MMon26The place was sparkling clean! The staff were welcoming and helpful. If you're a marvel fan, you'll love this place because there are marvel figurines and pictures everywhere. There is a private route which leads to the beach. It's an easy walk there. The hotel is a little far from train station if you're on foot, but it's still very easy to access.

GGuest UserA Positive Stay at Maleesa Place with a Few Points to Note
Our stay at Maleesa Place in Hua Hin was a great vacation overall, thanks in large part to the hotel's fantastic location. It's truly in a central and quiet area, making it easy to walk to the beach, two major shopping malls (including Tesco Lotus), the train station, and the night market.
The staff were generally helpful, though our check-in was a bit rocky when they initially couldn't find our booking. This was quickly sorted out after we showed our confirmation. A 300 baht deposit for the access card was required, and we were not shown to our room, but these are minor points. They were flexible with our check-out time, allowing a three-hour extension for 100 baht per hour, and kindly stored our luggage afterward.
The room itself was modern, but a few things could be improved. The room felt a bit dark, and the air conditioning was dirty and noisy when we arrived. Thankfully, a technician was sent right away to clean it, which solved the problem. The bed was a bit on the small side (1.45 x 1.90 meters), but it was comfortable enough for us. The kitchen amenities were limited, and only one towel (+1 small per stay)per person was provided, though it was easy to get clean towels and daily housekeeping on request.
The hotel's location next to the shopping mall did have a slight downside: we could hear some noise at night from the mall's machinery and pumps. However, this was not a major issue and the sound of cars and people was minimal.
Overall, we would recommend Maleesa Place. The presence of a light breakfast and snacks was a nice touch, and the ability to get around easily with a ”Songthaew” for 15-30 baht made exploring Hua Hin very convenient. Despite the small issues, we had a very enjoyable stay in a part of Thailand that feels more polite and cleaner than the big cities.

HHappy sunnyWe were upgraded to second floor with balcony. New looking room extremely large bed can sleep three or four people! Bathroom new, excellent shower with rain shower, strong pressure hot water. Anantara spa amenities. Love it! Renovation going on here and there but noise gone at 6pm. Breakfast location moved to restaurant in front of beach. A bit cramped but nice views of ocean. Especially loved the large bed & shower (no bathtub). Good sleep. Ricky the parrot is super cute!

RRJS174Excellent location for a quiet holiday with access to an uncluttered beach. A trip into town is a 10-minute ride. The staff were extremely helpful, and the pool suite offered a nice way to cool down or hangout in a private space. It’s family-friendly, but could also serve as a romantic getaway or golfing holiday base. Overall, being away from the nightlife and noise but able to get to it easily was a big plus.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Hua Hin with our family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort is in a great location, just a short distance from the night markets, which made evening outings very convenient and enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality we received was exceptional. Every member of staff — from the front desk and restaurant servers to the pool attendants, kids’ club team, housekeepers, security, and the staff at the poolside restaurant — went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their friendly and attentive service truly made a difference in our stay.
The resort offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, which kept everyone in the family entertained. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, exploring the beautiful grounds, or participating in family-friendly events, there was always something to do.
We would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It’s the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat with excellent service.

GGuest UserThis was my second time in Hua Hin, and I finally decided to try the Hilton, which I'd been eyeing for a while. I specifically booked a sea-view premium twin room, hoping to see the hotel pool and the ocean from the balcony. However, the room we were given was on the other side, overlooking a construction site. Even with the windows and doors closed, we could hear the noise during the day. I spoke to the staff, but they said there were no rooms available facing the pool. If I insisted on a pool-facing room, they only had one on the first floor, which had just been renovated and smelled strongly, and it wasn't even the room type I booked. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and they tried their best to help, but the issue remained unresolved. The hotel didn't offer any compensation either. When you're on vacation, your schedule is usually packed, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to sort out the room problem. I'm not sure if this was an issue with booking through Trip.com or if the hotel treats guests differently. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

V v private villa because it is a distance away from the huahin central area. So getting to places was abit inconvenient. Breakfast is served to you every morning! Comes with toast & croissant, a soup, a main, dessert, fruit platter, one cold and one hot drink.

WWaleerat S.Very nice location just 3 mins walk to Khao Takieb beach, surrounded by good cafe and restaurants. The staff are responsive and service-minded. I love option to have breakfast at room, fantastic. They have pool villa on the beachfront as well and we will try it next trip.
