One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

Nice place with professional services. Thank you to Ms. Mia Lu and Ms Kitty Gao who really help us with patiently. They booked online taxi and we can came to train station without late. Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much.
