"This was the best value-for-money hotel on our trip, and we had a fantastic stay. First and foremost, I have to praise the floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, offering an amazing view of the sunset, the azure bay, and lush green lawns. The room was quite spacious, with modern amenities and excellent facilities. The front desk and concierge service were both top-notch. The breakfast was also good, with coffee, hot tea, and local specialty milk tea. You could sit either indoors or on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful scenery while you ate. There were even some bold birds hopping onto the table to snatch bread – it was a truly wonderful experience."

"Great hotel, can definitely recommend. Furniture is not new, but working properly, bed very comfortable. Teapot & fridge in the room (though fridge is barely working). Shampoo & lotion provided. Good wifi. Breakfast is various & tasty. Hotel staff ready to help. Small pool, sauna & gym (for ladies available until midday). Very close to marvelous beach, tasty cafés around. Nesto supermarket is also not far away. No slippers in the room, but staff provided upon request without problems. Great option if your point of interest in Sharjah is beach, beach, beach!"

"This is definitely one of the top choices in Sharjah for around 500 RMB. The service was excellent; for breakfast, they proactively asked what I wanted and even brought me an Indian bread from the kitchen to try. The Americano downstairs was also exceptionally good."

"We stayed for 2 weeks in late January 2026 and had a very good time at Marbella Resort. I was cautious when making a booking due to controversial reviews on various sites. Some customers seemed to be concerned with such issues as cleanliness, insects or even geckos in rooms, staff attitude and lack of soundproof between rooms. Fortunately, we had no issues of that kind at all. Upon our late arrival we got Master Suite 3701 on the ground floor of 2 floor villa. Summary of things we liked: - An opportunity to occupy part of a villa with your own patio close to nice waterfront / promenade for a very reasonable price (by UAE standards of course) is unbeatable - Master Suite (living room with sofa, kitchen area, bedroom) was of a decent size for 2 adults with a kid - Hotel has a pool which seems to be ok though we preferred to use the pool in Holiday International (just 2-3 min from our villa) which was warm in January and had kid’s section with just 58 sm in depth - Hotel has a small playground for kids and there is another one in Holiday International - There are 2 amusement parks within 20 min walking distance from the hotel (Al Montazah and AlMajaz) which is perfect when you have a small kid - No noise from neighbors, according to reception we had soundproof doors between rooms which seems to be true. Not sure if all villas have these - Reception staff was always polite and helpful - Beds were comfortable - Bed linen and towels were fresh enough - Cleaning was ok most of the time - No insects (even mosquitoes) or geckos - Breakfast in Holiday International was ok though quite crowded and not much daily changes - Washing machine in room, large fringe, microwave, 2 TVs (which we never used) - Four bottles of drinking water provided every day - Nice Spinneys supermarket is just 5 min by feet - WiFi was better than expected Summary of shortcomings: - 2 floor villas are attached to hotel parking so we had cars parking in front of our kitchen window which we preferred to keep open for ventilation instead of aircon (January is not a hot month in UAE). Fair to say we had no issues neither with other guests parking nor with a street noise. You need to mind though that laud praying starts in nearby mosques around 5.30 am - I was puzzled by the fact that bedroom had another door instead of a window which can be opened to get some fresh air. Of course UAE is a low crime area but still you won’t leave the door open especially at night. Having a small window with mosquito net in bedroom would be great - Aircon was rather noisy. We rarely had to switch it on though of course you would have no choice in hotter months - Threshold separating shower from the rest of the bathroom is not sufficient and most bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. Typical problem in many hotels which can be solved literally for $1-2 - Couple of times cleaning staff have ignored our room for the morning cleaning. Fair to say when I brought this issue to reception they came in 5 min to do the job - They have induction stove in room but no pot or pan to cook so we had to use microwave all the time - Although hotel is well placed right on a beautiful promenade there is no direct access to it from hotel grounds and you need to walk 5-7 min to get to waterfront - Local beach is about 10-15 min drive, but my kid was happy with the pool in Holiday International so we never tried shuttle service provided by the hotel. Winter sea in UAE is chilly anyway - Generally Sharjah is a less fancy and much more conservative compared to Dubai while hassle free visiting Dubai is by taxi (public transport links are quite weak) which is rather costly (though local taxis seem to be cheaper compared to Dubai). So, Sharjah is ok for family vacations but not for entertainment or shopping."

"We stayed at the hotel in January 2024. A good hotel on the outskirts of Sharjah, across the road is Ajman. Large green area, three swimming pools, equipped beach. The locker rooms are next to the pool, and beach towels are provided here based on cards. There are Russian speaking staff. The room has everything you need, daily change of towels, replenishment of shower accessories. There is a set for tea and coffee, two bottles of water are provided per day. The beach is clean, garbage is regularly removed, the sea is boring, small schools of fish live near the stones to the right and left. The water in January is cool, but you can swim. The water in the pools is heated. The attitude of the staff is friendly, responsive, and they respond to requests immediately. There is a free transfer to shopping centers in Sharjah (without an appointment, several times a day), as well as to the Dubai Mall and Ajman (by appointment). We initially stayed for a week, but decided to extend our stay here."

"I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. The place was peaceful, with a great location. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel، i hope to come back again"

"The facilities are a bit old. There were no slippers or toiletries, and no one answered when I called the front desk. The only upside is the convenient location. Overall, an average experience. They did allow a late checkout, and breakfast was just okay."

"The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Dubai Airport, but it's actually in the Emirate of Sharjah, about 10 kilometers from the airport. While not far, traffic can be heavy in the mornings and evenings. It seems to have been a Ramada hotel previously. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the decor is a bit dated as the hotel has been around for some years. Breakfast is quite varied. Overall, if booked in advance, it offers good value for money."
