best location - super close to Haeundae beach, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. good view to both the city and the sea. the design is elegant, the staff is nice and professional, the Aria restaurant offers great lunch buffet. i had a great time here at Grand Josun Busan!

What truly set this room experience apart was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff I encountered was professional, warm, and attentive. The check-in process was seamless and quick, handled by a very friendly representative. This level of proactive, genuine hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. But the real showstopper was the private ocean view terrace. Waking up and stepping out to see the vast, sparkling sea was an unforgettable experience. The terrace was spacious and comfortably furnished, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun set. It truly gave the room a luxurious, resort-like feel.

I recently stayed at the Signiel Hotel in Busan with my parents, and it was good experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, making sure my parents felt comfortable every step of the way. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every morning. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious with top-quality amenities. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. What really stood out for us was how thoughtful and accommodating the hotel was for family travel. We had easy access to everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—so many delicious options, both Korean and Western, with fresh ingredients and an elegant dining space. My parents especially loved the serene atmosphere and attentive service during meals. Location-wise, Signiel is perfectly situated right by Haeundae Beach, making it easy to enjoy scenic walks and explore the vibrant surroundings. If you're visiting Busan with family, especially with older parents, I can't recommend Signiel enough. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality.

Check in was smooth and I come for the design of the hotel. Location is Right at the beach and the Blue Line park train station. The swimming pool is superb at the roof top with stunning ocean view. Appreciated the floor manager who he has also studied in Australia had offered some chilled beverages to welcome us added a heart warming experience in our stay! Until next time we will see again! Check in time is very straight at 3:00 pm and 11:00 am check out time is very common in Busan, however it would be stressful a bit for slow travelers who had a red eye flight arrived 6am would be challenging. So I had to pay extra for checking in earlier. Dining services seem not happening within the hotel but some restaurants are in walking distance along the beach.
