"Hotel has a nice, pleasant atmosphere and inside is clean and bright. Location was bit hard to get to nearby places to eat without walking for at least 20-25 minutes. Not much choices for food at their restaurant. The room was nice, bed comfortable, Reception person was very nice and helpful. Solve a worrisome problem of accidental double booking without too much problem and hassle. The hotel Reception and Manager work it well and solved the problem."

"A warm, luxurious welcome; for our 14th anniversary, we just wanted to do absolutely nothing for 24 hours in our own city. The luxury room and smart TV ensured that we could relax and enjoy ourselves in peace. We were even able to drink bubbly in the room and they didn't make a fuss about providing champagne glasses. Unfortunately, there was no response regarding a possible upgrade as requested via email. But still, a pleasant stay."

"I stayed at Citizenm Schiphol Hotel during my layover to my trip to Bogota. In general, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated right next to the airport. There is no need to take any kind of transportation from the airport at all, just 7minutes walk from arrivals. The room and common areas were really beautiful and tidy. My room was spacious and it had all the amenities. Breakfast is included with great options. Overall, it is great value for money and a good hotel for a layover."

"Excellent location, in a clean and upscale neighborhood, close to the tram and bus lines for reaching the city center (10-15 minute walk, then a 20-minute bus or tram ride to Central Station). The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was clean and functional. There's no air conditioning, but the weather was mild and didn't require it. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in Amsterdam during the same period. There's a mosque nearby with a prayer area for women. There are shops and restaurants close by for food and essential needs."

"The highlight of the room is the smart control via iPad and its novel design. The bed is supportive and comfortable, not saggy at all. However, it's worth noting that there's no kettle or tea bags in the room. The trash can is also very small. If you need more drinking water or hot water, you have to go to the 24-hour bar counter in the lobby. Also, getting tea or coffee there will incur a charge. The surrounding area is quiet, and it's very close to the subway, tram, and train. It's less than 15 minutes to the airport by train, and only about 10 minutes to Amsterdam Central by tram or train, which makes its location excellent."

"My stay here was incredibly satisfying. I had an unexpected train cancellation and ended up checking in past midnight, but I was warmly welcomed by the 24-hour front desk, which was a huge relief. The bed in my room was very spacious and comfortable. Aside from disposable items, the room was well-equipped with many necessities. There were plenty of hangers, which was convenient, and I especially appreciated the iron – it allowed me to press my wrinkled clothes after a long journey. There was a coffee machine in the room, so I could make coffee in the morning, and a bottle of water was also provided. Additionally, there was a bar within the hotel, and I was given a voucher to use there. They also mentioned breakfast, but I didn't get to try it, so I can't comment on that. While it's a bit far from Amsterdam Centraal Station, it's easily accessible by tram. In fact, its proximity to the Van Gogh Museum and other nearby museums makes it a great location for sightseeing. It was also nice for walking around the neighborhood. My only minor complaint is that the shower head holder in my room didn't fit properly and needs to be replaced. Other than that, I highly recommend this place – it was a very satisfying stay!"
