Although it's an older hotel in Lingshui, the service and vacation atmosphere are still top-notch. The hotel strictly controls guest traffic, only allowing registered guests inside, making it very private and orderly. Even during peak season, it never feels crowded. Rooms: The rooms are incredibly spacious, starting from 80sqm, with elegant and grand Southeast Asian tropical decor. The standard pool room offers a great location, fantastic views, and plenty of fun. Double vanities, Dyson hairdryers, and coffee machines truly elevate the quality. Beach: The hotel's private beach is just a few minutes' walk away. It's wide, flat, and features a beach buffet available every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The white sand is fine and soft, making it child-friendly. There's also the famous lighthouse and a seaside chapel, perfect for photos and creating a wonderful ambiance. It's an excellent spot to watch the sunset. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at Disha Village Restaurant offers a rich variety, balancing both Chinese and Western options. You can also order à la carte. They have signature lobster wontons, local Hainan noodles, smoked salmon, seafood congee, freshly squeezed juices, desserts, and a noodle station. Open until 11 am, it's perfect for a relaxed brunch after sleeping in. The food pickup is well-organized. Butler Service: Raffles' signature butler service truly lives up to its reputation. My family and I experienced warm and personalized butler service, not just generic WeChat group messages. Since we were celebrating an anniversary, our butler, Chloe, arranged a full set of ceremonial touches and a hand-drawn card. Throughout our three-day stay, she provided thoughtful updates on weather changes and hotel activities. Overall, the hotel service is gentle and courteous, especially the excellent service. It's particularly suitable for family vacations, offering a quiet and orderly environment. Highly recommended!

I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

Our first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home.

Obsessed with the pool and sea views! 🌊 I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids! **Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality** The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. **Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting** Truly designed for young children! * All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps. * There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout. * A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge. **Mermaid Legend Theme, Dreamy Family Getaway** The hotel's design is centered around the Hainan mermaid legend, creating an incredible ambiance: * The lobby features a stunning mermaid wall made from 60,000 mother-of-pearl pieces – it's both dreamy and spectacular. * The pool is shaped like a mermaid's tail, and the Tiffany blue color is gorgeous. * The rooms have fish-scale patterned sliding doors, boat-shaped bathrooms, and mermaid frescoes, with fairytale details everywhere. * Telling mermaid stories to the kids made the vacation feel even more special and ritualistic! **Exclusive Beautiful Beach, Next to Capella** The hotel has its own private beach, with fine sand, clear water, and a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere – it’s right outside. Best of all, it shares the same beautiful bay views as the ultra-luxurious Capella Hotel, which is right next door! You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable! For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

The location is great, very close to Xincun Night Market, and there's a nice fruit market nearby. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a large and well-maintained pool. It's a shame we didn't try the wave pool, but the slides and grotto pool were good. The views from the room are amazing; I recommend staying on a higher floor. Breakfast is decent. The facilities for kids aren't the best; the bathroom door is too stiff and closes too quickly, which could pinch little ones. The balcony door is also very tight and hard to open. It would be great if the kids' play area (Taoqi Bao) stayed open until 8 or 9 PM. Part of the beach is clean, but another part has black ash-like stuff, which is a real shame for such a beautiful beach if it's not cleaned up properly. Also, it seems like something happened at the hotel ** – my daughter's sunglasses and my brand new sanitary pads were gone when we left, which is really strange. Professional Photoshoot: We paid an extra 1000 for the photos, which was too expensive. Service: Very attentive, always available when called. Facilities: Aside from the slightly lacking kids' facilities, everything else is great. Providing a bed rail was a big plus. Hygiene: Very good. Ctrip provided a free ice cream, and the hotel gave us two large coconuts every day, which was a nice touch.

This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations! The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts 🥥 for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~ The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment – afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more! Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view – even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable. There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining. The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic. Complimentary mini-bar — a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~ And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!

Okay, I think this hotel is absolutely fantastic. First off, it's in Xiangshui Bay, and compared to the prices in Qingshui Bay, you can get a much better deal here. Plus, since there are fewer people, the hotel essentially has its own private beach. While the sand might not be as fine as Qingshui Bay's, it's still really good overall. And from the balcony of the sea-view rooms, you get a breathtaking vista of the clear blue sea with gentle waves, which is incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff was also incredibly enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk even proactively added me on WeChat, so I could just message her directly with any requests. The hotel's facilities are quite impressive, I'd say they're at least four-star quality, almost five-star. Initially, my room didn't include breakfast, but the staff member kindly arranged for me to have two days of complimentary breakfast, which was also quite good. They also have a billiards room, a gym, and a swimming pool. The main building houses various types of rooms, and surrounding it are different villas. Honestly, I feel like staying in a sea-view room offers better value for money than a villa. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

The room is quiet and comfortable with a washing machine. Good service attitude. The bathroom is very good for dry and wet separation, and the ventilation effect is good! If you eat, you can eat in the cafeteria in the school living area, which is very convenient. Very close. There are also restaurants and supermarkets.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
