"First off, the hotel's location is great. It's really close to Dabao Island, the church, and Yinyu Alley. Transportation is also convenient, and it's near Qingdao Station. However, the soundproofing really isn't good. I was a bit hesitant after reading other reviews, and it turns out they were right. But the hotel service is genuinely excellent. The front desk staff proactively helped contact the next-door room and even gave us a small gift, which totally made up for the unpleasantness of the poor soundproofing! One thing that does need improvement, though, is the housekeeping. They only seem to change the trash bags and don't even clean the sinks. They also left a takeaway bag on the floor, which felt a bit perfunctory."
