Anonymous UserThis is undoubtedly the top choice for luxury stays in Haeundae, Busan. Our entire experience was perfect, and traveling with kids here filled us with happiness!
The hotel building is an iconic sail-shaped glass structure. Stepping into the 30th-floor lobby, we were immediately captivated by the panoramic ocean views. The check-in staff were gentle and attentive, and their English communication was flawless. Upon learning we were traveling with children, they proactively offered kids' toiletries, a truly thoughtful detail.
We booked a sea-view room, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean and Gwangan Bridge. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the stunning bridge nightscape. The room featured Park Hyatt's signature minimalist yet luxurious style, with hardwood floors and a spacious granite bathroom. The bathtub offered direct ocean views, making a soak while gazing at the sea the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The bedding was soft and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our child's nap was undisturbed. The walk-in closet provided ample storage space for luggage and children's toys.
The breakfast view was spectacular, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes. The Korean seafood porridge, freshly made omelets, and local pastries were all fresh and delicious. Dining by the window with ocean views created an amazing ambiance. The heated indoor pool was clean and uncrowded, with a comfortable water temperature, perfect for kids to enjoy. The gym was well-equipped, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The location is superb, right below the marina and yacht area. It's within walking distance to The Bay 101, and a short taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae Department Store, making it convenient for both shopping and beach visits. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes downstairs, so daily necessities are never an issue.
For anniversaries or birthdays, they even offer a small cake and a handwritten card, showcasing their warm and meticulous service. The only minor drawback is that the room rates are higher during peak season, but the views, facilities, and service perfectly match the price. For those seeking high-quality sea-view accommodation and family vacations, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Busan. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Busan!

Guest UserThe room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

Guest UserThe front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb. I really appreciated the free ice water and coffee in the lobby. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to Haeundae Beach, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

myginsengstoryThe hotel was a short bus ride from Busan station but with our luggages, we realised on hindsight it would’ve been more convenient to take the train.
Nevertheless, the hotel was just like what was on the website, a nice pantry, double beds and a cozy island space. Room was very spacious too!
We were exploring nearby and decided to come back to the hotel first to drop things off. By then it was pretty late and we hadn’t had dinner. The pork bone soup store just at the lobby was amazing! One of the best I’ve had!
Overall a very good location and experience!

Overall, I had a great experience at this hostel. Rooms are soundproof enough that any noise outside didn't disturb me. There weren't many guests when I stayed there, but I had a few friendly chats with some of them. I had to work from midday until midnight and there was no table in the room so I stayed in the common area which had the most amazing view of the sea and the beach. The staff was mostly not there but they were friendly when we interacted and they let me check in early :)
Things to improve:
- it wasn't the cleanest. I wish I could vacuum myself at least because the floor upon my arrival wasn't very clean. also as soon as I turned on the AC I was starting to cough uncontrollably, almost choking on my coughs so I guess it hasn't been cleaned for a long time
- in the evening they turn off all the lights in the common area so it's very dark and you can't see anything. I asked the staff to leave some lights for me because I had to work, but they just turned on one desktop lamp which wasn't doing much. I worked silently and didn't disturb anyone so I wish they could accommodate this easy request

LongxiangtianxiayilangziThe room was decent, and the bathroom was huge, especially with the separate vanity area, which I've never seen before. It's located right on Haeundae Food Street, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also very close to the beach and the subway station, and you can even catch a partial sea view. Excellent value for money!

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel during the BTS concert period, and I was really impressed with the value for money. Unlike many other hotels that jacked up their prices or canceled bookings during the concert rush, this hotel honored our reservation without any issues — which we truly appreciated.
A special shout-out to Assistant Manager Tony — he was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had quite a few packages delivered to the hotel in advance, and he made sure everything was properly received and even helped us carry them up to our room. His service really made a difference.
The location is also very convenient — it's close to the Haeundae shopping street, with plenty of shops around, and it's easy to get to the subway or bus stops.
The only downside is that the hotel is quite old-fashioned and could use some renovation. If the facilities were updated, it would definitely enhance the guest experience. That said, for budget travelers looking for a reliable and well-located stay, I'd still recommend this place.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an incredibly convenient and prime location. It's super close to the subway station, roughly 200 meters away, and just across the street is the beach! Our room even had a sea view, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, it's bustling with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a market street. It's a truly perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Busan.

Karley AikenVisited in December. There was a small balcony with a nice view of the beach. The location is great and the staff are helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for an affordable stay right on the beach.

海外TFrom check-in to check-out, there's no need to interact with any staff, speak to anyone, or even show your passport. The lobby is unstaffed; you simply type your name into a touchscreen machine to receive your card key and enter your room. (This is the process if you have a reservation.) Checking out is just as easy: press the 'check-out' button on the same machine and insert your card key. It's incredibly convenient!
The location is excellent, especially for those visiting casinos, enjoying nightlife in the area, or needing an overnight stay before a flight, as it's very close to the station. However, don't expect any scenic views from the window. Given the location and overall setup, it's not recommended for families with children.
**Important Note:** As of September 3rd, 2025, the elevator was out of order, which meant lugging heavy luggage up the stairs.
There was a mysterious game console, but I couldn't figure out how to use it. You'll definitely need a power adapter/converter for the outlets. Also, the bathroom only has a shower; there's no bathtub.
