【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located right above Lotte Department Store. The 29th-floor king room I was given was fantastic. It's directly accessible by airport bus, and if you take the subway to Seomyeon Station, you can walk straight to Lotte Department Store through the underground passage, which is super convenient. There are also many bus stops right outside that go to Gwangalli and Haeundae, making sightseeing easy. The hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained. The staff were warm and professional; as soon as I entered, they helped with my luggage and guided me to the front desk for check-in. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Busan.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

The location is great, with easy access to public transport and close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The environment is clean. However, the bathroom drain is a bit slow, which causes a drain smell in the room.

The breakfast and room-service were good and the hotel nice enough, but it was located rather far from every main attraction + the interior of the room is rather old (needs a touch up). All in all, would recommend this hotel to people who don’t want to see any Busan attractions and just want to chill in a nice hotel.

This hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out. The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station. However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the surrounding area is great for exploring. There are plenty of food options, a market nearby, and the beach is also very close. You can even walk to Haeundae Station from here. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing. Regarding the accommodation, check-in is strictly after 3 PM; not even 2:30 PM is allowed. English communication was very good, and having a Wowpass machine in the lobby was super convenient. Breakfast was average, but they have a ramen machine, which is a plus! The dining area is small, but they manage breakfast by assigning time slots, which is great because it prevents everyone from crowding together. The room is small and can't fit two large suitcases. The desk lamp was also broken; I had to go to the lobby to ask for a replacement. From the balcony, you can catch a small glimpse of the beach, but the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in dust. The general cleaning seemed quite perfunctory; there were a bunch of stickers next to the coffee table (probably left by the previous guest, who clearly lacked manners). Great hotel in a great location. 2 minutes walk to the beach and a lovely rooftop pool to cool down in after a long day! Made lots of use of the balcony too! Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed so no breakfast options.

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit 3 of Jagalchi Subway Station, within walking distance to Jagalchi Fish Market and BIFF Square. There are many restaurants nearby that are open at night, and there's a CU convenience store right next to the hotel, which is very handy. The room was also quite comfortable.

The room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom lacks separated wet and dry zones, so showering can wet other areas. The wifi can be slow at times, though overall acceptable. A highlight is the beautiful view of the Gwangan Bridge from the room. I stayed here for a concert, and the price spiked to about double the normal rate. The lobby area feels a bit old and worn, though the staff are kind and responsive. Location is convenient for enjoying the beachfront area with restaurants and stores, but it can be quite loud at night when events are held on Gwangalli Beach. The hotel is about 600 meters from Gwangan Station (Line 2). Taxis are convenient, but rush-hour traffic can be heavy on the two-lane road in front of the hotel. There is a nearby corner convenience store for quick needs.
