"Spacious, bright and hygienic, without the smell of old houses. The location is very good. It is located at the corner of the old city center, opposite the square transportation hub. There is a large department store in front and a supermarket in the back. There are many restaurants around and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street opposite, which is full of style. The two large windows have great views, and most attractions can be covered on foot. Note that there is only Wi-Fi in public areas; there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and heaters; the private parking lot is diagonally across the road, and the parking garage driveway is very narrow, so you need to go to the front desk to get the garage key first. Overall, the price-performance ratio is super high, very satisfied👍"

"i love this hotel! Located right next to the main train station, which is the main reason i chose this hotel as I didn’t want to haul my big suitcases to the old town.
We arrived at about 2pm but was told that I could not check in “early” as the rooms are still being cleaned. We took our time to eat our breads at the sofa and approached the counter again at 2.34pm but was told the same thing. Guess the hotel is not so flexible to allow “early” check in 🫠 ok then we stored our baggage’s and went to the old town first. Also the staff could have told us that we could enjoy free transportation in the town if we joined the H Rewards when he told us how to go to the old town by “buying a ticket at ticket machine for tram #5”, only for me to find out when I browsed the internet. That would save us many euros.
Other that above points, I love this hotel! Super new super clean, the lobby was pleasant, the room design made super sense (with USB type C provided, rain shower and toilet were great too. Also, was pleasantly surprised with the good window view of the train station (but remember to close the window as it is noisy esp at night).
Overall, am pleased with my choice of this hotel."

"The hotel facilities are relatively new. The central air conditioner is very comfortable. It is in line with the four-star standard. The location is also very close to the university. "Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking."

"Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name."

"Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight
Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the ”coffee water”.
Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip."

"The room is quite unique, with inner and outer suites, both with 1.2-meter single beds, and the inner room has two single beds put together. This is the first time I have done a purely self-service check-in. A little noisy near the aisle.
Luggage can be stored, but it's on the second floor of the elevator. It's the first time I saw an elevator door that needs to be opened manually, haha. A nice little hotel.
It's a 10-15 minute walk from the city of Heidelberg. It's recommended to take an Uber for $6-7 to the castle."

"The location is superb - Heidelberg Central station is practically next door (3 mins on foot). The hotel is very new and has an open plan in the lobby and breakfast area - appeals to the young travellers. True to the German style, the craftsmanship and design in the room are well thought-through. Everything you need for a long or short stay is there in the room. We don't need daily cleaning services, so that's fine with us, much better that way to save water and detergents. Breakfast is good, too with a nice wide spread of choices of juices, hot drinks, continental bread, cold cuts. We had 2 encounters (couldn't figure out how to use the cooker and hair-dryer) with the staff and they are really efficient and helpful."

"Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. The room was very spacious. I really liked the pantry area – it had everything we needed: a small fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, and full kitchenware. Very convenient.
The bathroom was also large and suitable for elderly people or anyone needing extra care. It had heated floors, good hot water, and strong water pressure. The only downside was no toiletries like toothbrush or comb, but they do provide basic items like tissues and toilet paper.
The bed, pillows, and blanket were comfortable. The room light was a bit dim when the curtains were closed. It would be nice if slippers were provided. The air conditioning and heating worked very well.
The price was fair for Germany. Breakfast costs £17 if you book in advance, or £19 if you walk in. The breakfast had a wide variety of standard European options.

GGedebaoThis hotel is perfectly located for tourists. It's right in the tourist area, with the Old Bridge visible to the right and the church to the left. The street just outside the entrance is bustling with food and souvenirs, and is usually bustling with people. This can be a little inconvenient for drivers, as they often can't get in, requiring you to leave your luggage at the intersection before bringing it in. If you arrive early, you can park your car at the entrance and unload your luggage. Parking is available in a slightly more accessible parking lot. Because the hotel also doubles as a restaurant and accommodation, there's no lobby on the ground floor; it's all dining. The reception desk is small and rarely occupied. There are only about a dozen rooms, and the windows face the busy street, but it's not too noisy, although there are earplugs on the bedside table, apparently for noise cancellation. The room was cozy, with two windows and an old-town feel. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I felt like I couldn't get enough of it.

GGuest UserHeidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

BBeijixingkaoyaA very bad experience. I checked into the hotel on the night of January 30, 25. After checking in, I took a door card to a nearby supermarket to buy some snacks. When I came back, I was absent-mindedly looking at my phone and accidentally swiped the door of the next room. Shockingly, the door card of my room actually swiped the door of the other room. An Indian man in the room and I looked at each other, and then explained the whole story. We were extremely shocked. I apologized and left.
Because we had traveled a long way, we were very tired that night and only stayed for one night. We left the next morning. And it was our door card that swiped the door of the next room. I didn’t know how to complain to the hotel at the time, so I used the suitcase and stool to block the door that night. I didn’t know if someone else’s door card could open our door. I drove away early the next morning.

Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!
