The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful during check-in, proactively offering a fresh and abundant fruit platter, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was spacious and clean, and the mini-kitchen was ideal for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The staff were consistently kind and patient, and requests were handled promptly. Upon check-out today, we were even given local specialty apricot peel tea and lavender sachets – a lovely touch of Xinjiang hospitality. It's rare to encounter such genuinely attentive service while traveling; our whole family was extremely satisfied. For families visiting Yining, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Good and clean hotel with helpful staff who are ready to help if needed. There is a small gym which is sufficient. The only downside is the location - while it is relatively near to the train station and bus depot to other cities, there is nothing much in the vicinity. Overall, good cosy stay."
