"The location is excellent. The hotel is conveniently situated near both Nampo Station and Jagalchi Station, making it easy to take the metro to different parts of Busan. It is also right beside BIFF Square, with plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. There are two Daiso stores less than a 5-minute walk away, and a huge Olive Young outlet had just opened right beside the hotel during our stay, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. One of the biggest plus points was the water filter, which saved us the hassle of constantly buying bottled water. The washing machine and dryer were also brand new and worked very well. The view from the room was fantastic. Waking up to the view each morning really brightened up our day. We did not get daily housekeeping because the available cleaning schedule did not fit our plans. However, we did request fresh towels and rubbish collection every other day, which was sufficient for us. One downside was the location of the washing machine and dryer. They were situated right beside the beds and generated quite a lot of noise when operating, especially at night. This did disrupt our sleep on a few occasions. The building houses three different hotels, with all three receptions located on the 3rd floor. There was a security post on the ground floor, although we rarely saw anyone stationed there. That said, the building had numerous security cameras. The first floor was mostly vacant, with no shops operating there. There were rental signs for the retail spaces placed throughout the floor, which made the area feel somewhat unfinished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly because of the excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, fantastic view, and useful in-room facilities."

"What a chaotic combination of a building utterly unprepared for heavy rain (leaking everywhere, puddles forming) and the Matié management's complete lack of consideration for how uncomfortable guests would be. There was no basic guidance like directing us to the check-in lounge or telling us to use the underground passage when moving between buildings A and B. So, initially, we walked on the first floor, got drenched with our luggage... And with few signs, we were just wandering around. We weren't the only ones. The breakfast buffet is absolutely, definitively not recommended. The bread was old and hard, and they poured commercial orange juice right in front of guests. The seaweed soup was under-seasoned. All this for a 500,000 won stay, and 28,000 won per person for breakfast?! I will never go back. They seriously need to make major improvements. Tsk."

"I saw on the website that this hotel was built in 2026 and offers sea view rooms, so I decided to book a 2-night stay. The hotel is located in Mipo, just a single story, with a cafe next door. It's a bit far from the bustling streets of Haeundae city center, but there are malls and restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the Sky Capsule train and the mini train station. Check-in and check-out are self-service. Check-in time is 4 PM, so arriving early and wanting to drop off luggage is a bit difficult as there's no assistance. The staff at the cafe on the same floor gave me a contact number, but no one answered. The hotel room door is opened with your phone using a QR code from the receipt. This stay wasn't really for me; perhaps hotels with a lobby service and key card access would be a better fit."

"Booking this apartment hotel was the best decision of our Busan trip. This new apartment hotel, opened in 2026, is definitely worth a try! **Location:** It's right in the heart of Haeundae Walking Street. The building is brand new and can be considered one of the landmarks. It's a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Walking Street is right downstairs. **Room:** We chose the two-bedroom ocean view suite this time, and there's only one per floor. The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for family travel. The toiletries in the bathrooms are very high-end. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be brought by guests. The washing machine, kitchen, and microwave are not available for use, and no knives, forks, bowls, or chopsticks are provided; these are only for long-term stays. **Facilities:** This time, I only visited the hotel reception on the third floor, and the lobby is very spacious. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and a popular cafe and bakery. **Cons:** As a new hotel, there's still a noticeable new-hotel smell, so those sensitive to smells should consider this. **Service:** As an apartment hotel, daily cleaning is not provided. If cleaning is required, advance notice is needed. **In summary,** if your budget allows, definitely go for an ocean-view room. Even if you're on a tighter budget, this place is still highly recommended."

"With hotel prices soaring during the BTS concert, we opted for this guesthouse, which offered excellent value for money. The host was incredibly welcoming after booking, providing all the necessary information, and communication beforehand was super smooth. On check-in day, they were very responsive, happy to store our luggage, and even got the room ready for an early check-in. We really appreciated that! The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Gwangalli. It was so convenient for shopping, dining, and taking strolls along the beach. The room was a studio apartment, fully equipped, and we even had a direct view of the drone show over the sea. The only downsides were a bit of noise at night, which is to be expected in a lively area, and the mattress creaked a bit. However, these didn't detract from our very comfortable two-night stay."

"We stayed in a triple room on the 3rd floor. First, the positives: 1/ About a 10-minute walk from Exit 7 of Metro Line 2. 2/ The hotel has just been renovated (it seems the lobby is still undergoing renovations), so the facilities and amenities are all very new. 3/ The staff are all very nice and humble when dealing with issues. 4/ Free use of washing machines and dryers, and free laundry detergent provided. Now, the negatives: 1/ With temperatures at 38 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning in my room was very insufficient. Even set to the lowest 18 degrees, the air wasn't icy cold, just slightly cool. On the first night, after checking in, I set the AC to 18 degrees. An hour later, the room was still over 30 degrees. I called a staff member, who, with a very good attitude, helped check it and admitted it wasn't normal… We then agreed to let him stay in the room to continue checking and fixing it while we went out. When we returned that night, the room was cooler. However, the same thing happened on the second night, which completely drained me. Finally, we found a compromise: they gave us an additional double room with functioning air conditioning, and at Ctrip's request, complimentary breakfast! 2/ It would be best if the AC remote came with translations. 3/ Ctrip's website stated the check-in time was 15:00, but it was actually 16:00. Could the platform please verify this information? 4/ The triple room only came with amenities and towels/slippers for two people. I had to ask for the missing set myself. The same thing happened on the second day. Thank you!"
