GGuest UserThe room is really beautiful, with no blind spots and sea view rooms. The whole house is smart. The water curtain flower room restaurant is also very beautiful. You can dine at sunset and make great movies. The dishes are also delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The most noteworthy thing is the service. They are responsive to every request. The child had a fever on the second day and they helped us prepare a fever-reducing patch. They also helped us cook white porridge for dinner. It's so thoughtful. I will choose this restaurant next time I go.

GGuest UserZhujiajian Zhenting Hotel was a perfect experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was superb, very close to the ferry terminal. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively offered us a free 2-hour late check-out. Their attitude was gentle and patient, which solved a major issue for us at the end of our trip. Highly recommended, we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Putuoshan!

GGuest UserThere is no problem with the hotel environment and facilities. Breakfast is included in the hotel. The main thing is that lunch and dinner in the restaurant need to be resolved as soon as possible. We ordered takeout. Taxis on the island are not cheap. It is recommended to drive to the island. Because of the sudden strong wind, we felt it was not very convenient to take the passenger and vehicle ferry without a car, so we did not drive there. The overall scenery of Sijiao Island is still good. Manager Zhou provided excellent service and solved the problem very well and we were quite satisfied with it.

CCACTUSThere are comments about various problems with environmental sanitation services. As for my personal stay this time: When checking in, the front desk receptionist spoke softly and gently, and was very polite throughout the whole process. After checking in, another handsome guy showed the way and introduced the unmanned supermarket next to it, which was convenient for self-service purchase of snacks and drinks. Room hygiene: Very clean and tidy. The items were also neatly organized. There was a very retro letter on the desk. Because I came here for business and didn’t have time to eat breakfast, I didn’t have a choice, so I didn’t comment. Room service: There was nothing to clean. The auntie who hung the do not disturb also asked if I wanted to add drinking water when I went out. She was warm and thoughtful. The check-out procedure was very fast. I forgot the room card in the room and just told the front desk and left. I received the refunded deposit in one minute. I was very satisfied with this stay and will choose Xin Huaqiao next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel's environment was fantastic: our balcony offered expansive sea views, and the garden was absolutely stunning. A small gate through the garden led straight to the beach. Since it was off-season, it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent; the front desk, bellhops, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly. The facilities were a bit dated, but for the price, the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely be back!

Our family room was spacious and bright, offering views of the pier. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, featuring a bathtub and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, plus complete shower facilities. Breakfast was quite generous, and there's a restaurant on-site where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The hotel also provides its own free parking, both underground and above ground, which is perfect for those traveling by car. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional.

GGuest UserOn the day we checked in, the room availability was good, and Yomi at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a large sea-view room. She also helped us book the beach and a travel photoshoot. Upon entering the room, we found the bathroom, bed, sofa, and TV to be excellent. The sea-view room was very spacious. We chose this hotel mainly because it's very close to Dongsha Beach, and it also included tickets, which were upgraded from single-entry passes to unlimited access passes. For breakfast, children under 1.4 meters eat for free, and we also received a complimentary afternoon tea set. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. Although it's been open for a while, it's very well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located very close to both the beach and restaurants, all within walking distance. The only downside was a musty smell in the indoor children's play area.

The owner arranged everything after I booked, and there was also a butler service available after check-in; they were quick to help with any issues. The only inconvenience was the hot water heater; you had to wait about 10 minutes for each person to shower before the next one could. However, it didn't affect the overall experience. I would definitely go again.
