"The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of space which was very comfortable. Having a high-floor twin room with a sofa bed for three people was really accommodating. The lake view was beautiful, and cycling around the lake, enjoying the breeze, and seeing the iconic buildings was also a nice experience. Unfortunately, on our first day, a Friday, we encountered typhoon restrictions, so all attractions were closed, and we couldn't go to the island. Luckily, everything opened up the next day; otherwise, this three-day, two-night trip would have been a real shame. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance."

"I brought my 1.5-year-old son to Qiandao Lake and chose the International Minghao Hotel, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 📍 **Excellent Facilities:** The room was spacious and equipped with a bed rail. The toiletries were Bvlgari, and there was even a children's sink and small slippers – full marks for attention to detail! The 3,000-square-meter kids' play area was a paradise for little ones; my son didn't want to leave the ball pit and soft slides. 🍼 **Great Dining:** The breakfast featured a dedicated baby food section with soft and delicious pastries. The staff proactively provided baby utensils. In the evening, there was a water curtain show and a fish feeding activity, which kept my little one happy throughout. 💁‍♀️ **Warm Service:** Our butler, Ella, was incredibly attentive and always ready to help. All the staff members smiled and greeted my son, and there were no hidden charges whatsoever. The experience was excellent. They even offered a travel photo session, helping us capture precious parent-child moments. In short, this is an absolutely amazing hotel, perfect for families with young children. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Qiandao Lake! Highly recommended!"

"I did some research online before checking in, and the reviews were mixed, so I was a bit nervous. As soon as I arrived, a staff member helped me with my luggage. The hotel isn't large, but the service was excellent, not as exaggerated as some online reviews suggested. For our holiday trip, the experience was pretty good. We originally booked for three days and two nights, but all the water activities we'd planned were canceled due to a typhoon. I thought we wouldn't be able to get a refund for the second night, but I asked the front desk just in case, and they processed the checkout very quickly. I also left some items behind in my haste, and the hotel even helped me courier them. From check-in to check-out and the dining, especially the sunset over the pool on the first night, I think it was quite worthwhile."

"The room location is excellent, with a 270-degree lake view. It's an older hotel, but the service is great. The breakfast selection is extensive, and there was a welcome fruit platter with peaches and apples. The double kayak experience was fantastic! The hotel's water facilities are directly connected to Qiandao Lake, and the kayaking was truly an excellent experience. I would definitely book here again if I visit next time."

"Thanks to Meiyangyang for upgrading our room; the service was warm and polite. The Hilton Qiandao Lake Resort is very new. We drove there, and as soon as we parked the car in front of the hotel, the security guard thoughtfully put a sunshade on our front windshield. Our room on the 27th floor was clean and tidy, with a partial lake view. There are many restaurants nearby, and the mall is also within walking distance. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious, including freshly baked bread, welcome fruit, and even a departure gift. We'll definitely come again next time!"

"The central room's view and location are absolutely unbeatable, with an incredible panorama. The only downside is the intense August sun; you can only snap a quick photo on the balcony before retreating inside, otherwise you'll be roasted. It would be perfect to come when it's cooler to fully enjoy the scenery from the balcony. I didn't interact much with the service, but it seemed fine. During the peak summer season, check-in at the front desk was a bit slow due to the crowds, and our room wasn't ready yet. The butler upgraded us to an executive suite, which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Breakfast had a good variety, though I don't eat much early in the morning. The cleanliness was impeccable, no complaints there."

"The hotel's location is indeed quite remote, 50 km from the high-speed train station. It's really only suitable for guests who plan to stay within the resort and not venture out. I had great experiences with other Club Meds before, so I visited the Nanjing and Qiandao Lake ones during the summer. I came to this one with tempered expectations, knowing it wouldn't be as good as the traditional villages. However, it's even worse than the Xianlin Club Med in Nanjing. The service is the absolute worst; no one was enthusiastic or welcoming. The buffet was unappetizing, and the 'Yi Bar' drinks were also bad. I truly regret booking an all-inclusive package – it was not worth it! It should just be treated as a regular hotel. If you're not going to participate in Club Med's extensive activities and interact with the G.O.s, there's no point in coming to such a remote Club Med! There are plenty of 5-star hotels in towns. I booked two rooms and specifically requested them to be adjacent to my parents' room, but they ended up being several doors apart, which was fine. However, one room wasn't ready until 4 PM, and then at checkout, they wouldn't even allow one room a late checkout, claiming it was fully booked. It was a Monday, what 'fully booked' are they talking about? I think it's more likely that there weren't enough housekeeping staff, so they couldn't get things ready in time! The room's cleanliness was mediocre, and there were flies at the buffet. Breakfast items were also refilled very slowly. Most importantly, the evening activities were very lackluster. The G.O.s showed no enthusiasm, there was no atmosphere; they just seemed to be going through the motions. There wasn't even a participation show for the children. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this Qiandao Lake Club Med. It's terrible. I didn't experience the Club Med hotel culture or philosophy at all. I do not recommend staying here."

"Mainly went there with the kids, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The pool water was very clean, and the kids' playground was large, spacious, and spotless. There were a few less play items than expected, but it didn't stop the kids from not wanting to leave! ☺️ The complimentary 'Duck Park' was also quite fun. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, and there was even a dedicated area for children. Another highlight was the excellent service; a butler contacted us even before check-in to help with arrangements. During our stay, any issues we had, we could just tell the butler, and they'd be resolved. I have to give a special shout-out to my butler, Anna; she was beautiful, enthusiastic, and always answered all our questions. Thumbs up! 👍"

"Booked a lake view room and got an upgrade upon check-in. The room was quite spacious, though the decor felt a bit dated. The open-plan bathroom, with the bathtub and sink integrated into the room, was a bit unusual for me, but it was great that each room had a dehumidifier. The service was excellent; rooms were cleaned quickly, and breakfast offered a good variety, with plates cleared efficiently. Direct access to the water park from the first floor was super convenient. Lunch at the hotel was a bit pricey but tasted good. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Finally, the high-speed rail shuttle service was good, though the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't very effective."

"Atour's quality is consistently excellent, and their breakfast seems to follow a standard across all their hotels. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the central lake area, with picturesque views from the window. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qiandao Lake. Highly recommend it!"
