The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

The location was good close to Jangsan station but still far if you think of visiting the center like Seomyeon or Nampo. Note that the hostel is located on 11th floor. Regarding the dorm, I liked the design but to be honest when booking the bed, I didn't see that the bathroom and toilet were separated. For other travelers please keep that in mind before booking. Also I understand that the showers are cleaned once a day? But so many hairs are on the floor so it didn't feel clean. You might want to at least vacuum the shower room several times a day.

Although it's an apartment-style hotel, transfers and finding it aren't too difficult. Just tell them the hotel name downstairs, and they'll direct you to the check-in floor. If you need anything, email the administrator, and they'll reply and deliver within half an hour. Pros: The room space is very large and comfortable, the view is excellent, and it offers great value for money. It's very convenient for eating out and walking to the beach. You can even walk to the monorail. Cons: We booked a total of three rooms: an Ocean Suite (4 people), an Ocean Junior Suite (4 people), and an Ocean Panorama Suite (6 people). However, the 4-person rooms actually came with one double bed and one single bed, and the 6-person room had two double beds and one single bed, which felt a bit odd. Even more unacceptable was that bath towels weren't provided per person, but only one per room! Requesting extra towels also incurred an additional charge... Overall, though, the spaciousness and the view were big pluses, and I would still recommend it.

We were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected. It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat. We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate. We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available. The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won. The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort. Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae.

Had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel and absolutely loved every moment. The service was exceptional, staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout. It was also incredibly convenient to have coffee shops and a convenience store located within the hotel, making it easy to grab anything we needed at any time. While it’s a bit further from the main station, there’s a bus stop nearby and getting around was still very easy and I mostly used Uber, which worked perfectly. Another big highlight is that it’s within walking distance to Gwanggalli Beach, which made evening strolls and seaside views so accessible and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities, excellent service, and a cozy, well-kept environment. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan!

This hotel is small but has everything you need. Besides the breakfast being unappetizing, there aren't many downsides. The location is excellent; it's a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the shopping street. There's a convenience store (CU) just a few steps downstairs, and the very popular Kamameshi restaurant and Working Holiday are also within walking distance. On the first floor, you can find complimentary disposable facial cleansers and other amenities, along with luggage lockers.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The lighting was quite soft and pleasant. There was both a shower and a bathtub, and the vanity area was very large. The closet for hanging clothes was also generously sized. There was a refrigerator, and the desk was spacious enough to hold many items.

This was a truly satisfying stay in terms of cleanliness, service, and location. I had an unexpected change in my business trip schedule and was quite flustered, but the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be staying at Hotel Denbasta frequently for my future business trips to Busan. I also liked that breakfast service was provided, and overall, the room conditions were very satisfactory. The bathroom sink was large and wide, so water didn't splash out, which was convenient. I imagine it would be great for families with children, too, as the spacious bathroom would make it easy to wash them. Personally, I found the large table convenient for doing my makeup, and the big fan provided was a bonus, keeping me cool while drying my hair or getting ready. I was thoroughly impressed.

room was really huge and spacious. supreme location, can see half view of the ocean and right at the beach. decent service. has a kitchenette, wardrobe, fridge, stovetop, etc. beds were comfy enough. not too hard, and pillow is not too soft. what can be improved: - water pressure for the showerhead is quite weak. please change the water pressure to make it higher… - for some reason they keep giving tiny hotels by default and did not provide large bath towels. housekeeping keeps replenishing with ONLY small face towels. had to request from the reception every single time. it was quite puzzling why large bath towels were not automatically provided or replenished. it was a bit hard to find the entrance though… can be confused for seacloud hotel which is another hotel that’s connected to the same building. signage for suncloud hotel is not prominent enough and only in korean. to get to suncloud, u need to go up the building for seacloud, go to 4th floor which is seacloud’s reception, then walk to the other lift to get to 6th floor of the next building for the suncloud reception.

The room was great, but if you're sensitive to noise, I'd suggest avoiding the 13th floor, as you can easily hear the pool. The pool on the 14th floor is fantastic and very photogenic. If you're checking in late at night, it's self check-in with no staff available. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided for free, but you can buy them from the vending machine on the first floor.
