GGuest UserThe first time I went to Amsterdam with my bestie, we arrived at the hotel at 8pm. It was by a very quiet river. I thought it was a remote location, but I didn't expect that the hotel was surrounded by attractions after walking around the next day: Anne Frank House and Tulip Museum, Church and Canal Yacht Center and Small Square. The front desk receptionist, the blonde sister, was warm and friendly. She introduced the room and catering and the condition of the elevator to be repaired. She also recommended local restaurants nearby and helped to make reservations. The Chinese boss did a good job in employee training. The surprise was that the small suite on the fourth floor not only faced the beautiful canal, but also had a hot water kettle that girls always wanted. I like the hotel's logo. The Western breakfast has a rich selection of hot and cold drinks. The restaurant environment is small and warm, and the illustrations on the background wall have a sense of déjà vu of campus blackboard newspapers. Because it was my birthday that day, my bestie took a group photo with the Polaroid provided by the hotel as a souvenir. The hotel staff, a beautiful long-legged sister, took the initiative to help, which was very nice. Check out on time at 11 am, and the luggage can be stored at the front desk. After taking a cruise 🚤 and visiting the city, we returned to the hotel, rested in the restaurant, ate freshly baked cakes, and drank hot ☕️. The front desk helped me call a taxi to the airport and gave me a bag of snacks before leaving. It was really thoughtful! Looking forward to coming back next time 😘

KKen5335Hotel was very far from the ferry terminal. This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. Otherwise take a bus to the metro stop in 10 mins would be faster for exploring the city. Breakfast was basic but included free so nothing to complain about. Room was generally clean. Only small issue that it can get really busy during peak season and lifts take 2-3 mins to arrive. Breakfast if you eat too late spills out of the main dining area. Very crowded. Best to eat breakfast before 8am. Many nice food places and supermarket near hotel.

GGuest UserCheck in time ridicilously slow during crowd for concert go-ers. Something with the city tax went wrong but friendly lady was able to fix it. Saved us €16 Room was fine, two seperate beds. A/c not working at all. CH3 error code Sheets were not fully clean but fine. Shower had dirty spots and fungi, way too slippery and possibly dangerous. Amenities were fine. Housekeeping at the door already at 9:30 and coming in without permission. Breakfast was fine but way too busy. All together I would say 7 out of 10. Great for short stay and really close to Ziggo Dome / arena district

Ll3unnyI arrived at like midnight but luckily there’s someone at the reception 24/7. The hotel is at an excellent location, it was ok to push my suitcase over from Amsterdam central station, I think it took 10minutes yet I was shocked to see the very steep staircase because I had a 26” 22kgs big suitcase with me, along with a 7 kgs hand card travel bag, 6kgs backpack. There’s absolute no way I’d be able to carry all that up stairs without tumbling down and getting injured before I could reach the reception desk. Thankfully, the male staff who work at the front desk were all nice and willing to help, ie 1st time for bringing all my baggage from the bottom of the steps at the entrance up to my room during which we encountered even more steep stairs to reach the room; 2nd time was when I had to check out, I left my suitcase outside the room and needed staff to help me bring it down to the reception storage; 3rd time was from reception down to the bottom at the entrance, otherwise I would not have able to stay at the hotel with all my bulky and heavy baggages. It’s an old hotel so soundproofing maybe a bit of a problem, like I could hear floor boards creaking but it’s bearable and I had a good sleep. I had bit of a hard time finding my room, it felt like a maze in a boat or an anthill, but staff showed me the way to my room. The view outside the window was wonderful, Van Gogh museum and rijksmuseum were within walking distances like under 40 minutes. It’d be even if they provided a water kettle, but I was happy that they actually have tv and air con! I’d stay here again, just that I better not bring a big suitcase next time. Thank you to the 3 staff I encountered on October 10th and 11th!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around. With trams and other public transport nearby, you can easily access the city centre and surrounding suburbs without any hassle. But The room was a bit small, even after the upgrade, which was slightly disappointing. I expected a bit more space for an upgraded room, but it was still manageable for a short stay.

ZZhongguodaniangThe room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was very reasonable for six people as it allowed us to stagger our usage times. The staff at the front desk and the lobby bar were lovely and enthusiastic. You could order food, coffee, and drinks, or simply ask for hot water to make your own instant noodles, coffee, or tea for free. The most unique feature of this youth hostel is the tiered lecture hall from a university located behind the central lobby. You can sit alone at a 'classroom' desk to read, work on your computer, or use your phone, or gather with a few friends. It's truly distinctive! As an old aunt who graduated from university nearly 40 years ago, being here felt like traveling back in time to my youth. ❤️

Yyuta takaokaI stayed at the Amsterdam Teleport Hotel, located in the western part of Amsterdam. Although it's a bit far from the city center, its affordable price and free parking are huge draws, making it particularly convenient for those traveling by car or planning an extended stay. The exterior is adorned with colorful art, creating a unique and welcoming vibe from the moment you arrive. The guest rooms are simple and functional, yet the bright color scheme is striking, giving it a more playful feel than your typical business hotel. Some rooms even have a kitchenette, which is a great bonus for self-catering or longer stays. The cleanliness was excellent, and I found it to be a comfortable base for both sightseeing and business trips. The hotel attracts a diverse clientele, from backpackers to families and groups, contributing to its international atmosphere. The price point is relatively reasonable for an Amsterdam hotel, offering excellent value for money. Access to the city center from the nearest station is good, so I didn't feel any inconvenience when visiting tourist attractions. While it's not a luxury hotel, it's a very attractive option for travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience while keeping their accommodation costs down. I'd highly recommend it as a casual and convenient base for exploring Amsterdam.

GGuest UserSo not sure where to start with this one.. Upon booking I messaged and asked the hotel was it okay to get an early check-in and they said yes it’s all good as I told them we get to Amsterdam for 7.30am they let us check-in our room as soon as we got there we had the secret bookcase room.. Brilliant room beds comfy we then decided to extend our trip a few days changing room to another which was an old lift made into a room Again great idea.. Upon this we still didn’t want to go home so stopped another night but this time In the tram by far my best room it was very big and just brilliant.. all the rooms where really good the hotel it’s self is amazing there’s a bar area and little shop where you can get snacks drinks ect the bathroom is communal and always spotless the showers nice and hot The hotel it’s self is a 10/10 Now for the staff well what can we say they are amazing each and eveyone especially the maintenance man he told us the best places to go and eat and mapped places for us then the female staff Nothing was to much for them and the manager brilliant man Again told us where to go ect The staff make the stay that bit better as you can ask them Anything at all And they so helpful we will 100% be back to stop with the hotel Again just to see the staff… The only negative things I’ve got to say about the hotel is it needs a washing machine and microwave would be good not major but we would of 100% used Them thanks to the hotel for our 5 night extended stop Lisa & ian

GGuest UserThe lobby of the Amsterdam Library Hotel is really the layout of the library, and the smell of books is strong when you enter the door. Less than 10 minutes from the central railway station, go left at the main entrance of the train station, cross the tram, walk along the road, there is a bus station at the entrance of the hotel, it is easy to find. The 24-hour front desk, the waiter is very enthusiastic, will tell you in detail where to go, live here safely and comfortably.
