"We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience."

"This place was genuinely amazing, so cute in göreme. Walking distance to everything. The staff have great English and we're incredibly helpful with anything I needed - such as organising tours, transfers, general recommendations. "Excellent location in the middle of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was spacious with two single beds, and staff were friendly. Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location."

"The hotel was very large and the breakfast buffet and the view outside were great. The location was good and the staff were kind and wonderful. "A very atmospheric hotel with a convenient location. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. You can walk to the observation deck (entrance fee is 30 Lira). The hotel itself is very clean, and the breakfasts are excellent. I was a bit bothered by the insufficient amount of light and the very small window, but for those who prefer to sleep in complete darkness, it's perfectly suitable."

"1. The hotel put us in a room on the ground floor, directly opposite the staff lounge and next to the sauna. It was incredibly hot; even without the AC on at night, it was unbearable. The hotel's AC doesn't allow for temperature adjustment. Plus, the bathroom light was so dim you could barely see anything. 2. When we checked in, I informed the front desk (a very kind lady) that we needed to check out at 7 AM the next day for our flight and asked if breakfast was available. The hotel said they would prepare a 'to-go box' for us. However, when we checked out the next morning, a different staff member (a young man) was at the front desk. His attitude was terrible; he claimed he hadn't received any message, knew nothing about a 'to-go box,' and told us to go eat at the restaurant instead. We went up to the restaurant, only to find it closed. His attitude was truly awful (it felt discriminatory). 3. This same front desk staff member was extremely, extremely, extremely reluctant to help with our luggage. PS: This hotel is very photogenic, and it's worth staying for those who are 'hot air balloon refugees.'"

"I had a wonderful stay! All the staff were so kind, and there were many adorable cats. In particular, the owner Ali's cat, Panda, is a truly charming mascot cat. Panda always played with me. This hotel is a paradise for cat lovers. The breakfast included delicious Turkish tea and cheese, and since it's a buffet, you can eat as much as you like. There was also a kettle in the common area, so I could enjoy tea anytime. The rooftop offers a panoramic view of Göreme! Whenever I had an issue, the staff always responded with a smile, making me feel safe and comfortable even as a solo female traveler. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back to stay again! Until then, everyone, take care!"

"This hotel is centrally located in Goreme, just a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and come equipped with a fridge, towels, black tea, and coffee. It offers excellent value for money. **Service:** The owner is incredibly welcoming. When I arrived early in the morning, I contacted them to store my luggage, and later in the day, they messaged me to say a room was available for immediate check-in. **Facilities:** The hotel environment is fantastic, and the facilities are very new. The bathroom is also very large. **Service:** The breakfast selection is varied and freshly prepared, with a wide choice of main dishes, snacks, and drinks."

"This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. "My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Kind staff men met and greeted us the moment we came and helped with our baggage which was very pleasant. At first they gave us a room with two single beds as we asked while booking but unfortunately there was a very strong smell from the bathroom so we asked for a change and not only did they agree but more than that gave us their best huge room with windows and a balcony🤩we were very sad that both days hot air balloons were canceled due to weather conditions but this room change cheered us up! There is also nice music playing in their cafe till late so be careful if such features usually bother you (we actually liked the vibe even taking into account the fact that we went to bed pretty early). Breakfast was fine and slightly different in two mornings which is great. One of the workers has a cute pug and of course there are many cats around🥰 The location is cool it is pretty close to the sunset view point👍🏻 Highly recommend this hotel!"
