"The room is large, the sanitation is very clean, the front desk service is very good and very warm, the hotel location is very convenient, very close to the capsule train. It is just to install a shelf or hook in the bathroom sink to put things."

Jh Blossom Capsule and Cabin Hotel

9.8/10

My friend and I needed to book accommodation on short notice, so I ended up making a reservation after searching around! I was a little worried because there were no reviews, but when I went to drop off my luggage, the owner told me they had only been open for about a week. Since it hasn't been long since they opened, the facilities were really clean. They mentioned it was fully booked, but the soundproofing was so good that I slept soundly and comfortably! It was nice that pajamas and toothbrushes were provided, and they also serve breakfast in the mornings. It was great to be able to have a simple meal like toast, fruit, and cereal. There is a separate luggage storage area, but it isn't very spacious, so it might be a bit inconvenient to take things out and put them back in. Still, I was very satisfied overall, and the owner was very kind. I think I will visit again if I come to Busan next time! I recommend it!

The room was exactly like the picture! You can get a beautiful view of the Gwangalli beach and enjoy the sea breeze at the balcony. The location was great. Right below the property is a lively street filled with restaurants, cafes, bars, photo booth studios, game arcades, convenience stores etc. Luggage storage is available before check in and the host will send you the password for the digital lock on the day itself. The room size was just nice for two people. The only thing to note is that it can feel a little tight if you have two 28-inch suitcases fully opened at the same time, so we kept ours closed when not in use. However, considering the amazing location and stunning beach view, this was only a minor inconvenience.

This place is very close by to station and convenience if you need somewhere to stop by just for a night. It is located walking distance from Seoul station and convenient if you need to transit to another city as the next day you can just walk to Seoul station to take the bullet train.

The place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain. However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

The Elephant HOTEL

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Elephant in Busan, and overall, it was a memorable experience. Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

During my trip to Busan, I stayed at the Billy Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy for resting after a full day of exploring the city. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, promptly answering our questions and assisting whenever needed. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially for visiting Nampo-dong, Jagalchi Market, and Bupyeong Kkangtong Market. There are many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, which made the stay even more practical. Public transport is also easy to use, allowing easy access to different areas and attractions in Busan. What I liked most was the great value for money. It's not a luxury hotel, but it offers a clean, comfortable, and practical stay at a reasonable price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and consider Billy Hotel a good option for travelers looking for affordable, comfortable, and well-located accommodation in Busan. If I return to the city in the future, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Checked in on June 24th. The lady at the front desk in the morning was incredibly helpful and attentive. We were able to store our luggage before check-in. Just a heads up, the hotel has a break from 9 AM to 11 AM. There are four coffee shops right outside the hotel and several aesthetic clinics nearby, all within walking distance, which is super convenient! The room itself was okay overall. The air conditioning seemed to be on constantly, but the window could be opened. Be careful, though, as there were mosquitoes. They provided an electric blanket, which made for a pretty good night's sleep. Given the excellent location and the price of only a few hundred NTD, the overall experience gets a huge boost!

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children. There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
