GGuest UserThe store is easy to find at the corner, the nearby attractions are very convenient, the subway is very convenient, the youth travel is better than expected, the boss is good, basically any problems can be solved, the internal environment is very clean, the facilities are basically complete, and you can go back at night to play some beer in the beer house next door. There is a hall on the first floor of the Youth Hostel where you can sit freely. Generally speaking, the price is cheap. It is raining when the tour catches up. Next time you go to Qingdao, you will choose to live again.

GGuest UserLocated inside a housing compound. GPS navigation brought me to the door, which was fortunate as it would be hard to find otherwise. They could do with a sign in English – meanwhile, look out for the Chinese characters 观海. It looks like you're arriving at the back door of a ground floor apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, using a translation app where necessary. The atmosphere is cheerfully scruffy and youthful, with hundreds of visitors' signature all over the walls. Facilities are basic – the showers are over squat toilets (plenty of water though), and there are no drinking water refill machine (buy plastic for 1 yuan at the reception). The lobby area is tiny – they actually advertise the sofa bed in the lobby as a single-occupancy. Not a great idea – don't confuse it with a tiny single room as I did. They upgraded me to a dorm room. The mattress is not soft. The location is good for a visit to May 4th Square and the seafront. Overall, it was okay to doss here one night, but I found Kaiyue Hostel much better value.

GGuest UserI couldn't find a room after getting off the train late at night, so I decided to give it a try. I found the environment to be quite good, clean, and there was nothing wrong with it. The lady boss even planned a route for us and told us how to get there. The ice jelly and sour plum soup they make themselves are really great. I usually buy them for 15 yuan each at the night market, but they only cost 5 yuan. Overall, it's pretty good. I don't understand those who gave it a bad review. Maybe everyone's needs are different, haha.
