"The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The location was pretty convenient, with a supermarket and several highly-rated local eateries nearby, making it easy to get around and find food.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; check-in was quick and efficient. They even proactively informed us about breakfast hours and where to park. The room's soundproofing was better than expected, as we barely heard any outside noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Hot water in the bathroom was instant, and the toiletries were of decent quality."

1. First off, it's super convenient â right outside Exit 3 of Yanan 3rd Road Station on Line 3.
2. Secondly, the service level across the entire hotel was exceptional. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk immediately checked for available rooms so we could check in sooner. A big thank you to the front desk lady that day who even upgraded our room!
3. Most importantly, the hotel is *really* as clean as they advertise! Seriously, there wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere, no exaggeration. 'Spotless' truly describes this hotel.
4. Finally, due to personal reasons, we needed a late check-out, and they graciously extended our check-out time. They even gave us a small gift when we left.
5. The hotel is also very close to the sea; you can take an evening stroll to the Third Bathing Beach.
6. This hotel met all the needs for our trip. I could clearly feel that they genuinely value their guests' needs and address them promptly. They've absolutely mastered the core secret of the service industry. You can confidently stay here!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The environment is absolutely beautiful, taking a stroll around here puts you in such a great mood. It's perfect for bringing kids, as the beach is just downstairs. We had a wonderful time playing on the sand with the children. A big thank you to the front desk for the upgrade! The hotel's overall atmosphere is tranquil and elegant, and Fiona at the guest services center was meticulous and reliable in her work. The bedding in the rooms is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene standards are strict. In your free time, you can also head to the hotel's sports area to relax and unwind. Qingdao is fantastic â clean, hygienic, and beautiful. We'll definitely come back to visit and stay at your hotel again, hehehe.

HHengxingdehengxindengzhuoniThe hotel's environment and views were decent, but the facilities definitely fell short. The pillows were too soft, giving me a neck ache, and the mattress was quite firm. The TV was ancient, and the toiletries were poor quality â the toothbrush bristles came off, and the showerhead had uneven water pressure. The service was also just okay. My experience was far less satisfying than my last stay at Even Hotels, or even comparable to those mid-to-high-end domestic brand hotels. The only upside was perhaps the abundance of facilities for kids.

AAnd 12341234I have to commend Jona at the front desk for this stay! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Check-in was quick, professional, and efficient. When I asked about parking, breakfast, and local attractions, she explained everything patiently and in detail, even offering practical and thoughtful advice. Throughout, her demeanor was gentle and patient, her service attentive and heartwarming, and her professionalism outstanding. Her service significantly enhanced my entire stay, and I am extremely satisfied!

It's a shame the hotel wasn't well taken care of as a renovation would make it worth 5 stars.
Great view although the hotel is far from the city center, but great if you want some peace and quiet.

LLisa0607The price was a bit high for the May Day holiday, and the overall facilities didn't quite match the cost. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's especially great if you like shopping, as the MixC mall is right downstairs and very accessible. The toilet has an automatic flush, but I'm not sure if it's the water pressure or something else, but every time I sat down, some water would splash onto my legs. The sofa looks nice, but it's not very comfortable to sit on.
