Amazing
Mmaggie_me****Highly, highly recommended five-star family-friendly hotel, everything exceeded our expectations! 1. The location is excellent. You can take an airport limousine bus directly or the subway. Haeundae Beach is right outside the door, so you can play on the beach in the morning, take a walk in the evening, and then head straight back to the hotel to rest when you're tired – it's incredibly convenient! However, transportation in Busan isn't always the easiest, so we mostly took taxis when going out. 2. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers, and the service was superb. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view family suite, which featured a slide in the room, two bathrooms, and free access to the sauna and executive lounge. In short, it's absolutely fantastic. Besides being a bit pricey, there are no downsides. If we get the chance to visit Busan again, we'll definitely stay here!

11350192****The location is fantastic. The breakfast spread was incredibly lavish; there was so much delicious food, my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach! The service was excellent, and the young male and female staff members were all incredibly good-looking, like pop idols.

RrussyauWe booked two rooms, and one room got upgraded to a corner suite upon check-in. Both rooms were very clean with a very nice ocean view. The breakfast at the lounge and in the room was superb, excellent food. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellmen at the entrance. Will definitely return again next time in Busan.

EExpatI really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

11234567kkThe hotel room is incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the ”king-size bed” was actually two double beds pushed together, which wasn’t the most ideal setup. On a positive note, I absolutely loved the toiletries provided—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—all packaged in a cute, environmentally friendly way. The bathtub offered a partial sea view, but being on the second floor, it did have a downside: people on the ground floor could potentially look up and see you if you took a bath during the daytime.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

LliqiThe location is not far from Sajik Stadium and very close to the subway station. There is also a convenience store and Olive Young nearby, so it is convenient. The free breakfast is simple, so you can enjoy a hearty meal of ramen, cereal, and fried eggs. There is no rice It was definitely convenient to have a styler. Also, the bidet that goes up automatically is really convenient.

PPinky DerpsOverall it was clean but there were some clumps of hair in the little hallway and bathroom. I loved the location, it was super close to the beach and all other activities were within walking distance. It was my own mistake that I didn't realize how far it was from the station and Naver keeps recommending to take the bus. If you have luggage, for your own sanity please take the metro!

LLeahSLOVED our stay here! Fabulous location - right next to the beach, surrounded by some great bars & restaurants, and literally across the road from the Haeundae beach scenic train stop. Pool was lovely & entire hotel was designed beautifully. Great breakfast & food options too. Ate lunch at the restaurant one day & loved it. Staff super welcoming & helpful.

Aaehwa0613The Nampo Hound Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel with kind service at a decent price. The bathroom was on the 4 star side, with a nice rain shower and separate bath. The bed was comfortable to me, an American traveler. Being that I visited in winter, and have yet to go to a hotel in Asia where you can change the temperature, I liked the ability to open a window for fresh air and a break from constant heat. The housekeeper was quite nice, and gave me water, as I opted not to have my room cleaned during my three days there. If you are a light sleeper that goes to bed early, I did have a little trouble on my second night, but it was the last night of a holiday weekend. Mnet helped to drown it out. They do have Netflix, Disney+ and something else if you have your login…and can read Korean. There are amazing restaurants and shops, centrally located near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Convenient to get to Gamcheon via short bus ride. I took both the subway and bus with luggage with no trouble (use Naver maps), other than overpacking. There are elevators for the subway, so that was the method I liked better for going to and from Busan Station. I didn’t eat the breakfast. Toiletries were decent quality, as was the hairdryer. My view of Busan Tower was decent. What I didn’t like: the room a little dusty, but only noticeable due to the sunlight, the slippers (for the bedroom and bathroom) aren’t disposable and there aren’t any USB outlets, which can be difficult depending on your converter situation. Oh! And the sink is quite big, so makeup application or needing to view your skin closely isn’t the easiest. I would recommend to friends.
