"This is my third time staying in Haeundae, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway, and the stroll is pleasant with plenty of shops along the way. Both Haeundae Crossroad Station and Jung-dong Station are not far, and public transportation is convenient. The beach is also very close, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. The soundproofing is quite good. The room size is just right, and the bedding is comfortable. The water pressure isn't very stable, but the electronic closet is a nice touch. There's daily housekeeping with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The front desk staff are warm and polite, and they can speak some basic Chinese, with English communication being no problem. I booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast service, which is on the 26th floor. For Korea, the breakfast selection is quite extensive. Overall, I had a great experience, and the price was reasonable."

"The best part of this hotel - the location! It is just perfect. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, the beach, pebble path, cable cars, the park at the mountain, spa… so you can have a lot of fun in this area. But in the rooms of this hotel we couldn’t find any pleasure. Everything looks really cheap, old and unpleasant. I don’t know why they put the jacuzzi which doesn’t work for example. Anyway it was pretty good option for this money I guess:)"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Asti Hotel Busan Station. The hotel is just next to the Busan KTX station. The Metro station is also very near to the Hotel and there are many taxis available at the Busan station. Our room view is excellent and it is facing the sea. The room size is very good and very clean. There is a 2-level Starbucks cafe at ground floor of the Hotel building and a convenience store opposite the hotel."

"This hotel is located one street back from the main road leading from Haeundae Station to the beach. Next door is a convenience store, and the building is called 'Haeundae Avenue'. When you enter, the front desk on the left belongs to a different hotel. For Avenue Haeundae by The Solid Residence, you need to take the elevator at the back up to the 2nd floor and use the self check-in kiosk. (There are three elevators, and all stop on the 2nd floor. It's sometimes the case in Korea that one building houses two hotels.) If you have any questions or need to store luggage before check-in, room 202 next to it serves as the office. The location is super convenient, close to both the station and the beach, with a convenience store right next door. I stayed for 5 nights during the BTS concert period, so the price was a bit higher than usual. However, compared to other hotels, it was still a very reasonable price. The hotel had just been renovated, and some areas in the room had a strong smell. Also, it was disappointing that the cleaning of the floor and dining table was insufficient. All the hotel staff were kind. Only one person spoke English, but they used a translator to understand requests and responded politely. The room is well-equipped for long stays with a mini-kitchen, induction hob, microwave, (pots, pans, kettle, dishes, and even a washing machine – though no dryer, there is a drying rack), making it very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of instructions for remote controls and such. Even after using a translator, I couldn't figure it out and had to call staff for an explanation. There's no daily cleaning service during your stay, but if you ask, they'll collect trash and exchange towels. Otherwise, you have to go to the office to get towels, water, and toilet paper. Because there are two hotels in the same building and each room is managed by a different company, when I asked a cleaning staff member in the hallway to exchange my towels, they told me that my room belonged to a different hotel company and I needed to go to the office. Also, I booked a premium ocean view room, but this hotel is a bit far from the beach, and there are two large buildings between the hotel and the beach. As a result, only a small glimpse of the beach is visible between the buildings, so I feel 'premium ocean view' is a misnomer. Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the kind and attentive staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Busan."

"Amenities The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. While the room size for three persons is slightly compact, it is still cozy and functional enough for a pleasant stay. Location The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access shopping and public transport. Cleanliness The hotel is clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Housekeeping maintains a high standard throughout. Service (Special Mention) A special commendation goes to Mr. Park from the service staff. He was extremely helpful in assisting with booking a cab and handling luggage efficiently. His professionalism and resourcefulness truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall A clean and comfortable hotel with good service. Despite minor limitations in room size and nearby amenities, the excellent staff support—especially from Mr. Park—makes it a worthwhile stay in Busan."

"Check in is very efficient without needing to register at front desk. All info was given a day before the arrival. Location is perfect just outside Jagalchi station walking distance to BIFF night market street. Room is equipped with plates, bowls and cutlery make it easy if you packed food back and ate in the room. We were lucky the room is facing the sea with a magnificent view."

"Facilities: Perfect Cleanliness: Perfect Ambiance: Perfect Right out of Busan Station, the location is easy to find, and the facilities and environment are top-notch. Check-in information was communicated via email, so there was no need for a busy front desk. They also offer free luggage storage, which is really a huge plus. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"the property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location is also excellent, making it very easy to get around. However, the sleep quality was disappointing. The beds were collapsing at the sides and felt quite worn out, which made for an uncomfortable night's rest. If the management replaces the mattresses, this would be a fantastic place to stay, but for now, it's hard to fully recommend for a long visit."
