"I booked this room last minute, but my child absolutely loved it! It's perfect for a family trip. However, the emergency exit light is too bright. If there was a curtain to block about half of it near the entrance, I think I'd sleep much better."

"The view alone is absolutely the best part of this place. Looking down at Haeundae, it felt more valuable than even some of the more expensive hotels. It feels more like a residential space than a hotel. Fortunately, I received a room upgrade. I originally booked a Mipo Port view, but ended up getting a Haeundae view. When I first checked in, I was so impressed by the facilities, but as soon as I turned on the TV, it felt cozy, just like home. Since it's a residence, the atmosphere is definitely more like a private home. I was traveling without a car, so I walked everywhere and had trouble finding the entrance, walking around in circles. It's fastest to enter through the car entrance; there's no direct access from the commercial area. During your stay, you're expected to separate trash and do your own dishes. There's a washing machine, but no laundry detergent. You can buy laundry detergent and fabric softener at the convenience store in the commercial complex, but the fabric softener bottle was too big for me to buy. The living room TV has Netflix. If you have a membership, you can log in and watch. While not severe, there is some floor noise. If a child is running around upstairs, you will hear it. This accommodation is definitely worth the price for the view alone."

"The hotel's location is great, about a 15-minute walk from Lotte Department Store in Nampo (it's like walking through Taipei's East District, with plenty of shops along the way). NEW CZ is actually a commercial building, and the reception lobby on the 3rd floor houses three different hotel names. Right outside the main entrance, you're in a shopping area with lots of street food, similar to the convenience of staying in Fengjia Night Market. As an apartment-style hotel, there's no daily cleaning, so you'll need to handle used dishes and trash yourself. The room doesn't come with cookware. If you want to cook, you can find a small Daiso store by turning right out of the main entrance and then left at the first intersection to buy pots and pans. Overall, everything was excellent, and the price was just right. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip."

"It was so great being centrally located in the Mukho tourist area! It was a truly sensuous accommodation :) However, the mirrors, except for the bathroom mirror, were so small and vague that it was a bit difficult to get ready. There was a cafe and a souvenir shop on the first floor and in the basement, so I enjoyed everything! I slept well during my two-day and one-night stay, and thanks to you, I had a wonderful trip!"

"The hotel staff were all very friendly and kind, which made my stay very pleasant! The room was spacious and the facilities were quite good, with a faucet and washing machine inside. My only concerns were that there was trash left in the room from the first day, and the bathroom drain clogged easily, leading to poor drainage. Other than that, the location was very convenient for transportation. The walk to the station was along a main road, so it didn't feel scary at night. Having a Daiso and Starbucks on either side, and a 24-hour convenience store in the same building, was also a huge plus! I would definitely want to stay here again if I visit Busan. By the way, the electrical outlets in the room were A-type, the same as in Japan, so you can use them as long as your device supports the voltage."

"Everything about this hotel was fantastic, except for its location. Honestly, I think it's on par with a five-star hotel, especially the bed – super comfortable! My only complaint is the hairdryer, but then again, good hotel hairdryers are a rarity."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Haeundae Beach 🏖️, within walking distance. The rooms are new, bright, and cozy, and very clean. All the in-room facilities are smart and very modern. Even without a sea view, the city view is great. Highly recommended!"

"The location is great, right outside the station. You should double-check the check-in time when booking. I called because I thought it was 5:00, but they said check-in was at 7:00. The front desk was a bit shocked. They said check-in times vary depending on the website I booked through, and when I showed them, they said they understood. But as a traveler, check-in and check-out times are important, so it's important to check them carefully when planning your itinerary. The accommodation itself is new, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, probably from the bedside tables and other areas, as many guests smoked in the rooms. Other than that, the facilities, room size, and amenities were fine."

"On a long business trip. The facilities are great, and the Styler (steam closet) is very useful. It's right next to Munhyeon Station, and the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. You have to walk more than 10 minutes to get to the area with many restaurants. Everyone was kind."

"The hotel was a bit hard to find since it's tucked away in an alley, but it's really close to the main Haeundae road. It was super convenient for grabbing a meal and then heading straight to Haeundae beach. Being a new building, it was very clean and had a great interior. The only minor issue was a slight new-house smell that made my eyes sting a little, which was a bit unpleasant."
