GGuest UserIt's incredibly convenient to get to Changbai Mountain from Changchun now. The high-speed rail from Changchun Station to Changbai Mountain West Station only takes two hours and forty minutes. I was deliberating between the North and West slopes, but then I saw that Lu Yuxiao had visited the West slope, so I immediately decided on that. The guesthouse offers a free pickup service and is only a ten-minute drive from the West Station. You'll drive on a short stretch of dirt road, but as soon as you enter the courtyard, your eyes will light up – the environment is absolutely beautiful. With the unique corn cobs and firewood stacks in the courtyard, it instantly brought back childhood memories of living in a bungalow. Southern friends visiting would definitely find it particularly interesting. The small cabins face the lake, offering a really open view. If you come in winter, you should be able to go downstairs and play in the snow directly. The room facilities are excellent. The hot water comes out super fast, and the hairdryer is a Laifen! I really dislike those old, difficult-to-use hairdryers in guesthouses, so just having a good one is enough for me to give full marks, haha. The toiletries have a subtle pine scent, which smells incredibly refreshing. There are also two adorable little cats at the guesthouse, soft and cute. The mini-bar is stocked with wild blueberry juice, and breakfast includes corn porridge, both featuring Northeastern specialties. What I loved most were the solid wood tables and cabinets in the room – I couldn't even find similar ones to buy. If I could have a set like that at home, it would definitely look amazing!

The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

KKimmyLcChose this hotel for a skiing trip during the Chinese New Year. Apart from the higher prices, everything else was great. The front desk service was excellent. On check-out day, since we were still skiing in the morning, they kindly allowed us to check out at 1 PM after we communicated, giving us time to freshen up. The hotel breakfast was decent, and its location right by the resort's commercial street was perfect. They also offered a lot of complimentary benefits. The resort itself is really fun and interesting. The underfloor heating in the room was fantastic. I heard the room types are similar to those in Switzerland, and the hotel's architectural style also resembles Switzerland. There are shuttle buses within the scenic area, as well as pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station.

GGuest UserThis place is worth going. It is very comfortable to take the children to play. It is recommended to stay for two more days. There are many activities and games. The resort is very careful and the food is good. A little reminder, the RV will have the sound of a generator. If you sleep lightly, don’t live in the room, it will be better to live in the room.

MM432724****Traveling to Changbai Mountain with friends, staying at this hotel was incredibly worth it! The overall environment is clean and tidy, with no clutter at all. The room has great natural light and is quiet, making it very comfortable to stay in. The owner was even more warm and thoughtful, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also kindly reminding us about temperature changes in the mountains, which made us feel especially cared for. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!

VVxiaobeiThis was my second stay at a Wanda property. Because hotel prices were much higher than usual at Wanda during Chinese New Year, I opted for the Sheraton instead, even though two nights still cost nearly 7,000 RMB. But to my surprise, I was disappointed in every aspect… Firstly, on February 16th, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw guests arguing with hotel staff. I wasn't sure about the specific reason, but I already had a bad feeling. Secondly, February 16th was Chinese New Year's Eve. My family of three was watching the Spring Festival Gala in the room, and when we tried to pull down the shower curtain, it was broken. After reporting it, we found that even when the curtain was down, it was still see-through… I nearly fainted! This might be okay for couples, but if you're traveling with friends or family with kids, wouldn't that be incredibly awkward? Then, when we were ready to sleep that night, we discovered an issue with the toilet – there was a constant dripping sound, which was driving me crazy. It was Chinese New Year and the middle of the night, so I decided to deal with it the next day. I communicated with the hotel concierge in the morning but never heard back about a resolution. After breakfast, I had to speak to the front desk myself to get a room change… It was a huge hassle, moving from one end of the hotel to the other (a very long walk, dragging suitcases for 10 minutes, and taking two different elevators). The most ridiculous part was that this concierge, after we checked in, enthusiastically recommended various paid activities to us, and we even booked some through him… Ha! During Chinese New Year, I didn't want to ruin our trip or make things difficult for the staff who were still working. So, I tried to keep my negative emotions to myself. However, an old, established hotel, even if it's been open for a long time, isn't excused from all problems. Proper equipment maintenance and staff quality training are just basic operational necessities, aren't they? If they only think about making money from customers' pockets without any sincerity, how far can they really go?

He patiently answered my daily inquiries and meticulously planned my travel routes. His professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. Xiao Chen was warm, humble, and incredibly efficient in responding to requests. Smart toilets are not more friendly in winter. Service: It’s not bad, but there is a power outage on the day of check-in. Every time I tell the front desk, I also let the maintenance staff come. In addition to the problem of power supply on the day, it is also because the power card will be unplugged after leaving the room, so that when you return to the room, you have to let the maintenance staff come and get it again. But since many rooms have this happened that day, can't you think of giving an extra power card? It's completely separate from each department, there is no overall state Said that there are hot springs, there are 5 pools in total, and I found that 3 of them were not open. Although 2 bubbles were soaked, isn't this the price discount? And no service staff said in advance, I think the off-season should be right. Breakfast is not matched by the so-called 4 star price, not as rich as Liyi Hotel, although eating is enough, but it is not true. Almost meaning.
