"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"The hotel is quite far from JR Sendai station, but still within a 15-20 minute walk. Allow extra time. Overall, the hotel is good. I booked a smoking room because it was cheaper, but I don't smoke. There was little to no cigarette smell in the room; air freshener spray was enough to mask it. I slept comfortably. It's close to a shopping street, the staff were helpful, and overall it's a good hotel if distance isn't an issue."
