I'll definitely choose Narada·Park again on my next trip to Changbai Mountain, highly recommending it to anyone planning to visit the West Slope! Five-star strong recommendation for Narada·Park Designer B&B! It's very close to Changbai Mountain West Station, and the free shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The butler service is meticulous and attentive, they're pet-friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Both the soft and hard facilities are top-notch, making this the go-to choice for the Changbai Mountain West Slope!

GGuest UserExcellent location, right in the center of town. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a great layout, exactly as pictured. Fantastic value for money! The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and the kids' playground is large and very clean. In the evenings, there were cultural performances like iron flower fireworks and the Phoenix Flying to the Sky show in the small plaza. Our kids had two wonderfully fun and fulfilling days.

NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

GGuest UserThis place is worth going. It is very comfortable to take the children to play. It is recommended to stay for two more days. There are many activities and games. The resort is very careful and the food is good. A little reminder, the RV will have the sound of a generator. If you sleep lightly, don’t live in the room, it will be better to live in the room.

Its location is practical — only 10–15 minutes from West Changbaishan train station — and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with Korean restaurant being a real highlight. Breakfast is acceptable, though having eggs cooked to order would make it more appealing. The real advantage of staying here is the access to the hot springs, included in the room price. While several pools were closed during our stay, the outdoor baths were open and provided a very enjoyable experience. A small detail that could improve comfort would be adding a hook on the bathroom door for clothes and towels. Overall, this property combines modern facilities, a convenient location, and relaxing hot springs, though a few small adjustments could make the stay even better.

GGuest UserStayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat.

JJiaxiangyaoI came to climb Changbai Mountain's Heaven Lake and booked this hotel in advance! Knowing there was a hot spring, it was perfect for relaxing after hiking the West Slope. It's incredibly close to the West Scenic Area Visitor Center, only about 200 meters away! All the staff, from the front desk to the concierge, were very warm and genuine. Any requests were handled promptly and efficiently! The in-room amenities were all very clean. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and tables were cleared very quickly. I even met a super friendly cat at the hotel entrance! If anyone goes, remember to pat its backside – it loves it! Give it some treats, and it'll follow you around! Hahahaha!

GGuest UserFirst off, a big shoutout to Butler Xiao Chen. I saw so many positive reviews mentioning a Butler Xiao Chen before I even arrived, and sure enough, he was the one taking care of me – I was thrilled!. Maybe it was the off-peak season and fewer guests, but my room got upgraded, and it was indeed quite spacious. However, it feels like the decor is quite old, as there were several stubborn stains on the floor that just wouldn't come off. As for breakfast, perhaps because it was off-peak, it seemed to be served in what might be the executive lounge. The restaurant was small, and the breakfast selection was pretty limited. Only three types of fruit were available, and there wasn't much to eat – basically, standard fast-food quality. But on my second day, there was a cinnamon bun that was genuinely good, which gave it a slight hint of a star-rated hotel. The restaurant staff were also quite good with their service, especially the auntie making the grilled cold noodles. Not only did she make them to order, but she also told me that the previous one had gotten cold and made me a fresh, hot one. This added a touch of warmth to what was otherwise a rather disappointing breakfast. Regarding the hotel's welcome fruit, it was literally bananas, apples, and big pears, which instantly took me back to kindergarten. The bananas looked good, but the apples were really sad-looking. They were all large, but their quality was such that I probably wouldn't even pick them out at a market. Finally, the room amenities. The slippers weren't very comfortable. In my recent hotel stays, the slippers at Aranya were much better. I visited the Westin in Zhoushan a few years ago, and honestly, these two hotels are quite different. But then again, the price difference reflects that. All the staff were excellent.
