"The room was very clean, and the hotel staff had a great service attitude. I originally booked a two-room suite in Building 1, but they upgraded me for free to a three-room suite in Building 3, which was larger and had a better view! The facilities weren't as old as some online reviews claimed, and there was no strange odor in the room! Soundproofing was also decent! The breakfast wasn't as bad as some online reviews said either; the variety was quite rich! It's conveniently located on the second floor. For Building 3 guests, there's a shuttle service to pick up your car downstairs at Building 1! There's a greenway in front of the hotel, perfect for a post-dinner stroll! And there are many restaurants just outside the hotel, which is super convenient!"

"My stay at the Sheraton Greentown Qiandao Lake was an absolute delight, exceeding all expectations. The hotel boasts a prime lakeside location, offering expansive, first-row lake views. Our room featured a massive private balcony, allowing us to admire the lake and islands right from bed. The sunset views in the evening were incredibly therapeutic, and every photo I took turned out beautifully. The room itself was spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding, and well-appointed, fully functional bathroom facilities. Attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped with our luggage. Any requests were promptly addressed. The hotel's facilities are extensive, including an infinity lake-view pool, a heated indoor pool, and a kids' club, making it perfect for both relaxation and family fun. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with the local fish head being particularly authentic. Right outside, there's a lakeside promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the breeze. The overall environment is peaceful and comfortable. With impeccable service, stunning views, and excellent amenities, this is truly a top choice for a vacation in Qiandao Lake. "We chose the Minghao Hotel for our family trip to Qiandao Lake with the kids, and our overall stay was absolutely perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend it to other families. The hotel offers a wide variety of room types; we stayed in a slide family room which was playfully decorated and equipped with thoughtful amenities like kids' toiletries and a toddler toilet seat. Our child was thrilled the moment we walked in. The huge balcony offered an unobstructed view directly overlooking the emerald waters of Qiandao Lake, and the room itself was spacious and felt airy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel boasts a 3,000-square-meter multi-age children's playground where kids can play all day, allowing adults to relax and unwind. The front desk and room service staff were gentle and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The entire room was meticulously cleaned. "Welcome fruit from voco: voco 'Xian' Day Play Experience. We encountered a minor issue during check-in, and I initially thought it would affect our stay. However, the staff responded quickly, were sincere and efficient, and resolved the problem perfectly. Their handling of the situation was very satisfying ❤️. "Staying at the Hilton Riverside for two nights was a perfect vacation! The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony directly overlooking the clear lake. "I was very satisfied with the hotel's service! 👍 Candy, the manager/butler, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe king room with a beautiful lake view. Whether it was day or late night, she was always responsive, and shuttle service was arranged within the resort for transportation. When we left, a car was arranged to take us to the high-speed rail station, and they even thoughtfully gave us a souvenir. This truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers indoor activities such as ping-pong, badminton, a children's climbing wall, an infinity pool, a gym, and a bar. The buffet breakfast was quite rich and served until 10:30 AM. Outside the hotel, there's a children's adventure park, and nearby are Adventure Park No. 7, cycling, and a water park. You could easily spend two days without leaving the resort. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, it's very easy to call a car, and the beautiful scenery makes it well worth the visit. Dining is also convenient: within the resort, there's a fresh fish restaurant called ”Friends Circle Fresh Fish Restaurant,” and behind the resort's back gate, Yan Family Restaurant serves delicious fish head soup made with freshly killed fish. The BBQ and crayfish at the late-night diner are absolutely delicious too. Additionally, you can arrange a day trip to the Central Lake Area pier for a boat tour to various islands. Moonlight Island, Longshan Island, and Meifeng Island on Line 2 offer a very pleasant 4-5 hour experience. If you have enough time, you can also spend a day at Huma Adventure Park. "Traveling during the May Day holiday, I chose the Holiday Inn for its better value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the pier and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, and there are many restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. The front desk staff, particularly Manager Man Yangyang, provided attentive service and responded promptly. The 26th floor has a scenic balcony, perfect for taking great photos. "Room: The room was quite spacious, but the facilities looked a bit dated, and the decor style was a bit old-fashioned. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but tolerable. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent, especially the outdoor balcony tables where you could enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining. The breakfast didn't change much over the two days we were there, but it offered both Western and Chinese options, as well as some local Qiandao Lake snacks. Pool: The indoor pool water temperature was good, and there were very few people swimming, so it felt quite clean. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, situated on a peninsula in the central lake area. Fish Street is not far away, offering a wide variety of food options, and food delivery is also very convenient. Although the prices increased quite a bit due to the May Day holiday, I would still highly recommend it overall."

KKuishouEach room at this hotel is a standalone villa, all facing the lake. The interiors are incredibly spacious and each comes with a terrace and a full range of amenities. The bathroom, in particular, is huge and very comfortable. The hotel's public areas are beautifully landscaped, with plenty of cherry blossoms. I'd initially hoped to see cherry blossoms in Qiandao Lake, but they had all withered outside the hotel. Luckily, there were still many within the hotel grounds, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities; the staff even added me on WeChat before check-in to send over the options. However, the room itself was so comfortable that I didn't end up participating in any. The hotel's location is very close to Qinchuan Ancient Village, which is a lovely place. The only downside is that the water level in the lake area where the hotel is located can vary significantly with the seasons. Visiting in April, the water level was quite low, making the lake view less impressive compared to the areas closer to Qiandao Lake Town. Additionally, it's a bit far from the main attractions in Qiandao Lake Town, about an hour's drive. This hotel is ideal for guests looking for a relaxed getaway, but perhaps less so for those primarily interested in visiting the core attractions.

JJOOZWAYI have always wanted to experience the beauty of Qiandao Lake. It was my birthday so I rewarded myself with a trip to Qiandao Lake. For such a leisurely vacation, the choice of homestay is so important! Yungu Songjian Homestay was planted as soon as I saw its pictures. It is surrounded by mountains and has a white two-story building. It has a unique atmosphere even on rainy days. It also has a large swimming pool. It is also very good for taking photos at night. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious. They can also provide full meals. They are all authentic specialties. They are delicious and tasty. The staff of the homestay are very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to ask about your needs and everything is arranged properly! You can feel the kindness and warmth. This really gave me a great experience of the trip to Qiandao Lake!

JJasonlinllllFacilities: The hardware facilities are quite good, and the overall maintenance is excellent. Environment: It occupies the entire Xianshan Peninsula, making it very suitable for guests who prefer peace and quiet. It's closer to nature, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The scenery is beautiful, whether it's sunny or rainy. Cleanliness: Very good. Housekeeping arrived to clean the room daily while we were at breakfast, which was efficient. Service: A butler contacted us the day before check-in. This time, our butler was Evie, and her service was incredibly attentive and detailed throughout. She explained activities, provided daily activity reminders and weather alerts, and even helped us book in-room dining. Her responses were always very prompt. She truly deserves special praise. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We mostly just lounged in the room. Although we didn't participate in many activities, simply strolling around the hotel grounds and listening to the rain on the balcony was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. It gets a bit busier on weekends, probably because it's summer break and many families come with children. Weekdays are much quieter. The breakfast restaurant can get crowded during peak hours on Sunday mornings, requiring a bit of a wait.

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel. The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos). The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift. We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price. The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough. The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal. We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

TTaKvI had a very satisfying hotel experience. The room was clean and tidy, with everything I needed, making for a very comfortable stay. The parent-child themed decor was thoughtful and cute, without being childish. The bathroom had excellent dry-wet separation, and the toiletries were well-stocked. Outside the room, there were convenient self-service facilities, including vending machines and free power banks. The service was also excellent. This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

Before check-in, the housekeeper Chunchun contacted and introduced the tourist attractions and transportation in advance, and reminded us to eat. The room we stayed in faced the east, with large French windows. If the weather is good, you can see the sunrise, and the night view at night is also beautiful. I especially like the hotel's gym and children's playground. The gym has a billiard table, which is great. The children's playground is very clean and new, and there are many things to play. The children like it very much and are reluctant to leave.

GGuest UserThe location was good if you are planning an early boat trip, as it is only a 2 minute walk away from the pier. But if you want to sleep in, you hear the boat horns as each one departs in the morning. Is is not walkable distance to the center, but a quick didi ride away only. My initial room that I booked (single room), despite being promoted as a non smoking room, smelled horrific when I entered. They immediately changed my room when I told them about it. The shower had mould stains, but I am assuming they might have been older stains as even my highly allergic nose did not have any trouble. I did not try the breakfast as I was looking for something with protein, but breakfast was included. I believe I saw boiled corn, steamed sweet potatoes and a type of bao bun. Not fully sure. When I had trouble renting ebikes without local ID, the staff were very helpful and spent 30 minutes handling it all for us. Was given slippers on arrival, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The room had showergel and shampoo, but no handsoap. There was a bottle of slimey something in the bathroom, maybe that was handsoap, did not want to risk it. But overall, was a nice stay.

I simply had to write a glowing review to express my appreciation! As the party responsible for booking a business trip, what matters most is the client's stay experience. The Brilliance Resort, with its professional service, stunning environment, and thoughtful details, perfectly met our expectations and left the client with a fantastic impression of their Qiandao Lake trip. The hotel's location is already exceptional, nestled on the Pailing Peninsula, with the serene waters of Qiandao Lake to the north and the Central Lake District tourist pier to the east. It's just a five-minute drive to the commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for travel, sightseeing, and business. The ample free parking also saved a lot of hassle for those traveling by car. Upon entering the hotel, the Chinese Sui and Tang style decor was elegant and grand. The lobby was spacious and bright, filled with a subtle, refreshing aroma. The staff warmly greeted us, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. They were all smiles, patient, and meticulous throughout, and even proactively introduced us to the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions. The first impression was simply perfect. Originally, I had booked a basic lake-view room for the client, so imagine our surprise when, during check-in, the staff informed us they could provide a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe lake-view king room! This unexpected pleasant surprise instantly brought immense joy! The upgraded room was more spacious, with a well-designed layout that showcased thoughtfulness everywhere. Opening the window revealed an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, with its clear blue water and scattered islands. Every photo taken was a therapeutic masterpiece. All sorts of toiletries were readily available, and every detail reflected the sophistication of a five-star hotel. What's more, the room's cleanliness was noteworthy – from the floor and desktop to the bedding and bathroom, everything was spotless, even the nooks and crannies were sparkling clean, ensuring the client had a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Beyond the impressive room, the hotel's amenities also earned high praise from the client. In the morning, they enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the Milan Western Restaurant, which offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly baked bread, local Chun'an specialties, fresh fruits, hot porridge, and pastries were all available, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste – a perfect way to start the day. During their leisure time, the client experienced the hotel's wellness hot spring pools. The 7 unique hot spring pools nestled among the pine trees each offered different benefits. Soaking in the warm spring water while gazing at the scenic beauty of Qiandao Lake was utterly relaxing for both body and mind. The hotel also boasts a gym, outdoor pool, and cycling trails. For families, the children's playground, pottery studio, and 3D children's cinema are sure to keep the little ones entertained, satisfying the needs of various guests in one go. The service throughout our stay made us truly feel the hotel's dedication. Whether it was the patient answers from the front desk staff, the meticulous attention of the housekeeping team, or the thoughtful guidance from the restaurant and hot spring area attendants, every staff member maintained a professional and enthusiastic attitude. They responded promptly when needed and proactively offered all sorts of thoughtful assistance. The client mentioned that during their stay at Brilliance, they not only experienced the natural beauty of Qiandao Lake but also felt the warmth of being truly at home. As a business booking, this experience far exceeded expectations. The complimentary room upgrade not only showed the hotel's sincerity to our client but also highlighted the Brilliance Resort's dedication to every guest. TtaynealyPositives: 😁 This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media. The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork. Negatives: 😕 Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away. Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful. Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao. Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.
