"Brand new hotel which is not finished as yet April 2025. No pool or bar ready for use. The hotel rooms are well appointed except for the usual Asian design issues. Shower door opens inward so you have to squeeze into the corner to be able to shut it. Breakfast buffet was very good with a huge range of food available."

"When I first booked this hotel, I didn't have a review, so I honestly hesitated a little. I was worried, 'Why is there no review? Is it a good place?' But when I came in person, it was a very satisfying stay that was so distressing. Rather, it's really a pity that there are no reviews in such a good place, and I leave a review so long in the hope that more people will know. I stayed for a total of 4 days, and most of all, I think the biggest advantage of this hotel is the warm kindness of the boss. From the first time I checked in, I was so happy to welcome you, and every morning, I thought, ”Is there anything inconvenient?” And ”If you need anything, tell me at any time.” Just like my brother, like my neighbor, I was so natural and friendly that I felt very comfortable in a strange destination. I rented a motorcycle in the hotel, and I checked the vehicle very carefully and explained it very carefully. I felt sincere not only about renting, but also paying attention to riding really safely. Thanks to that, I was able to ride a motorcycle comfortably during my trip. The room was clean and tidy, and all the basic things needed were well equipped. The location was great for traveling, and it was quiet and nice to rest. In order to put it together, ”If you are worried because there is no review, don't worry.” On the contrary, I think it's a jewel that people don't know yet. I made so good memories here, and I would definitely like to stay again if I visit this area again next time. Boss, thank you again. Thanks to you, I had a really comfortable and enjoyable time :)"

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"Overall, my stay was excellent. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. The location is convenient with great amenities nearby. It was a pleasant and highly recommended stay."

"The main advantage is the presence of air conditioning, which is why this hotel was chosen. Everything in the room worked except for the balcony door lock, towels were changed daily and were clean, the bed was comfortable, the Internet was normal, it is located on a noisy street, but not far from the night market. Breakfasts were neither good nor varied, and the staff did not understand English well. You can stay for a short time if you need air conditioning."

"Only VIP rooms have air conditioning, so those who are used to sleeping with air conditioning and do not book a VIP room will feel uncomfortable. In addition, the facilities are good and the staff is enthusiastic in taking care of guests."

"Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!"

"Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise."

"Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests. We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine."
