"This hotel has been around for a while, and I always stay here whenever I'm in Suqian. The location is excellent, the rooms are quiet and clean, and the service is consistently great. The front desk always accommodates guests' requests, and they go above and beyond what you'd expect. There are welcome fruits during your stay, and the front desk even gives out candies and small toys to kids during check-in, which my children always look forward to. It's really good! The breakfast is also plentiful and features local specialties like fried eggs with fermented soybeans and satang soup, which are delicious! All in all, I'm very satisfied with everything. Many thanks to the hotel and its staff!"

"The room was really big, but the soundproofing was quite poor. I could clearly hear conversations and phone calls from the next room. It had two 1.8-meter beds and even a courtyard. However, being on the ground floor, the courtyard accumulated a lot of dust; after a quick walk outside, my shoe soles were covered in it. If I left the door open, there would be a layer of dust on the table inside too, so germaphobes might prefer staying on the second floor. For some reason, there was a large bath towel under the mattress of one bed, which made it lumpy, so I pulled it out myself. They really need to pay more attention to cleaning details. On the bright side, food delivery could come right to the door, and staff greeted me every time I entered or exited, showing great service. They also agreed to a late checkout and even gave me complimentary tickets."

"The first time I came to Suqian for tourism, the hotel was in a very good location. Next to the central shopping mall on Xingfu Road, across the road was the breakfast street at the entrance of the net red Zhongwu Middle School. It was very fireworks, and there was a literary and artistic Yingxuan Lane next to it. It’s not too far to go to several attractions, in the center. There is a Hema Xiansheng Supermarket on the first floor of the Central Shopping Mall, and it is very convenient to buy some food. The hotel room is relatively spacious, well-equipped, and there is a smart ”Xiao Ai Classmate” voice service. The front desk and room attendants are very warm and responsive. The breakfast has some local characteristics. There will be some updated dishes every day. I am very satisfied with the stay."

"The hotel's beautiful surroundings and facilities and design truly exceeded my expectations! The pool is clean and a great place to play in the summer. There are also play areas for children to read and explore. There's also a gym and a good breakfast buffet. Overall, it's a great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suqian. It's close to the highway, offering a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle. There's also Wuyue Plaza nearby, making takeout quick. Parking is also very convenient; guests don't need to scan a QR code or report their license plate number. There are also charging stations available, and the rates are very affordable!"

"We booked the hotel temporarily on the way back. The hotel parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. The location is a bit remote. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the city center, but it is close to the highway exit and the high-speed rail station, which can be reached in about 10 minutes. The front desk upgraded our room type when we checked in. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. There was a bit of odor when we first entered the room. We reported it to the front desk and they sent us an air purifier, which solved our problem in time. When we checked out, they sent us some milk, bread and fruit to eat on the road. This service is very considerate."

"For my National Day holiday trip, I chose Suqian, planning to visit Santai Mountain and Luoma Lake. I ultimately chose the Xingchen Hotel, which has a great location, very close to both attractions, and the view from the room window was also quite nice. The hotel offers buffet lunch and dinner starting from the 3rd, at 88 yuan per person, which I think is excellent value for money. While the selection wasn't huge, the food was all delicious, especially the small roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), which was quite interesting.
The staff were also very friendly, especially Xiao Rong and Ma Hui, who were very attentive and provided detailed information about the surrounding area. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suqian. Highly recommended!"

This time, they offered a free shuttle from the hotel to the high-speed train station, which was a real help. The staff were most friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome indeed. I look forward to the next time I can visit them in Siyang.

The Asian breakfast selection didn’t include coffee but you can get a nice coffee at the Yanghe Distillery cafe across the street. Convenient location to stay if you are visiting the distillery.

Although the hotel was opened in 2011, the rooms are very good in terms of performance and facilities, which brings convenience to people🙋. Because it was before New Year's Eve and I wanted to decorate the room, I called the front desk and added a girl who was working that day on WeChat. Miss Shi Limin was very willing to help us decorate and could provide us with balloons. After hearing this, we were very happy 🥳 Before we The room type we booked did not have a lake view, but Miss Shi Limin was very considerate and helped us upgrade the room! ! ! Touched, like it very much. will come again next time.
The hotel is very neat and clean, and the turndown service is particularly good. There are welcome fruits and some snacks. The real world has added this young lady (Miss Shi Limin at the front desk), she is really considerate! I woke up in the morning after checking out today and wanted to take a bath🛀 but there was no hot water! I called the front desk three times but no specific notice was given about the availability of hot water. Then I bothered Ms. Shi Limin again. She said she hadn't gone to work yet, so she would make a call first to help with the matter, and then she would send me a message within ten minutes. He said that because the hotel was full yesterday and there was no hot water supply, he could apply for a later check-out and I could take a hot shower. Okay, I was moved again. The receptionist called me later. It was Miss Shi Limin who came to work and called me to apologize. They also applied for a hand-warmer cup for us because of the hot water. I used to work in a hotel, and I feel that Ms. Shi Limin's service is really good. Within her limited ability, she makes customers feel at home, which is commendable. She is very responsible and patient. Encourage me, your efforts and persistence will become your own shining point 👍 Very considerate to solve the problem for us.
