"Awesome option for agriturismo. We have been provided with room 214, it is perfect for the couple, and is also located closer to the garden, creating calmness and distance from other guests. The room is small but comfortable, easy cleaning was made daily. The room is excellent for air conditioning, uninterrupted hot water, there are all facilities. There are two complexes on the territory of the hotel, each of which has its own pool. The swimming area is very clean, lots of lying, cool water and a beautiful view on Toscana. Guests can swim in any pool and walk around the area. In the morning, a very delicious breakfast (swedish table) is served, and in the evening a beautiful restaurant opens, where you can try Italian local dishes. Staff is great. In Castel San Gimignano there is a small shop you can buy local wine, cheeses, all the necessary products. What was missing was that it was possible to provide guests at least one bottle of water, as to get relatively far and long, and the cost of water in the hotel is extremely overstated."

"A magical stay in the heart of San Gimignano I cannot believe we actually stayed inside the historic town of Residenza d’Epoca Palazzo Buonaccorsi. It truly felt like stepping back in time. We booked this place in a rush and honestly didn’t read much about it beforehand. When we arrived in San Gimignano, we were completely stunned by the beauty of the stone buildings and cobbled streets. The entire area feels like a medieval movie scene. Check-in was officially until 8 pm, but we arrived around 8:30 pm. The owner was incredibly kind and waited for us patiently. She also explained very clearly where we could park the car, which is extremely helpful because driving and parking in historic towns can be tricky. The whole property is simply gorgeous. The courtyard is beautiful and full of character. Even though our unit was in the attic and required climbing some stairs, it was absolutely part of the charm and experience. There is no lift, but for us it was completely fine. The decoration throughout the property makes you feel like you are truly living inside history. Every corner reflects the heritage of this place. The location is fantastic — you can simply walk to the famous squares and restaurants of San Gimignano. It’s also only about 8 minutes away from the world-famous gelato shop, Gelateria Dondoli, which was a highlight of our visit! What surprised us the most was the size of the apartment. For the price, it is incredible value. The space is huge and includes a kitchen and a lovely attic area. This was truly one of our best stays in Italy, and it made our experience in San Gimignano even more special. If you want to experience the magic of living inside a medieval town, this place is unforgettable."

"Just next to the well square, the window is facing the well, and the dining tour is very convenient. There is an elevator and sound insulation is OK. The room and facilities are OK, and the breakfast is not bad. The biggest problem is that it is troublesome to drive up, and it is easy to navigate to the hotel. It is better to direct to the well square. There are many people in the path and there are steep slopes. It is not recommended to drive up if you have no skills. The hotel does not have a parking lot. After unloading the luggage, the front desk will tell you how to park. It is also a lot of people. Stop overnight for 15 euros. After I checked out the next day, I was pulling my luggage down. Luke, I had to walk for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to call a taxi after parking in the parking lot below when checking in."

"Lovely place to stay in San Gimignano. Rooms are big, clean, with good air conditioner, bathroom very cozy, shower perfect. ”Living room” and kitchen comfortable, cozy, easy to use. I loved this place, it was really beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. Only ”downside” - there is no elevator, so consider that if you have heavy bags with you. Altogether- this was the best place to stay"

"You need to have a car to go to other cities or buy a bus ticket at reception. Clean and well-accommodated place but with animals/insects. Right in the middle of the forest. Very good restaurant."
