A cleaning lady meticulously cleaned the room daily, leaving it spotless. The hotel's dining options were also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western breakfasts to satisfy every palate. The fitness center and swimming pool were fully equipped, perfect for a refreshing workout after a swim – instantly washing away all fatigue. Finally, check-out was equally smooth and quick. The entire stay was incredibly pleasant. I absolutely must recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone; I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!"

Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation. Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!"

"The room is very large, mainly because the bathroom is separated from wet and dry and very large! The water flow is very hot and fast! ! ! This is really super five stars The boss is also very good. You can help ask about the weather of the base camp. The weather is ok and then take the bus up Perfect to see the sunset Jinshan, I also saw the sunshine Jinshan ～ early the next day. "Let's talk about the accommodation first. Although there wasn't a private bathroom, I still found it quite comfortable. Figure 1 shows a rough overview of the camp. Our tent had six double beds, Figure 2 showed the communal dining table inside the tent, and Figure 3 showed the room (which only had a bed and two nightstands). The tent had a sink with a water heater next to it (Figure 6), as well as a basin and disposable basin cover (Figure 5), making washing quite convenient. The bathroom was portable and a little further from our tent, about a minute's walk. We couldn't find a shower, but at 5,000 meters above sea level, it's best not to shower. 😅 As for the value for money, we checked in around 3:00 PM and left at 12:00 the next day. We didn't have to worry about the bus's arrival time back in town. If the weather was good, we could easily watch the sunrise and sunset from Mount Everest. We didn't have to pay for two bus rides, which was equivalent to saving one. Minus the room rate, I think it was a good value."

"It was fantastic! The location is quite far inside the scenic area. The hotel helps arrange the shuttle bus, and you can board directly at the entrance. It only takes 30 minutes from the hotel to the base camp. The receptionist, Xiao Ciren, was very helpful; he helped me with my things, waited with me for the bus, and even reminded me to bring my border pass, otherwise I almost forgot it. Overall, a great experience!"
