Qingdao Hostels

Safe for female travellers. Amenities including washing machine, basic toiletries are provided. Within walking distance to main train station and nearby attractions. Local foods are just nearby. The only thing was the squeaky bunk bed. Anyone who moves can cause noise from the wooden bed frame (can affect sleeping quality). Suggest to change a better quality bedframe to avoid the creaky sound.

I have always given five-star praise, because the store is really worth it, the facilities are complete, the location is excellent, and there are cute border dogs! Friends have come to know how high the price is 😉😉

這次住青旅真的太驚喜了！房間乾淨整潔，床鋪軟硬適中，還有貼心的小夜燈和充電插座。公共區域佈置得超温馨，沙發、書架、桌遊一應俱全，很快就和來自天南海北的小夥伴打成一片。老闆熱情又健談，不僅推薦了超多本地人私藏的美食和景點，還幫忙規劃了遊玩路線，體驗感拉滿，性價比絕了！下次來還住這兒！

The location is convenient, Qingdao Station is only a ten-minute walk away. The room is very new, a quadruple room with a table, chairs and a combination lock cabinet. The public area is fully equipped with refrigerators, water dispensers and microwave ovens. The washing machine is free, there is no toilet, and there is a shower room on the first floor. Slippers are not provided. If you need disposable slippers, you can ask the boss for them. Face recognition at the door, room password lock, high security. European food is also provided, and you can walk to the pier to feed the seagulls.

Located inside a housing compound. GPS navigation brought me to the door, which was fortunate as it would be hard to find otherwise. They could do with a sign in English – meanwhile, look out for the Chinese characters 观海. It looks like you're arriving at the back door of a ground floor apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, using a translation app where necessary. The atmosphere is cheerfully scruffy and youthful, with hundreds of visitors' signature all over the walls. Facilities are basic – the showers are over squat toilets (plenty of water though), and there are no drinking water refill machine (buy plastic for 1 yuan at the reception). The lobby area is tiny – they actually advertise the sofa bed in the lobby as a single-occupancy. Not a great idea – don't confuse it with a tiny single room as I did. They upgraded me to a dorm room. The mattress is not soft. The location is good for a visit to May 4th Square and the seafront. Overall, it was okay to doss here one night, but I found Kaiyue Hostel much better value.

It was already very late when I arrived at Qingdao North Station. The store owner picked me up in person for free, which was very heartwarming. When I arrived at Youmi Youth Hostel, I saw that it was clean and hygienic! Complete facilities! The environment is great! Especially the store guy's service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic! Must give five-star praise

The room is clean and comfortable, the environment is pleasant, the location is easy to find, and it is very close to Exit D of the subway station, which makes it very convenient to go out. The guy is very enthusiastic and the service is considerate. We had a meal together at the end, which was very delicious. All friends who go out during the summer vacation and holidays are welcome to come over.

房間乾淨整潔，無異味，衞生間設施齊全且維護良好，整體環境舒適且安靜。p房間內有密碼鎖、床簾、獨立吸煙室等，部分房間提供獨立空間和私密性。公共區域有微波爐、洗衣機等，熱水供應充足。

I stayed in a 4-person male room for two days Advantages - Price. It's cheap even though it's a holiday season. - Transportation. It's close to subway lines 3 and 4. It's said to be an Instagram spot in Qingdao. (It feels like a Korean Hanok village?) There are a lot of female students around to take pictures - Kindness. The owner speaks English well and is very kind. I was planning to go hiking in Laoshan and Taishan, and she kindly helped me make an online reservation that I didn't know about. Very touching - Hot water. The hot water comes out well - Laundry. Free. It dries quickly in the yard because the Qingdao sun is nice - Facilities. It may vary from person to person, but it feels cozy because it's a renovated old house - However, there are no towels or toothbrushes in the 4-person room. Bring your own - I'll visit again

Inside Badaguan, close to the armed police station, there is a full sense of security, and in the morning there is a masculine military slogan as the wake-up call. It is very close to the Badaguan Second Bathing Beach and the bus stop (I only found out it was very close when I walked in the other direction from the hotel the next day). The sanitary facilities are average, which is not consistent with my impression of youth hostels. It may be due to the geographical location. At this price, you can only take advantage of the convenient location. But the boss is very enthusiastic and makes people feel like they are in the spring breeze.
