"I appreciate the thoughtfulness of receiving an email as soon as I make a reservation. It's very affordable, even though it's less than a 10-minute walk from Kanayama Station. However, the facilities are commensurate with the price, and it's undeniable that the bath is extremely small and the walls are thin. If it's cheap and suits your travel needs, it's a good choice."

"The biggest plus is the location. As a solo female traveler visiting Nagoya for the first time, I felt very safe. It's only a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, and there's an LV store right downstairs. The area reminds me a bit of the shops above Guangzhou's Taikoo Hui. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. However, I had to request housekeeping; my room wasn't cleaned until the fourth day. I later found out it was because I hadn't hung the 'please clean' sign on the door. Other than that, everything else was fine. Hotels in Japan at this price point tend to be on the smaller side. The complimentary breakfast from the bakery downstairs was nice – a donut, a croissant, and a drink every day. It's definitely better value than buying it separately. If you're traveling solo and prioritize safety and convenience, this hotel is a great choice."

"Our stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers."

"My main reason for visiting Nagoya this time was due to bus travel (the Inotani Sugihara line breakdown affected the Hida Limited Express and Takayama Main Line, impacting my Toyama-Takayama-Nagoya itinerary). This led me to discover that Nagoya Station has two bus terminals. One is the JR Nagoya Station (Shinkansen Exit) terminal, located on the plaza outside the Taiko-dori exit. It's very close to the hotel, easily visible, and I timed it at a 5-minute walk. It's very convenient for taking buses to and from Takayama. Although there was road construction, you just follow the barriers and cross the road to get there. The other is the Meitetsu Bus Center (Nagoya). When we arrived via the Meitetsu line from the airport, we dropped off a suitcase at the hotel first, then came back to the Meitetsu Bus Center to catch our bus. This detour took about 40 minutes round trip. Specifically, you walk from 'Sakura-dori Exit' towards 'Taiko-dori Exit' and 'Shinkansen North Exit'. Once you see 'Shinkansen North Exit', walk a few more steps out the door, and that's the JR Nagoya Bus Station. Cross the road to get to the hotel. So, for those using the Meitetsu line, Meitetsu buses, subway, or Takashimaya, it's a bit of a distance. The hotel allows early luggage storage, and check-in is at 2 PM. You can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee, and tea from the lobby yourself, but there are no makeup removers or skincare products. You need to use your key card to access the elevators, and two bottles of water are provided daily. The room was new and spacious, allowing us to fully open two large suitcases at the same time. Staying here on our last day was great for organizing our luggage. There's a convenience store next to the hotel and a drugstore across the street."

"The best choice for a budget solo traveler. It offers free unlimited drinks all day, unlimited curry with rice for breakfast, unlimited fresh ramen noodles at night, and free alcoholic drinks in the evening. There is a lounge on the 11th floor, a public bath with a hot pool and sauna, and free shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair gel, hair spray, and face and body lotion. It also provides free toothbrushes and razors. The locker fits a 20kg size luggage if not, you can put it at the large luggage compartment and ask for chain with lock at the lobby. There are coin washing machines and dryers available as well. Heads up to those with tattoos: this hotel only has a public bath, and tattoos are not allowed."

"This is a fantastic airport hotel! It's super convenient, located right across from the Meitetsu Line subway station hall, which connects directly to the terminal building. Perfect for those arriving in the afternoon or departing early in the morning. What's even better is how spacious the rooms are, and they all have large windows. Some room types even offer views of Ise Bay, which is stunning and expansive. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous too. Plus, there are plenty of comfortable lounge areas in the lobby on the first floor. It's all very thoughtful and relaxing."

"Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport and right next to the ferry terminal, with a lovely sea view from our twin room. The American retro style gives the place a very chill and cozy vibe. We stayed here for one night with two elderly family members after arriving late at the airport, and it was a very comfortable and convenient choice. The breakfast buffet was delicious — not a huge selection, but everything was high quality, which was perfect for a picky eater like me. I would happily stay here again."

"It's really clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. There's a coin laundry at the 3rd floor as well as vending machines. There are also toiletries provided for free. One can also rent a night wear for free. The limousine bus stop to the airport is across the street. It's also 4-5 mins walk to either Fushimi and Sakae train stations. You can easily walk from the hotel to the heart of Sakae, Nagoya's downtown."

"Although the last renovation was in 2015, the facilities, cleanliness, and service are still quite good. The public area on the first floor is small but includes a microwave, and free hot water and Miso soup are available all day. The location is excellent, very close to the train station. I recommend visiting Atsuta Jingu Shrine and Osu Kannon Temple; Nagoya Castle was just okay. For getting around, the 24-hour subway pass is a great deal, especially since passes in other cities are usually day passes that expire the next day."

"I came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers."
