Scenic Hotels in Busan

"The hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations"

"We booked a city-view room, but they upgraded it to a partial ocean-view room and it was breathtaking! The room was very spacious, with a comfy king bed, a small couch and a nice tv. The bathroom was much more luxurious than I expected, equipped with both bathtub and shower, very big. The location is convenient, since Gwangalli Beach is right there. There is also a CU in the building. Breakfast wasn’t memorable, but it wasn’t bad either. Just be careful when you arrive, because there is another hotel called H Avenue quite close."

"Facilities: Very comprehensive, and soundproofing is quite good. Cleanliness: Much better than expected. Environment: Very close to the subway station, with a commercial street right downstairs. It's also near the capsule monorail, within walking distance. Service: The front desk staff can speak English, so communication is easy. Also, I highly recommend the BBQ restaurant next to the optical shop downstairs."

"great location with 7-11 right downstairs and a pretty awesome view. less than 3mins walk to shopping district with a small night market. area is filled with restaurants, bar, other necessities and also metro station. only downside is the hotel is only equipped with one lift accommodating two separate hotels and the toilet that we got didn’t have a wet & dry separation. but overall a good place with also helpful front desk staff."

"The location was perfect with great restaurants nearby. As with all hotels in korea, check in is only after 3. We got there early and while thry do provide paid luggage storage and free luggage storage. The free one is basically just leaving suitcases in front of the reception. I was a bit worried leaving it unattended but there was nithing to be worried for. We left it for 4+ hours and was still as it was how we left it. The room is spacious too!"

"My first trip to Busan, and I chose a hotel near the famous Haeundae Blueline Park (capsule train). I always prefer a sea view when staying by the beach. It would have been perfect if the window was a floor-to-ceiling glass panel or if there was a balcony. Facilities: Comprehensive. Originally, there was only one bottle of drinking water, but you can call the front desk for more free of charge. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Ambiance: Spacious and comfortable. Service: Polite."

"My youngest child is a student at Korea Maritime & Ocean University, so my family visits Yeongdo every quarter for a trip and school matters. We usually stay in Yeongdo, but this time we looked for accommodations in Songdo, which is closer to the university, and ended up at First Ocean. First of all, the visual of the ocean spread out before you is amazing. While the Yeongdo accommodations also had great views of Hari Port, Songdo offers a different kind of scenery. Being a tourist area, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and we even got a discount on the cable car – we really enjoyed the vacation vibe. The facilities are clean, and the self-check-in, which allows you to enter anytime, saved us waiting time, which was all great. Regarding parking, since my car is an SUV, it was a bit tighter than the Yeongdo accommodations, but the parking attendant made sure we had a spot for our two-night stay, which was a big plus. Since we come here often, we definitely plan to stay here again next time."

"This hotel has a resort with a casino. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours. Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee. Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout"

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"We were overall impressed with this apartment. The location was really good, very near to restaurants and the Haeundae beach. We made a last minute booking for a stay on Christmas Eve. Check in was smooth and we even got an upgrade for our booking because they were so full that day and didn’t have our ocean view apartment available so we got upgraded to a penthouse panorama full ocean view apartment."
