Hua Hin Hotels with Infinity Pools

"Pros 👍🏻 1. Excellent value for money. 2. Both the ambiance and service were outstanding. Traveling with two young children and elderly family members, things were quite eventful at times! Our clothes actually blew off the balcony [laughing-crying emoji], and we needed help retrieving them from various rooms and even the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to get them all back for us. It gets very windy here, so a travel clothesline is a must-have; I immediately ordered one after this experience! 3. There are plenty of diverse facilities to enjoy. The lobby always had complimentary cookies, snacks, and iced water, perfect for guests to refuel after a busy day. 4. Although it's located next to the train tracks, I personally didn't find it noisy at all; the bar noise was actually more noticeable. 5. The 4-person family room was a huge plus for us. It's often challenging to find hotels that can accommodate a family without needing separate rooms, allowing us to stay together and look after the children, all while being reasonably priced. 6. There's a laundry room available for 40 THB per wash. Cons 👎 1. It's about a 20-minute journey to both the beach and Market Village. The road lacks sidewalks, which felt a bit dangerous, especially when going out for dinner at night, so I had to take a taxi every time. 2. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. 3. For massages, I'd strongly recommend going to a reputable chain near Market Village, as the options near the hotel are quite mediocre. 4. Ctrip's pictures showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit disappointing."

"This is a great place to stay, very clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we pulled in. Mr. Pruek at reception was particularly helpful, guiding me through the booking process on the app when I called about my reservation. He even surprised me with birthday cookies! For good promotions, I recommend contacting Mr. Pruek at the counter. I was very impressed and will definitely be back again! ❤️"

"I come back to this place!!!! They care about their guests!! I had a problem with my booking I couldn’t sort out with the app (Trip.com) I booked the wrong day, they help me by saying “you can stay, we will sort this out” I couldn’t have been happier🥳 It is also a great place for kids (pool, play ground, trampoline) for adult kids they have a gym. Breakfast was good…. All in all a great place. A little far from center, but I’m sure they could arrange something if you asked"

"The friendliest hotel I have ever been! The service and staff are the best. They are all helpful and polite. The location is good, right by the water but also there are lots of outsiders and sellers on the beach. The street to go in the hotel is very narrow and the parking is crowded. Overall, they manage everything very well. (We visited there on long weekends.) The room is comfortable and clean. It comes with kitchenette. It’s very useful. We are lucky to stay in different buildings. The main building is so loud and crowded (pool area). Im definitely going to go there again!"

"We upgraded our room to a sea view, and the breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. The rooftop pool was amazing and not crowded. The amusement park downstairs was very convenient, and ordering takeout via Grab was a breeze. You can also get to the beach by walking through the train station."

"We loved our stay at the Whale Hotel! We booked an extra 3 nights. The staff are extremely kind & welcoming. The pool and bar on the 7th floor is great. Whole place is extremely clean. Rooms are great - huge comfortable beds. We will always come back here!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient with a mall right at the entrance. The SPA on the third floor of the mall is almost identical to the Marriott's resort-style SPA, and it's very relaxing, though reservations are a must. The mall itself has a great selection of clothing stores, restaurants, cafes, and bubble tea shops. The staff quality is on par with other Marriott resort hotels, which is to say, very good. The restaurant and bar by the hotel beach are perfect for photos. I tried every restaurant. At the main restaurant, the tiger prawns served for dinner were dead. They wouldn't refund me, only offered to cook new ones, which took an incredibly long time. I had to wait for my prawns even after finishing the rest of my meal! The other two restaurants were just so-so and not worth the price. There are plenty of Western restaurants on the main street, just a short walk or taxi ride away, that are delicious and half the price. The bar in the evening is very pleasant. The circular swimming pool, which connects to the main pool, is incredibly long. Swimming two laps with the kids felt like I lost a whole size from my waist – the pool gets a big thumbs up. Unfortunately, my child ended up with severe vomiting and diarrhea, and after returning home, tested positive for a viral infection. I'm not sure if it was the food or the water quality, or just my child's lower immunity, but it's a reminder to be extra careful with very young children when they're playing in the water and eating out. I visited during peak season, so the value for money wasn't great. It might be a better option for a three to five-day stay during the off-peak season."

"We had the pleasure of staying at NH at the end of our extended trip, following unexpected changes to our flight schedule. Although we were originally based in Bangkok, we decided to wait for our alternative flights in what I consider one of the best places in Thailand – Hua Hin. Choosing NH was initially based on the excellent reviews, but the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers superb facilities and a modern, thoughtfully designed interior that makes the stay both comfortable and convenient. Small but very practical details, such as easily accessible power sockets next to the bed and intuitive lighting controls, make a noticeable difference to the overall comfort of the room. Another detail we particularly appreciated was the well-designed overlapping curtains, which ensure complete darkness when needed – perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and ensuring that everything we needed was readily available throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. The only minor inconvenience we noticed was that it was not possible to connect personal devices or access apps such as YouTube on the television. However, this is a very small detail and does not detract from what was otherwise an outstanding stay. Overall, this is a phenomenal place to stay, offering excellent value, comfort, and service. We cannot recommend it highly enough. 🔥"

"The accommodation is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The atmosphere is good. It is suitable for those who want to stay in a quiet place, not crowded. The bed is soft. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. However, the hot water in the bathtub is not very hot. A slight disadvantage is that the swimming pool may have some leaves floating down, even though the staff has come to clean it. And the hotel is quite far from the community. But other than that, it is worth it. I recommend you to try staying there."

"This hotel is huge and has its own private beach, which is perfect for an unobstructed sunrise view. We were incredibly lucky to even see 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton) during our stay – it was so dreamy! There are also many classes available to choose from daily, and several restaurants, with a wide variety for the breakfast buffet. Although the room facilities are a bit dated and there's the inevitable dampness from being by the sea, the warm service and delicious food made for an excellent holiday experience. Overall, it's highly recommended. We basically just relaxed at the hotel for our entire three days in Hua Hin. And the hotel's Barai Spa? It truly lives up to its reputation as one of Asia's best! Definitely worth trying if you're in Hua Hin."
