The overall experience of staying is OK, the parking is not friendly. The parking lot is very large and should be shared with other stores. Every time you leave the car, you need to enter the license plate number. The front desk did not take the initiative to inform, which delayed some time. The room was hygienic and the pillow was a bit high and uncomfortable to sleep; The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The sister of Mingshi is very friendly. I like 👍 It is better to have a fruit fork next to the fruit cut.

The Vienna International Hotel (Langya Ancient City branch) is clean and conveniently located. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhang was efficient and incredibly welcoming, patiently answering all my questions. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

The room was clean and tidy, and provided a large bottle of water, fruit platter, yogurt, and cookies. There was also a small tent, plush toys, building blocks, and a rocking horse, which the children loved. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hot spring was fantastic. The butler was very responsible, handling everything from booking, check-in, and check-out perfectly; their service deserves a thumbs up! At check-out, both kids received a small gift, which made them very happy. A delightful day; we'll definitely come back for a vacation again.

This hotel is genuinely great! My kids woke up late while we were traveling, so we didn't go to breakfast until after 9 AM, but even then, the spread was still complete. The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. We arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy. We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored. We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.
