"I was able to stay in a suite at an affordable price. Since there was a campaign going on, I got to enjoy breakfast in the high-floor lounge with a view, which was lovely. The room has a kitchen and a washing machine. You can't cook in the kitchen, but the washing machine was a lifesaver. Although there wasn't a dryer, there was a place to hang clothes in the room, so I washed them at night and they were dry by morning. This was really helpful for a long trip. You'll need to buy your own detergent. Tea, coffee, and mineral water were provided daily, and the Busan brand ones were delicious. However, everything was so high-tech that you had to do everything through an app, and just opening the room door was a struggle. I imagine it wouldn't be an issue for younger people. There's a 7-Eleven and a Mega Coffee on the first floor, which is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk to Seomyeon Station, but I think it's acceptable. Anyway, the room was spacious, and there were two dens, so I had a very pleasant stay. I'd love to stay here again."

"The room was exactly as pictured on the hotel's website. Pulling back the curtains revealed a direct sea view. It was very spacious; we easily fit four suitcases, and the bar area and microwave were incredibly convenient. I was also very pleased with the electronic wardrobe. Best of all, the location is super convenient—it's close to the subway, less than a five-minute walk to BIFF Square, and within ten minutes of Bupyeong Market. If I ever come back to Busan, I'll definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is super close to Busan Station, literally just over a hundred meters away, making it a five-minute walk. I stayed here for two nights out of my six-day trip to Korea. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the subway and trains. The front desk is on the third floor. When we checked in, the guy at reception spoke English. Luckily, my wife's English is good enough to communicate, as I couldn't really understand much. There are plenty of places to eat nearby; we just popped into a restaurant downstairs and had some decent pork cutlet and udon. Plus, there's a convenience store, Starbucks, and even a foot massage place right downstairs. The room was pretty clean, and I'd say it's a decent hotel by Korean standards."

"I'm already missing this cozy place now that I'm back home writing this review 😭. As someone who's visited Busan multiple times, I genuinely recommend it. If you don't absolutely need an ocean view room, this is an incredibly good value for money option. It's just a short walk from the Line 3 subway station, and after a few stops on Line 3, you can transfer to Line 2, which gets you to Gwangalli or Haeundae in just a few more stops. Plus, the mattress here is super comfortable! I only stayed two nights this time and it wasn't enough! The air conditioning has an indirect wind mode, which keeps you feeling consistently dry without the discomfort of a direct cold blast. I'll definitely be staying here again next time 🥺 (P.S. The front desk lady immediately switched to Chinese mode when she saw my passport, so introverts, don't hesitate to book!)"

"I had a wonderful 3-night stay here! I chose this apartment because it’s right across from the Songdo Cable Car , Songdo beach and relatively close to Gamcheon Culture Village, which made sightseeing very convenient. The apartment was cozy, and felt like home. The bed was super comfy too🥺. I really appreciated the detailed instruction guide I found on the table —it explained everything clearly and made the stay completely stress-free. And the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"100-point review: A perfect harbor for my Busan trip, where sea views and warmth coexist! Songdo Beach Hotel City truly felt like a perfect home during my Busan trip, and it absolutely deserves a full five-star rating! Unbeatable Sea View, Love at First Sight The hotel's view is an absolute top-tier experience! The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows in the room act like a giant screen, showcasing the Songdo Marine Cable Car, the azure sea, and the sprawling coastline without obstruction. I loved watching the sunrise from my bed, admiring the sky and the bridge painted red by the sunset in the evening, and then immersing myself in the twinkling lights and neon glow along the coastline at night. What's even better is that it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Songdo Beach, truly realizing the dream of 'sea views from the window, and sand underfoot downstairs.' This close connection with nature was one of the most cherished memories of my trip. Excellent Location, Convenient Travel The convenience of the location was a pleasant surprise! I took a taxi directly from Busan Station and arrived at the hotel smoothly and quickly. The hotel is surrounded by a well-developed bus network, making it incredibly easy to get to major attractions like Nampo-dong, Jagalchi Market, and Taejongdae. The internal layout of the hotel is well-designed, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The room layout was cozy and practical, with new and smart facilities that added a lot of peace of mind and comfort to the entire trip. Feeling at Home, Thanks for Your Efforts What touched me most was the enthusiasm of all the staff. From the front desk's fluent and friendly Chinese greetings and proactive, detailed explanations of attractions, to the polite and meticulous service from the housekeeping staff, and the warm smiles in the restaurant – everyone made me feel like I was being cared for by family. Their professionalism and kindness were the warmest scenery of my journey. Here, I especially want to express my most sincere gratitude as a Chinese guest to the hotel's Chinese staff and all the hard-working employees! Your efforts dispelled all our fatigue from being in a foreign land and made us feel the warmth of home. Thank you for making this Busan trip so complete and wonderful. Songdo Beach Hotel City will definitely be my first choice when I return to Busan!"

"A excellent location with Exit 6 of subway to avoid stairs and only walk 2 minutes to go to the Hotel. Besides it is easy and nearby many attractions such as BIFF, Jagalchi fish market, Buoyeong Kkangtong market and so forth. Therefore, it is convenient for you dinning out with numerous choices around. The hotel room is spacious, cozy and cleanliness. The reception front desk staff are very polite, sincere and professional. The overall experience is wonderful and fanastic. However, one point that even we only take a shower with extra care and sure not splash water out. The water comes up around the gutter and leaking there so we need to put many towels on the floor to avoid slippery floor."

"THE GOOD It's important to understand that this is an affordable hostel with a view but is not as fancy as it may seem in the photos. You're not going to get a luxury, super-comfortable stay with a bay view at this low of price. Speaking of the view, it's very nice during the day and at night from the top floor breakfast room and the bay view rooms on the levels right below it. Speaking of breakfast, you do have to cook the eggs yourself, but there are three burners and some other good food options, too. We also had a great experience with the staff at the reception desk, who were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about any issues. The WiFi was good, with a modem and router in each room. The location is great, too, if you love shopping streets, street food, fish markets, wharfs, and a more locals side of Busan. Access to the subway and buses is incredible, so you can get over to Haeudae Beach, Gwangali Beach, Dadaepo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan Station (for trains to Seoul and Gyeongju), and more, but if you want to frequent Haeudae, it's kind of a long haul from here. THE NOT-SO-GOOD Our bay view room was a bit gimmicky, because while the view was nice, the room is quite small, has flimsy furniture, and lacks hooks (except the one in the window where the sun will fade your clothes). The wall of windows is cool to look through, but in May, we had the curtains closed 99% of the time because the south-facing room gets blasted by the sun and the AC isn't powerful enough to counteract it. The room was in need of maintenance, too, with ruined flooring due to a poor bathroom door design and things starting to fall apart in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, if you need 100% total privacy, it may not work for you. The shade over the very large window is barely sufficient in its thickness, and it has a two-inch gap on either side where you can see down to the street 9 stories below (see photo). You have to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom while showering with the handheld showerhead in order to feel entirely private, and you have to be very careful to not spray the leaky door. We also discovered that things that aren't used regularly can be dusty, and we found dust bunnies in the hallways. The bed also had a firm, squeaky spring mattress that didn't encourage the greatest sleep. If you're a backpacker or budget traveler like us, you'll find this place passable (especially for the price, location, and breakfast), but if you have normal hotel standards, this hostel may not meet them."

"Amazing stay at Arban Hotel in Busan! The hotel is perfectly located, close to restaurants, cafés, shopping streets, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff and service were also outstanding, very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples visiting Busan!"
