"Had an excellent stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is unbeatable, right in Seomyeon with direct access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great soundproofing and a nice city view. Service throughout the hotel was professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping. Staff were attentive and efficient, always ready to help with requests. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, whether for leisure or business."

"This hotel offered a fantastic experience! It's super convenient because it's right by Haeundae Beach, which was perfect after taking the Sky Capsule from Mipo Station. You just walk downstairs and you're on the beach. Plus, from my window, I could even see the T1 eSports club headquarters! It's also really close to the subway station, making it easy to get around Busan. I even got to see a yacht fireworks show at night, which was a great bonus."

"Highly, highly recommended five-star family-friendly hotel, everything exceeded our expectations! 1. The location is excellent. You can take an airport limousine bus directly or the subway. Haeundae Beach is right outside the door, so you can play on the beach in the morning, take a walk in the evening, and then head straight back to the hotel to rest when you're tired – it's incredibly convenient! However, transportation in Busan isn't always the easiest, so we mostly took taxis when going out. 2. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers, and the service was superb. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view family suite, which featured a slide in the room, two bathrooms, and free access to the sauna and executive lounge. In short, it's absolutely fantastic. Besides being a bit pricey, there are no downsides. If we get the chance to visit Busan again, we'll definitely stay here!"

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, in the world. Beats all the 5 star hotels I’ve been to in Japan, Switzerland, Europe. Many hotels don’t recognise how important housekeeping is to a good stay and Signiel Busan’s housekeeping was top notched. They were super attentive to the details. The service in other areas were also very warm and friendly. And this is not even considering the great view we had of the ocean in our room. Exceptional hotel - one of the best in the world."

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"We paid extra for a high-floor room with a sea view. In the morning, when the curtains were opened, the sunlight was truly beautiful. At night, the city lights and the illuminated decorations on the beach were equally stunning. For first-time visitors to Haeundae, I highly recommend this accommodation. Right downstairs (at the elevator exit), there are two major convenience stores (CU and GS25). A few more steps lead you to a currency exchange, a Starbucks on the corner, and the Haeundae Night Market. The beach is just across the road. In the morning, a 15-20 minute walk along the beach will take you to Mipo Station, where you can find salt bread, the Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky Capsule), and the Haeundae Sky Luge. The location is incredibly convenient and not expensive. Just a note on check-in: you take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 6th floor for check-in. After that, the hotel will direct you to your room floor. Finally, a minor drawback: the soundproofing really needs improvement. Since it's in a busy area, we stayed for two nights and were startled awake by the sounds of cars downstairs just as we were falling asleep (and we were on the 21st floor!). However, overall, the price, transportation, and location are all very convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Busan. 🤍"

"The location is excellent. Supermarkets, a food street, and cosmetic shops are all conveniently located just downstairs. The beach, with its soft, fine sand, is also right across the road, and enjoying the sea breeze in the evenings was very pleasant. Please note that check-in is on the 4th floor; you'll need to take an elevator from the ground floor up to the 4th, then switch to another elevator to reach your room's floor. The hotel does not provide toothpaste or toothbrushes. The room is quite spacious, featuring two large (1.8m) beds, and there's enough space to easily open luggage for four people. It also includes a refrigerator, and four complimentary bottles of water are provided daily. Highly recommended!"

The hotel's biggest feature is its ”Sensitive View Design for Guests.” Usually, unless you're staying in a front-facing room, you won't have a view of the ocean, but this hotel's terrace was designed with that view in mind, allowing me to enjoy the refreshing ocean view from my room. (It was so nice^^ I was completely satisfied!!) 2️⃣ ”Is this a hotel or a home?” All-Time Amenities 🏠 For families, the most impressive feature was the refrigerator. • Fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator: This isn't your average hotel minibar. It's spacious enough to hold a family of four for two nights and three days, with plenty of drinks, snacks, and fruit. It's a perfect option for families with children or those who just want a quick drink in the room. 3️⃣ Enjoy a private hot spring in your room ♨️ Going to Busan just to see the ocean? You need to relax too. • Free use of the hotel's sauna and hot springs is a given, and surprisingly, the rooms also have natural hot spring water. • Kids can safely enjoy a dip in the bathtub without having to go to the sauna, which was a huge plus for both parents and kids. 4️⃣ Park and walk, incredibly accessible 🚶 The location is truly a steal. • Haeundae Beach: Just a 1-minute walk.
