GGuest UserPretty good overall. The housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsible. The breakfast was just so-so, not a lot of variety, and maybe the taste wasn't quite to my liking. The 'staycation' special offer was great though, as it allowed for early check-in.

We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea. The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault. Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel. The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals. The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food. The staff is truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is decent.
