"I was very pleased with my stay at radison blu at shiphol airport. The room waa lovely. But moreover the reception staff were exemplary. The young man was lovely, he was kind to me very poliite and loaned me a charger for my phone as i had picked up a wrong conector drom home. The young lady gave me some milk for my tea and had a lovely manner. THIS MORNINGwhen i checked out i handed back the charger and the receptionist very good. THANKS ALL OF YOU. MADE A SOLO TRAVELLER FEEL WELCOME"

"A lovely stay for a night. The lovely lady at check in was very friendly and the location is very central. For  a Sat night during the holidays - it was one of the cheaper options as nd accommodation was expensive in Amsterdam this weekend.  There’s no lift so can be a struggle to get luggage up the stairs if you are on the top floor especially. No body wash / shampoo - but there is a kettle and coffee / tea in rooms."

"I enjoyed my stay, we arrived early and we were able to check in. Rooms were ok, twin beds, shower, tea station. There was a blow dryer in the room also, everything worked fine. Great location 10mins walk from the train station, one stop away by train to the airport and about 25 mins to Amsterdam Central. Breakfast was good also pastires, breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and beans and then fruit and cold meats."

"Very close to the airport. The hotel's free shuttle service was punctual, running every half hour, and got me there in just ten minutes. It's quite convenient for an overnight stay. The soundproofing was decent; I didn't hear much noise. The towel rack, however, was ridiculously high – even at 1.8 meters (nearly 6 feet), I had to reach up to grab a towel."

"The location is pretty good. After exiting the airport, walk right for about five or six minutes where the hotel shuttle bus waits, and it's just across the road from the Sheraton. The room is small, but sufficient. Even though it's an airport view room, it's not noisy. The only issue was that they couldn't process my American Express card. I can use this card at other airports, so it's likely a problem with the hotel's POS machine that needs improvement. Other than that, everything was great. It saved me the hassle of traveling further."

"We stayed here as two couples and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The aparthotel kitchen facilities—including an oven, stove, utensils, and cutlery—made it easy to prepare meals. The location is super convenient: just a short walk from the train station (only one road to cross), and a grocery market is just one street away. The only little downside was the laundry setup. Public washing machines and dryers are available, but you need to get tokens from the counter, and the charges are added to your room bill. The settings could be a little difficult to choose, as there were too many different modes. Sadly for us, the dryer didn't work well—one cycle wasn't enough to fully dry clothes, possibly because we couldn't select the right mode. We had to run it twice, which meant extra time. That said, the receptionist was very kind and offered to let us check, giving us another token after we used the wrong mode. Our advice: talk to the receptionist before using the machines. Aside from that, everything else was great for our group. The rooms are clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. The workers are very kind and sweet :)"

"It is located in the airport Staff at the front desk friendly I took Deluxe twin room with airport view, the view was not great ( I will not recommend it as you will pay more money for not a great view) The facilities in the room average. As there was no cotton Buds and empty tissue box ,They mention to contact them shall you require anything . i contacted them twice and they promise to bring but they did not show. For me it was overpriced for the service they offered"

This makes it an excellent choice for layovers, early flights, or business travelers who value efficiency over exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed in classic Sheraton style: plush beds, good soundproofing (crucial near an airport), decent workspaces, and modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and coffee makers. Cleanliness is generally spot-on, and the staff are friendly and professional, often going out of their way to help with airport-related queries. Facilities include a solid gym, sauna, and a conference center that's popular for events. The on-site restaurant and bar offer reliable food—nothing groundbreaking, but convenient and tasty enough for a quick meal. Minor downsides: It's pricey for what it is (you're paying for the location), and it lacks the charm of downtown Amsterdam hotels since it's purely functional and airport-focused. If you're staying longer and want to sightsee, you'd be better off in the city center. Overall, a solid, reliable option that delivers exactly what it promises. Recommended for transit stays!"

"We decided to book this hotel as we had a long flight from Shanghai before a connecting flight to Ireland that would have arrived very late. It was a good choice. The hotel is perfect for this scenario: the rooms are nice, comfortable beds, nice shower etc and very restful-nicely lit. and surprisingly not very noisy despite being only a few kms from Schiphol. The staff had also prepared the sofa bed for us on arrival, which was a nice touch-one of us probably woudl have just slept on the sofa as a sofa otherwise. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only slight gripe would be the hallway looked liek it could have doen with a bit of hoovering, but honestly that was not really a big deal. There is also a nice bar in th elobby area plus a restaurant-we didnt; try the evenign meals on offer but as noted above the breakfast was excellent so I would imagine dinner woudl be ok too. There is a gym but we didn't try that so no idea if it's any good. The hotel was completed in I think 2014 or 2016 and it feels very modern and new. One other thing I thought was a bit off-you have to pay 8.50 per-person for the airport shuttle that takes you from the hotel to the airport (it's free from the airport to the hotel) This seems a bit petty to be honest. A taxi costs about 11 euro for the same journey so effectively the shuttle is almost the same price and if you are a group of two or more, the shuttle makes no sense. I would suggest the hotel considers either offering the service for free (they can just add a small amount to the already not expensive room rate) or just not have a service at all and everyone can take a taxi. Location wise, the hotel woudl have to be inside the terminal to be any closer to Schiphol-for this price you wonn't find anywhere better located. Overall an excellent hotel and I will most likely stay there again on the return from my next visit to China."
