This stay was absolutely perfect, deserving a five-star rating! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to various amenities. The lobby is elegantly decorated, check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out, with brand-new, fully equipped facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were of superior quality, making for a perfect toiletries experience. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

This stay exceeded my expectations. Xiao Xian at the front desk and Xiao Qiang, the concierge, were both incredibly attentive and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a kids' playground, a gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. Plus, you can book sea-foraging activities, making the overall value for money excellent. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to Silver Beach Pier, which makes getting around very convenient. This hotel truly takes the stress out of travel and accommodation. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

This stay was on the night before leaving Beihai at the end of our trip. The Wyndham's room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was also excellent. When we checked out, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage to the car, so the service was great. The only downside was that the hairdryer in the room was very old-fashioned, making for a very unpleasant experience. I suggest they update it immediately to keep up with the times. (The other hotels we stayed at in Beihai and Weizhou Island all had Dyson hairdryers.) In comparison, this one felt very subpar and didn't match the hotel's positioning.

Guantouling is a bit out of the way, so if you're not staying at a hotel here, I wouldn't recommend coming. If you're at the Sheraton, everything you need is right there. The beach is very close, and you can rent electric scooters at the entrance to ride to sights like 'Hai Ku Shi Lan' (literally 'sea dry stone rotten', a scenic spot) and Sunset Beach, which are all nearby. A suggestion: the customer service at the entrance is a bit poor; no one helped with our luggage. We had to wait from 12 PM until 2 PM to check in. The efficiency is a bit low. The room also had a strong musty smell. Everything else was decent. However, breakfast and the buffet dinner were a bit disappointing, with very few options.

Choosing the right hotel truly elevated the happiness of my entire trip to Beihai! The stay at Beihai Yintan Holiday Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From its location and facilities to the service, everything perfectly met my vacation needs, making it a hidden gem right by Silver Beach. The location is truly unbeatable! It's just a few minutes' walk to the core area of Silver Beach, making it super convenient to walk barefoot on the white sandy beach and watch the sunrise and sunset. The hotel's back door leads directly to the scenic area entrance, saving you the hassle of commuting. It's only a 5-minute drive to Qiaogang Style Street, which is incredibly convenient for enjoying seafood stalls and Vietnamese snacks. It's also close to the International Passenger Port, making it a stress-free option if you plan to visit Weizhou Island. The front desk even kindly shares tips to avoid common pitfalls and travel routes.

From the warm and efficient check-in process by the receptionists Xiao Gao, Xiao Jing, and Xiao Jiao, to the thoughtful housekeeping staff tidying up the room and replenishing amenities, everything made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly all night. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

The service was impeccable. Sasha at the front desk was incredibly welcoming; she even found me a charger when my phone was dead. We originally wanted a twin room but got a king room instead, and they upgraded our room! We were very satisfied. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and the price was great. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!

The room is very new, the air conditioning is very powerful, everyone from the front desk to the room aunt to the breakfast aunt are very warm and polite, they greet each other actively when they meet, which is great. The hotel is in a good location, the old street is across the alley in front of the hotel, and the sea is behind the hotel. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for driving in and out. It is still a little far from Silver Beach, but Didi is very convenient to go back and forth, and orders are also accepted in seconds during the May Day holiday.
