Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by a heartwarming experience that felt like family. On the first day of the ***** New Year, I excitedly headed to Qingxiu Mountain, a Nanning landmark, for a stroll. The mountain was a festive hive of activity, packed with tourists. After enjoying the scenery, I realized the difficulty of traveling during the Spring Festival – getting a taxi near the scenic area was nearly impossible. There were very few empty cabs passing by, and ride-hailing apps showed long queues with no success after a prolonged wait. As dusk approached, I started to feel anxious. In desperation, I decided to call the hotel's front desk, explaining my predicament of being stranded at the scenic spot with no way back. To my surprise, a hotel staff member named Xiaotian, upon hearing my situation, didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately assured me she would find a solution. Not long after, Xiaotian arrived at the entrance of Qingxiu Mountain on the hotel's electric scooter, ready to pick me up. On the way back, she carefully rode, constantly checking on me and reminding me to hold tight and stay warm. Seeing her determined figure braving the cold wind, my anxiety instantly transformed into immense gratitude. Back at the hotel, she busied herself helping me with my luggage and checking the room temperature. Her thoughtful care made me feel incredibly welcome and at home during this Spring Festival away from my hometown. This experience truly highlighted the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning's customer-centric service philosophy. Xiaotian demonstrated the warmth of their service through her actions. This unexpected help not only solved my immediate problem but also made this Year of the Horse Spring Festival exceptionally memorable and precious.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The high-floor views are great, but I really want to highlight the hotel's WeChat concierge service. Our concierge proactively added me on WeChat upon check-in, and all our requests during the stay were handled incredibly promptly and efficiently. Whether it was inquiring about laundry service or needing items for our room, everything was resolved immediately. The service attitude was both warm and professional. A special thanks to the concierge for coordinating a late check-out for us on our departure day! Overall, the hardware is up to the usual 'Luxury Collection' standard, but it's this thoughtful, personalized soft service that truly elevated the entire experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanning.

Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.

My recent trip to Nanning led me to stay at the Shangri-La Nanning, and it truly was an unforgettable 'stay among the clouds' experience. Perched above MixC Mall, the hotel's sky lobby on the 68th floor immediately impresses. Stepping out of the high-speed elevator, the expansive, high-ceilinged space, adorned with Zhuang cultural elements, creates an incredible atmosphere. From the moment you enter, there's a strong sense of ceremony. Check-in was exceptionally smooth, and I must commend Lexi from Guest Relations. Lexi was wonderfully gentle and professional, meticulous and thoughtful in her service. She not only efficiently completed all my check-in procedures but also patiently introduced me to the hotel's facilities, Horizon Club benefits, and breakfast times and locations. Learning it was my first time visiting Nanning, she thoughtfully shared local travel routes, recommended authentic local delicacies, and offered many practical tips. It was far from a sterile, conveyor-belt service; it felt genuinely warm. During my stay, when I had questions and contacted Lexi, her response was prompt, and she handled everything professionally and efficiently, showcasing the true professionalism of the Guest Relations team. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic view room, which was spacious and bright. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the entire city of Nanning, with the Yong River and urban skyline stretching out below. Watching the sunset in the evening and admiring the city lights at night was an absolutely stunning visual experience. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities had a fresh scent. The room was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. They also provided welcome fruit and local specialty snacks, a small but thoughtful gesture. Breakfast at the hotel offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. You could even enjoy Nanning's signature Old Friend Noodles and Luosifen, providing a truly local flavor. The afternoon tea and evening canapés and drinks at the Horizon Club Lounge were of high quality. Spending some leisure time relaxing in the high-altitude lounge offered excellent views and a pleasant experience. The hotel also boasts an infinity pool and a fitness center, both of which are new and well-equipped. From the bellhops and concierges to the front desk and housekeeping, the service from everyone was exceptional. Lexi and the Guest Relations department, in particular, added significant value to this trip. Beyond the outstanding hardware and views, what's even more rare is the genuine warmth of the service. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, the Shangri-La Nanning is definitely a worthy choice.

I picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll. The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well? The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

This hotel is located in the new district of the CBD area, and while it's new, the transportation is excellent. You can reach the city center by car or subway in about half an hour. The hotel offers convenient parking with EV charging stations and even robot room service. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and always greet you with a smile, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are well-equipped. The executive lounge serves fresh ingredients, and although the selection isn't extensive, the food is consistently good. It's suitable for both families and business travelers, and at this time of year, the price is very reasonable. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

It's incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for business or sightseeing. As soon as you step in, the lobby design is upscale and grand, with a signature spiral staircase that creates an amazing ambiance – perfect for snapping some fantastic photos. The overall decor is chic and luxurious, with a quality feel. Jeven at the front desk was both gentle and professional. He quickly verified our information and efficiently completed the check-in process. Knowing it was my first time in Nanning, he thoughtfully recommended authentic local snacks and tourist routes. He also proactively asked about our needs and arranged a high-floor room with a great view for us. Any questions we had, he answered patiently and thoroughly, always with a kind smile. His service was perfectly balanced and truly reflective of InterContinental's professional standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanning for tourism or business!

I was passing through Nanning and decided to stay a night. I booked this place after seeing reviews that it was close to the train station, and indeed it was, only about a kilometer away. That made it super convenient for me to catch my train the next morning. It's located right across from Yixin Building. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, not one of those overpowering ones I dislike. The room was clean, and the desk at the mini-bar even swiveled out. The little drinks in the mini-fridge were tasty too. It started raining when I was heading out, and the front desk staff proactively asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella. I also took a stroll around Xi Guan and found plenty of delicious local food.

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

I recently stayed at Sanzan Hotel, located near Jinhu Square Metro Station in Nanning, and had an overall pleasant experience. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
