Heidelberg Hotels with Wifi

"I happened to be on a business trip to Heidelberg and chose this hotel for a quick rest. The room was very clean and comfortable, the complimentary sparkling water was a nice touch, and they even provided gummies. The coffee and bedding quality were truly excellent! Especially the spa, which met five-star standards. The front desk service was very good, and the hotel is as close to the train station as it gets. It's a pity I couldn't experience breakfast, as I had a 5 AM train. All in all, a very unexpected and pleasant surprise!"

"The location of this hotel is great, and the front desk people were nice too. But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed."

"Very good location, only 2-3 stops from the main train station, and right opposite the hotel is the bus/tram station. There 24h-market and some restaurants near the hotel. Need 15-20mins walk to the old town. Room is very clean and the fitness room is very big with multiple exerts equipments The working staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good"

"It was scorching hot during our two-day stay. Even though there was air conditioning, we really wanted some ice water! Unfortunately, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't cooling, so we had to ask the front desk to store our drinks in their fridge. That was quite a letdown. On the bright side, there's a sports park nearby, perfect for a post-dinner stroll."

"We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel."

"Breakfast was little diverse but not bad, there was a lot of seafood, steamers, good woods. You can eat - cocoa with free parking - only a paid hotel. Besides, it is worth the recommendation"

"The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant."

"Stayed 2 nights here and simply loved it! Look at the photos, it has practically everything you need and I like that Hotel works very systematically. There is a nice refrigerator with freezer compartment. This chic studio utilises every space and has alot of storage. Great for those with long stays or who has a heavy baggage that needs organisation. If I’m not wrong there is a self service laundry in the hotel. There is one coffee machine in the room with 3 types of flavors-normal, decaf and chocolate. None of it contain sugar. Guests can also take drinks from their coffee machine in ground level E - but you have to bring your own cups (from your room). You will be given a list of paper on what is needed during check in. Easy and simple. If you want the ac on, you need to ensure windows are closed properly. We left the windows open at night as it’s more cooling. But you have to bear with the noises from outside. During check out, guests will need to load the dish washer and put them on start (with the dishwashing capsule) before leaving. It’s really cool since Asians dont really use them. They also provide a sponge and dish liquid if you prefer to wash as per normal. We did both."

"유럽에서 방문한 호스텔 중 최고였습니다. 시설도 좋은데 무엇보다 호스텔 Staff의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 밤기차를 타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️"

"Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all."
