The breakfast was prepared very beautifully and carefully, with many varieties and good taste. It’s a pity that we didn’t get up, so we ate quickly and didn’t take any photos. A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang.
