"Traveling solo, I was looking for something affordable, and their single room was quite a good deal! Plus, the room wasn't tiny at all; it was cozy and comfortable. What's more, this place is super close to both the hot air balloon launch sites and hiking trails – it only took me ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the trailhead. You can even wake up early and watch the hot air balloons right from there! There were lots of cats by the entrance too! Walking to the town center for food also took less than ten minutes! For breakfast, they had goat's milk, which was surprisingly good."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The common areas are also very appealing, and in the evenings, there's even a bonfire while you enjoy drinks – it creates a fantastic atmosphere! There are many cats around the hotel, all very friendly and well-behaved. I highly recommend the room type I stayed in; although not huge, it never felt damp, and the window view was stunning. This is a significant upgrade from the standard rooms, which only have small windows. Definitely worth it! The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cats seemed very pleased too!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the town center and it's on flat ground, which is great because there's also parking right outside for those traveling by car. In the morning, you can watch hot air balloons ascend from the hotel's rooftop. However, because it's not on a slope, there aren't many other guesthouses staggered around, so the hot air balloon photos might look a bit empty. The breakfast isn't extensive, but the eggs and sausages are tasty, and the cereal with milk is good. You can also ask the owner to make Turkish black tea for you. We stayed in room 303 this time, and every time we entered, there was a noticeable sewage smell, which was quite unpleasant. I'm docking a point for cleanliness because of that. Otherwise, there were no other issues."

"The front desk staff member was quite nice. My friend was a bit spooked by the strange room layout, with rooms upstairs and downstairs, and since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't change rooms that day. The staff member kept reassuring my friend, which was helpful. Just a heads-up to everyone, cave hotels tend to be a bit stuffy."

"The hotel was very well located near the central town of Goreme, within walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay - helping with booking of services such as local tours, airport transfers and our hot air balloon ride which was cancelled initially due to bad weather, constantly checking if we are happy with everything, 24/7 availability via whatsapp. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety everyday. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here"

"We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience."

"This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything a tourist could need. The hotel terrace offers beautiful views; if you wake up at dawn, you can see the balloons. We're traveling with a large family and booked several rooms. At first, we weren't sure why the rooms with a bathtub were twice as expensive. After staying, it became clear: the suites (with bathtubs) are much larger and feature designer furnishings, air conditioning, and a beautiful view. Also, keep in mind that the cave rooms have no air conditioning or windows. The kids loved it, but my wife didn't want to stay in one. The hotel staff was happy to help us carry our luggage and recommended and booked a restaurant a three-minute walk away. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel, and you can order an omelet and Turkish coffee as an extra, and everything was delicious! The hotel has its own parking right outside. For a wonderful experience, be sure to choose a suite with a bathtub and a window!"

"I had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours as the hotel would not give me early check-in. They said it was fully booked but I hardly saw many guests in the lobby and at breakfast. I got a crappy room which was rather hot and the window could not close properly. There are cats prowling around the hotel. One guest complained that a stray cat got into the restaurant and jumped on her table. She got scratched and had to get 4 doses of rabies injections.Tge breakfast was also average. I ordered an eggplant soup on my first night and it was cold and not tasty. The bread came with no butter and was cold."

"The front desk staff were incredibly helpful! Just a heads-up, if you've booked a lower-level room, you'll need to check in at reception before heading down. We had two suitcases, and when we heard we had to go downstairs to our room, we almost fainted! 🥺 Luckily, the front desk arranged for someone to drive us down. There's also a direct staircase within the hotel that leads to the terrace. The lower-level rooms are actually great – you don't have to climb a hill back to the hotel every day, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the main streets of Göreme. Woke up in the morning, went to the terrace, and saw the hot air balloons – it was stunning!"

Room 103 is spacious and cozy. What we love the most is the strong water pressure, stable water temperature, floor heating and the cozy beds. There are one king and 2 long sofas 70 or 80 cm wide, which are more suitable for children, given the size. They gave free soft drinks in the fridge, replenished daily. The hotel has no parking so you have to park at the roadside. From the main road, you have to walk up 2 small slopes to get to the hotel. Location wise, it's very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Hands down, a five-star review! The biggest surprise of this trip was meeting such a thoughtful owner. Seriously, the best hotel owner in the world!!! We arrived in Cappadocia at 5 AM, and the temperature difference was significant. The owner, worried we'd be cold, let us check in a full 8 hours early. That was incredibly heartwarming and considerate!!! The owner was warm and polite, making conversations comfortable and easy. Any questions we had were answered meticulously. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked. From reception to check-in, the entire experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail truly won us over. Excellent value for money, absolutely smashed it!

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

The hotel room was exactly as described online, and each room had a small outdoor balcony. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to fully enjoy it, unfortunately. 😂 If you're driving, the hotel can be a bit tricky to find, so it's best to go during the day. Otherwise, turning around if you take a wrong turn can be difficult. It's also not advisable to drive a large vehicle, as these cave rooms are built into the mountainside, making it hard for big cars to navigate. We stayed for two days, and the hot air balloons didn't fly. If they had, this would have been an absolutely stunning location! The hotel restaurant doesn't require reservations; you can just wait for a table. The hotel was cleaned very well, with no strange odors, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, which was a big plus.

Wonderful hotel! The moment we stepped into the room, we just thought 'Wow.' It's an excellent starting point for excursions. We rented a car to be more independent. A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

Thanks for Ali and Tolga for the best service in my Cappadocia, Turkey!! They cared our overall days in hotel very carefully, including breakfast, tours, and so on. The room has good facilities with nice options, and breakfast was nice, including lots of beverages. We experienced great time in Virtus Cappadocia Hotel! Also you can enjoy beautiful sceneries in terrace at dawn. These are several minor feedbacks, which is not critical. - A room was a little small, I could not open 24-inch carrier fully. - Tours were great overall, but I think it depends on the guide ( This point is not what the hotel can control) 사진 찍을 한국인께 추천드립니다.
