and messy due to the crowd. Ambiance: Fantastic. The rooms themselves were impeccable, all over 50 square meters, with mostly identical layouts, just differing in their specific location. They had everything you could ask for: a bathtub, shower, two sinks, two wardrobes, a dressing table, and a balcony with a view. A special mention for the bathtub – it filled up incredibly fast, less than five minutes, which is the quickest I've ever seen. The decor was very sophisticated, with high-quality materials that gave it a timeless feel, yet it was maintained beautifully, which was very impressive. Service: Excellent. The doormen were highly efficient at opening car doors and handling luggage. The check-in experience at the front desk was great; the staff's attitude was impeccable, they were very professional, didn't strictly adhere to every rule, and were very generous and welcoming. If a room was available, they arranged immediate check-in. Any requests were handled with high efficiency; for example, beach chairs were brought and set up quickly, and anything needed was brought to the room promptly. They even helped close the curtains, making us feel truly at home. Facilities: Outstanding. The decor is very distinctive and rich in character. It has all the amenities expected of a five-star hotel. As one of Hawaii's top three luxury hotel resorts, it boasts a quiet private beach and a golf course, plus its own dolphin lagoon where you can experience close interaction with dolphins. There are four restaurants, a well-equipped gym with fruit and lemon-coconut water, and well-appointed restrooms. There are also many century-old decorations and various shops, all selling co-branded hotel merchandise, which is quite rare and unique. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth a special trip. All aspects were flawless. What truly stands out is its century-old heritage and expansive space, yet it shows no signs of age and is meticulously maintained. I personally love this feeling of historical charm. Highly recommended.

LLIPINGA little distance from Waikiki Beach, the quiet of the hotel, the hotel's own beach is relatively small. You can see the Diamond Head Mountain, some sea views, and the scenery is not bad. The bed was too soft and it was not very comfortable to sleep. The environment in the room is general, the law is quite satisfactory.

AAlex TY ChanGreat location, easy to access foods, shopping and entertainment. Short walk to Waikiki Beach. 2 things I dislike about - i was given a room with no desk, charging my phone and watch is just troublesome. The room is on 21th floor, I literally need to take 2 rounds of elevator each time I go to my room or leave the room, just not convenient. Lastly, driving back to the hotel parking after dinner or an evening event is simply a painful experiencd, I have to drive few rounds up and down of different level, waiting patiently to get a space to park the car, and guess what it cost me $46 per day…

GGuest UserHotel location is good, the service staff is warm, the room is quiet and clean. The room size is relatively large. The disadvantage is that it takes a little time to go to 🉐 for the first time to find the front desk. You need to find a hand-held elevator to go down to the basement floor to check in. Because the whole building is for commercial and residential use, the obvious kitchen taste in the corridor. The decoration is relatively old, if you drive, 🉐 go down from the garage to the first floor, and then transfer to the elevator to the room The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly. The higher floors are relatively quiet and clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only drawback is that it took some time to find the front desk on the first visit. You need to take the escalator down to the first basement floor to check in.As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned.If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room.

HhermesmusicThe location was great, very close to the bus stop and a supermarket. The bathroom was a bit small with limited space for toiletries, but the room itself was spacious and clean. Early check-in cost an extra $50, but it's recommended if you arrive in the morning and want to relax in your room right away.

AAndStrategically located with popular eateries down the corner, further up and you will hit hyatt and the beach. We had the tunnel view of the beach at the corridor too. The recept is polite and detailed, providing necessities such as toiletries upon request. There's complimentary breakfast too and the spread is decent and awesome - only shortcoming is the hard boiled eggs and strawberry tasting tad sour-ish. There's complimentary necessities to the beach too. The valet is great - polite and efficient. All good.

MM30445****The view is beautiful; the higher floors offer ocean views and allow you to open the windows, but you can't see the sunrise. Across the street is the Alamoana Center, which has a food plant and delicious local poke. You can use your daily tax payment at the Sera restaurant downstairs, so it's a good thing. The rooms are far superior to the Hilton, but they lack the resort atmosphere. However, there's always a very strong smell when you enter, but thankfully you can sleep with the windows open. There's no parking, but there's free parking across the street, about a 15-minute walk. In Hawaii, you're practically helpless without a car. Getting to Wakii Beach without a car is a real struggle. The hotel provides a free shuttle, but you'll have to walk back. Nighttimes in the US aren't safe, even in Hawaii. So, choosing this hotel basically means missing out on sunsets and nighttime beach views unless you're really brave.

GGuest UserI have stayed here twice now & the front desk women, bell hop & valet service young men are all incredibly nice. I honestly have never had front desk women be so kind & thoughtful. This stay I mentioned we had to leave before breakfast so she got a bag full of muffins & treats for us. They really have a great breakfast so I was sad to miss it but wow I have never have someone go above a beyond like that. They also gave us extra water. The bell hop was incredibly helpful also. This was the reason we came back, for the nice accommodations & great service!!!

CCarly211The hotel is quite old and the room wasn’t ready even at the check-in time, which was a bit disappointing. The room itself wasn’t very clean, but I guess it matches the price. On the bright side, the location is excellent and the security feels reliable. I also loved that you can see beautiful rainbows from the area—such a nice surprise! Overall, it’s not a bad choice if you just need a convenient place to stay.

GGuest UserIt was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.
